I came to Plaza Tire needing 4 new tires because mine were about to blow. The customer service was beyond amazing, they didn't try to wheel and deal you at all, I did research before hand for a tire that fit my budget that I thought was a good tire. The gentleman at the counter found an option that was the same price but a better tire with a better warranty! They were professional, helpful and so fast. They checked my alignment for free and were honest about the results. As a single woman there is a stigma (unfortunately at times accurate) that you have to be more wary of auto repair shops but no need here, the owner and the staff were above reproach. I will be coming back and I will be telling my family and friends to head over too.**I also witnessed, while waiting in the lobby, the owner provide an act of such empathy and kindness to another one of their customers that I was moved to tears. These are good people.

I have gone years without a flat tire and then get two within a month. Each time I have taken it to Plaza tire to get it repaired. I am so glad I bought my tires from them. They repaired the tire at no cost and provide excellent customer service. They were able to squeeze me in and fix the tire while I waited, which I really appreciated.

I needed 2 tires put on my car and they provided great service! Not only did they replace my 2 tires really fast, they also fixed my trim where my tire had pushed it out (I had a blowout), which they didn t have to do! Overall great, fast service and I would definitely come back/recommend a friend!

I get both of my cars aligned here. Definitely check out their premium alignment package, it s a great deal if you plan to continue to own the car for years to come. Today they got me aligned in under 30 minutes with an appointment.

These guys were great to work with - awesome service. I just needed my new tires mounted and balanced and they even did a free multi-point inspection, which I was not expecting. My service advisor, Gentry Asher, took great care of my vehicle and made the process simple and painless. Thanks!

Was able to watch them do the work on my car. Speedy service and maintenance light was reset. Kind of expensive but worth it. Requested work was performed with detailed informational paperwork provided. Would recommend.

My daughter graduated from Mizzou and we were ready to head home to Illinois.. She needed a new rim, and they had to order it... They communicated the situation clearly and made it work for the repair to be done in a timely manner.. The cost was better than fair. The mangers and staff did an excellent job of making us Extremely Satisfied customers.. I give this business an A+....

Overall good experience. The negative was the fact that the fluid levels were reportedly checked but when I was on my way home I found the coolant level was below the "L" line so I had to stop at Walmart and pick up some coolant to add.

Brought my car in for alignment. Got told my rim was too bend to align (a lie) and that my car had the wrong brake caliper on the drivers side. Took my car to Mknight tire and they said no bent rim and my alignment is fixed now. Will never do business here again terrible experience and the people there are crooks. Honestly they should pay for the mail-wear on my rear tires since they wore out in a month due to them being incompetent. I ve used this business for years and they will never get a dollar from me again.

I got to Plaza just before 10am and aside from a 30 minute break, I was there until 5:30pm. No one conveyed to me that they wouldn t be getting my car completed that day. I understand things happen (my battery was corroded), but I was there 7 hours, why not tell me so I can go home? I was told they should get to my car early the next morning at the latest, it should be done by noon. I called at noon and it wasn t done. It wasn t until I called asking if I needed to take my vehicle to another shop did they get it taken care of. I ve used Plaza for years, but the breakdown of communication really makes me never want to go back and I don t think I will. If I could give 0 stars, I would, but that s not an option, so 1 star it is.

My fianc� went alone to get a slow leak fixed last weekend, and they told her she needed to get a new tire which is fair. But then they told her the other 3 tires were super worn down and claimed they were several years old. She believed them as they came across helpful and caring. It wasn t until we checked with her father the next day that we found out the tires on the vehicle were just over a year old and shouldn t have been nearly as worn down as they made them out to be. We contacted the manager the next day about trying to get the year-old tires back along with our $900, but they weren t budging. Probably a fine company for some, but make sure they don t rip you off and take advantage of you or your loved ones!

Always a good experience. Fastest oilchange from a reliable full service provider. The lifetime alignment came in handy with all the Spring potholes.

I brought my truck in at 1100 on Friday, 11/3 to have a nail removed from tire. Could not get to it so it was kept overnight and assured it would be done Sat 11/4. Did not get to it. Told I could take it home and bring back Monday 11/6 and it would be first job of day. Called at noon on 11/6 and still not done. Not very happy.

BEWARE of shady business practices. My daughter needed one new tire and an alignment, and they charged her for the premium alignment package and tire protection plan without asking her if she even wanted those additional plans. The alignment package and protection plan were $238!

I bought 4 new tires and alignment. I called them as soon I left and told them my vehicle was still pulling to the right. They told me to bring it back the following week and then proceeded to tell my 16 year old son that the vehicle should always pull to the right. His car sat there for 3 hours and they never attempted to look at the alignment. Terrible customer service.

Once again a thousand dollar plus suggested when I went in for an oil change. New tires recommended after the same place sold me 4 new ones 12,000 miles ago. I am learning that multiple brake jobs that do not improve brakes may not be necessary. Cannot post without one star but maybe negative excrement piles would be a more continuous scale.

Strangely enough, I got a rock in my tire. Yep... a rock. I called Plaza and asked if they could help, since I had the tire protection plan. They said they could get me in at the end of the week. One tire, one week. As if I can go without a tire for one week. I'll never go back. I've been buying my tires there for my business and personal vehicle for around 10 years. But never again.

Update: They apologized for the miscommunication when I brought the brake pads to show them, but made no offer to make it right. I didn't expect much, maybe a coupon for a discount on my next oil change. Words are cheap.Update: I'd recommend checking all of your tire pressures before you leave. They never bothered adjusting them when rotating the tires.Not trustworthy. Oil service was fine. But they lied about my break pads, claiming they was only 1mm and 2mm left.Took the car home to change them myself and that was absolutely not the case. There was almost 30% left on some of them. Wasted money and time trusting what I thought was a reputable company just so they could try to get me to spend money I didn t need to.Very disappointed.

Purchased a new set of tires for my Q5 SUV. Staff was very knowledgeable and recommended a set that was a great balance between cost and performance. Service was very efficient. I was in and out in under 1 hour.

They were kind enough to squeeze me in. Dropped it off and got a call when it was done. Many thanks to your whole team. This was a separate visit 11/25/23 for an oil change. 11/24 I bought new floor mats for my vehicle. After they changed my oil my new driver side mat was covered in greasy footprints. I will now have to buy a new mat. I don't know if I will go back.

I was on the phone wanting a tire replacement & told them that I called around and asked for a specific tire that they had. They confirmed they did. I told them it was already patched and it s not holding. I thought they were going to do a tire replacement, no. It was a patch. Oh well but took too long because I was expecting a tire replacement in that time frame. At least I didn t have a balance when I walked out.
