A bracket broke on a cross country road trip. These guys were great! Got me in the same day and made it better than when I brought it in! Very thankful for everyone at Perry Legend for a quick, friendly, and efficient repair!

We had an emergency on the road with our utility trailer while traveling cross country and stopped at Perry Legend for assistance. They were AMAZING. Not only did they fit us in with their regular schedule, but the trailer was welded, reinforced and sturdier than ever. They were great, great staff, great service and super friendly. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. Five stars all the way!

Took almost over a month to get my car done. 1 of the weeks was because of insurance which is understandable. At the end they charged extra for stuff that wasn't part of the quote and contacted my insurance to pay for extra. I was told by both insurance and perry that all I needed was 2 wheel bearings, alignment, 2 rims, and 2 tires. I will update this when and if things change.

Great place to work. Have worked here for over 30 years and have worked with some amazing and talented people from the body shop and also insurance companies. Met a great many people in this job and can't imagine working anywhere else.

My motor home outside right mirror was damaged at a nearby campground. I couldn't continue my trip without it. Bill and his team at Perry Legend repaired it right away. They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable. I was able to continue on my way. I highly recommend them.

I HAVE WORKED HERE FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS NOW AND I WOULD NOT WANT TO WORK ANYWHERE ELSE. THE CUSTOMERS ARE AMAZING TO BE INVOLVED WITH AND THE PEOPLE HERE ARE WILLNG TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR THE CUSTOMERS.

Don t take your car here unless you want multi colored paint job, anybody can panel paint, one panel in original color and not match any of the other panels.

Wonderful service! I had just moved here from out of state and found out I needed to get a car inspection. After trying various places, I was able to get it done here with very nice people and a reasonable price. I will remember them when I need other service done on my car.

I would have loved to potentially do some business with you. The sign on your door says estimates until 445. When I walk in at 437. I figured you would take a look at my car. It was actually a quick simple job that would have taken only a couple of minutes to look at. Because it was to late in the day for you to take a look I will get the work done elsewhere.

I wouldn't trust my collision repairs to any other business. A few years ago, the insurance company totaled out my "crash magnet" that was rear ended 4 times in 18 months. Each time Perry Legend repaired it to shiny new condition with barely any evidence that any damage had occurred.

We hit a deer and haven't had to get body work done in a LONG time so we called to get an estimate. My Dad took it there since I work full time. JENNIFER called before my Dad even made it back and very rudely accused me of taking our vehicle from shop to shop.I tried to explain to her that we didn't know what to do and just wanted an estimate. Wouldn't have my windshield wiper fluid filled at this shop for the way I was treated. Had to give at least 1 star to submit the review but they don't deserve that. Save your time for people who are willing to treat you kindly.

I hit a dear and it royally messed up my bumper, hood, etc. Perry began the work quickly, was done in 5 business days, and did an excellent job. They even washed and waxed my car, and gave me a free year of roadside assistance. Car issues are a royal pain, and it is great to be able to have a company do what they say they are going to do, and as quickly and efficiently as they did. I greatly appreciated, and recommend. Also, i should note that I had basically, the same situation 3 years ago, and the other place i took it to had my car for 3 weeks.

Had alignment issues and misfire on our motorhome. Bill got us in the morning we called after a stressful night of cautious driving to get nearby. After fixing our alignment and replacing 2 bad tires, our coach drives so much better. We aren't fighting the wheel to keep it straight, it's quieter, and our fuel economy increased by about 2mpg. While we waited for the work to be done, they even gave us a ride to get something to eat. Great service and really friendly people, not to mention the price was very reasonable!

The staff at Perry Legend went approve and beyond when looking over my vehicle after an accident. They worked with the insurance company and made it very easy after a difficult situation. They sent photos to me along with detailed descriptions of the photos. They truly are great people to work with. Thanks so much Jennifer.

The team are Perry Legend were just wonderful. Super professional and quick to get back to me. My dad wrecked his truck during all the snow and ice. Jennifer even took the time to take his groceries out and store them in their fridge so they didn't spoil and I could come get them. Thank you folks!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

It had been a long time since I needed this type of repair work done on any of my cars, so I was a little nervous about the process. I should not have been. The staff here were top notch. Very polite and answered all of my questions.They worked fast to get the repairs complete. When I went to pick up my truck they found that the backup camera had been put in upside down. Right away they fixed it, then took the time to make sure that it was angled just the way I wanted it.I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would take my vehicles back to them in a heartbeat (although I hope I don't need to for a long time).

Over the years, we have taken all of our cars to Perry Legend.(Two boys!) They are easy to work with, honest, dependable and will go the extra to help. I only recommend Perry Legend. Awesome service. Customer first! I was visiting the area and hit a deer. I asked them to look at the car and tell me if I could drive it home to Chicago. They were very gracious, helpful and honest. I hope I don't, but if I did need car work done, this would be the 1st place I would go!

I had been walking and went there to wait for a ride. They were wonderful! It was close to 5 p.m. I told them I could sit outside and wait. But they would have nothing of it. The ladies & their darling dog stayed till my ride arrived.

They did a great job on the actual repair and the price was right where I expected it to be. Only giving 3 stars because it took a week to get the brakes fixed and they did not call with updates when there was a delay. I had to call in every couple days to check on the status when it wasn't ready on the original date that they said it would be.

I was recently in a car accident and the staff at Perry Legend Collision went above and beyond with helping get me back on the road. When the car rental was late picking me up, they shuttled me over to pick up the car and stayed until I was in a rental car. They worked with the insurance on the final damage and repair. I appreciate their expertise and professionalism! Highly recommend!

Went in to get an estimate. Was greeted by a big dog - and I do not like big dogs. Then they walked me around to a counter, gave me a paper to fill out, and disappeared. No one in sight anywhere for the next 15 minutes, finally just left.

Had a rear main seal leak repaired and brake work done at Perry. Excellent experience and I highly recommend them.

Great staff! Fast accurate estimates! I was told it would take 4 days to repair my vehicle and it was ready in 3! Terry was very knowledgeable and very helpful! Thanks!

Needed my RV repaired. Over a month later they never emailed me an estimate. Filed through my insurance company and got repairs done and finished elsewhere. Waste of time even driving RV there for estimate.
