I received excellent service at Perry's full serviceAffordable honest professional service all the things that give peace of mind when I needed it most .To be able to stop at this friendly place and know that I don't have to worry about my car I could not give a higher recommendationThanks to Austin and all the people that I've meet at Perry's full service .Keep whistling Gene ..another plus along with the beauty of this placeOld fashioned values one can trust with full service .

I had a brake line hose rupture and it was towed to Perry's full service using Perry's Towing. The line was replaced but the brake pedal is very spongy, and will not stop right away. The brakes were not bled properly and there still may be another leak preventing that from happening. I was in no hurry to get the vehicle back they could have taken there time and did it right. On my way home I almost rear ended somebody because it took forever to stop, Spongy Pedal (not bled right) I called the next day to get some credit because they still need to be bled. No luck, the mechanic seems to be oblivious as to what is going on. Had a firm brake pedal before the line ruptured. I do not have one now!Service: Brakes

. Took my roommate s car there to be fixed, they sold us a battery we didn t need because they didn t take the time to actually look at the car. It broke down again so we took it to another shop and had it fixed correctly with paperwork. When trying to get the money back for the battery and unneeded service at Perry s, the workers were incredibly difficult. The mechanics referred to us as the little girls and told us they would not give us the money back. When asked about a policy, they claimed they did not have one but since it had been more than a month they wouldn t do anything (it had been 24 days). Wanted to put this out here so no little girls get screwed the way my roommate did

I was getting into my car today to go get my haircut and my car wouldn t start, so I connected to my roadside service and they said someone would be there within an hour. A gentleman from Doug Perry Towing was there within 15 minutes, gave me a jump, and let me know that it appeared the connection cable to my battery just needed a quick cleanup and it would be fine. He recommended going to the service station for them to look at it.The service station had me in and out in under 45 minutes and didn t charge me for anything. I was so impressed with their speed, customer service and kindness from my first interaction to my last.If you re in need of a tow or some repair work, I would check them out!Service: Battery

Perry's Full Service is the epitome of customer service. I needed roadside assistance when visiting in Columbia, Missouri. The battery went dead at a gas station, and USAA connected me to this business. They were at my car in record time. Thankfully, it was only a battery. I used their business to install a new battery. Not only was I finished in an hour, every employee was so friendly, supportive and helpful. Whenever I am in Columbia again, I will deliberately go out of my way to fill the tank knowing if I need anything in the future who to count on. Thank you everyone at Perry's Full Service. We had a problem with closing our son's car door and our tow truck passed us by. We saw another tow truck nearby and it was Doug Perry's towing. He stopped to ask if we needed help. When we asked if he was a substitute tow for our guy that passed by and he said no, but he was willing to help us. He got our door to close so we could take it for service ourselves without having to be towed. We were on our way in 10 minutes after waiting in the parking lot for 2 hours for our roadside assistance. Great company and people. We have used Perry several times in the past and always had very friendly and professional service.

They are always my first choice when it comes to repairs. They are always fair, fast, and I have complete trust in them. Tyler was the best! I called my roadside assistance after my car wouldn t start. He arrived quick and was so helpful. Thinking i was out of gas, he promptly brought fuel to put in my car. His knowledge with cars helped determine quickly that lack of fuel was not the problem and that I would need a tow. While I was on the phone arranging a tow pick up with my insurance roadside assistance, he called me back to let me know that he went to the auto parts store and bought the part he thought was needed for my car. He again arrived promptly and put the part he thought was needed and sure enough my car started right up. He went above and beyond his line of duty to help a complete stranger. Saving me a tow from Columbia to Wentzville. He sure saved me a lot of out of pocket tow expense. It s sure good to know that are still nice people out there. While I do live in Wentzville, my daughter is a college student in Columbia. They sure have my business, every single time. Kudos to you Tyler! You re a life saver.

I am new to Columbia and had a flat during a very busy time in my work day. A friend recommended Doug Perry Towing. They not only came out to change my tire but fixed it roadside and the rate was incredibly reasonable. I was back on the road in under an hour!

Doug Perry Towing was called after my accident. The gentleman who arrived was quick, knowledgeable, courteous. In a stressful situation they were so helpful! I have also spoken on the phone with their staff and they have been nothing but helpful! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Amazing service!! I am not car savvy at all, but Danny with Doug Perry was super helpful, explained everything in laymen's terms and gave me excellent instructions, plus spoke with my dad on the phone. Great company, and the biggest thanks to Danny!

The service is outstanding. I went in for an inspection and had a pleasant, upbeat experience. The folks at Perry's are efficient and incredibly friendly. It's obvious that they are seasoned professionals who know what they're doing and know the value of quality customer service.

Friendly staff that's always willing to help,and they dont rip you off as the prices are reasonable. I would recommend bringing your car in as early as possible as there is always cars ahead of you as many people know, it's the best place to go in Columbia because there not going to rip your pockets. I would also recommend bringing your own parts and just paying for labor as itll be cheaper but you do you.

Called Doug's shop. I needed a starter put in my 2010 Impala. They got the car right in and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Reasonable priced also and fair. I would highly recommend.

This is long overdue, but I wanted to give a "shout out" to one of Doug Perry's drivers. About a month or so ago, my car had overheated near the Columbia Mall. I had already called another towing company that I had used in the past. However, while I, and my two kiddos were waiting in the car across the street from the mall closer to the Holiday Inn hotel, a Doug Perry driver, who already had a car in-tow on his rig, hollered over to me asking if I was "ok" as he was waiting at the light to pull out of the mall lot. I just wanted to write this review because it really made me feel like he, as an employee of Doug Perry, was looking out for the community!We always assume that help is on the way, or that everybody has a cell phone, or that "they" have already called someone. So, I said all of that to say this...if I hadn't already called "someone," that driver on that day made me feel like he would've called someone for me, or sent someone to me if I had needed it!So a big, yet overdue thanks, to that driver that day! Thank you! Oh...and as clue since I don't know you...we were in a little late model white Nissan Sentra with a spoiler on the back! Thanks again for doing your job!!!

They seem really honest and straightforward. I was recommended to go there after another place was a bit rude to us, and I m pretty happy with Perry s. So far we ve done two car inspections and an oil change but I m thinking I ll continue visiting their business in the future.

amazing place! so friendly and couldn t be more genuinely helpful, i just needed to have air put in my tires and i was helped right away, it only took 5 minutes and they put air in all my tires and didn t even charge me! highly recommend great customer service

Danny came out at 11 pm to tow my car off a pretty busy street and was exceptional doing it! He was so quick, extremely friendly and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to call them for a tow!! Thank you Danny!

I am so fed up rt now! I paid Doug Perry Towing on West Blvd in Columbia to mount AND balance two new tires and put them on the front of my van. First off, the tech put one new tire on the back and one new tire on the front so I had to go back when I noticed to ask them to please put BOTH new tires on the front. The tech swapped the new tire on the back with the old tire that was still on the front and had the audacity to try to charge me an additional 10 bucks for "half a rotation." I told the lady behind the counter that I had just given $40 to that I felt like I'd already paid to have the new tires put on the front and I would not be giving them more money for something I already paid to have done. Fast forward to today when I take the van on the highway for the first time with the new tires. Van shakes so violently I can't go over 60mph. I messaged the shop on Facebook explaining what issue I was experiencing around 9:15 am. Message was seen but no response was made. I messaged again around 11:15am requesting some sort of response. Reply finally received at 12:23pm telling me to call and speak with a woman named Annie. I called, explained again what was going on to the woman named Annie. She tells me, "we don't balance tires, we only mount them." I say to her, "I asked to have the new tires mounted and balanced when I brought them to your shop. Someone should have told me then that balancing the tires was not a service provided by the shop so I could have gone somewhere else to get it done." Annie apologized but insisted this was not her shops problem as they don't even have the proper equipment to balance tires. Now I have to take the van to a different shop and pay someone else to have the new tires balanced. Im so pissed about this!

We live in Sedalia and had to go to Columbia for an appointment. Sadly we went to start the car to leave Columbia and nothing. Mike with Perry's Towing came, loaded our car up and even gave us a ride home. (with the pandemic, we didn't think we would be able to get a ride) When we got to our mechanics shop, back in Sedalia, he waited with us until our ride home came. Many many thanks to Mike for being an amazing human being. Just such a great guy! I'd recommend Perry Towing to everyone!

I absolutely was stunned by this tow truck driver. He went above and beyond by checking my battery and crawling under my car to check the starter. Great guy, best tow service I've had by far.
