Everyone in this store is SO friendly & helpful! I have been here several times and so has my husband. They have never made me feel dumb (as a woman who doesn't know anything about cars) and they truly go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I would 100% recommend O'Reilly (this location specifically) and will definitely continue to come back.

My husband and our kid plus two friends drove to MO from Nebraska, 7hr one way on the way home the radiator on our 09 burban exploded. The guys here were AMAZING! Got them the parts, tools and were extremely helpful the entire time! Thank you guys!

Brandon was the guy who helped me with a burned out headlight and a battery replacement. He did a great job, was friendly, and went above and beyond to get me on the road safely. I always worry about trusting a stranger to work on my car, but he did a wonderful job. Thank you so much Brandon and O'Reilly! This guy definitely deserves a raise!

When you're in a jam and need a part today, you're still left with the local auto parts stores as the only option(s). O'Reilly is one of the better ones in town (especially this location), but pricing at all local stores for most items is usually 30%+ higher than online, so for most parts I'll just wait a couple days and buy it in Amazon.I've done a fair bit or shopping here over the years, and the most annoying thing is waiting in line because it seems like there's only ever one person working. However, since shipping fluids is cost-prohibitive and the margins are small, this remains a good place to buy seafoam in gallon jugs.

I went to autozone for help with a headlight. They said they couldn t help me. Went across the street and dean helped me right away and it was difficult and he was patient and very nice!

Went there today to get a headlight bulb and asked if the guy could put it in. Said he couldn t then he ended up putting it in. I said thank you twice and he turns around and goes in the store. Needs better customer service now. I miss the old workers that had customer service skills

I went to the O Reilly on Worley and was greeted with terrible customer service. I asked a simple question that could not be answered and was also disrespected by a worker. I had asked if they had anything to test my fuses in my 2011 Chevrolet traverse. Not one word was said to me but a worker i had not asked walked towards the back where they keep the car parts and just started shaking his head no while walking away. I said respectfully, how do you guys stay in business while acting out towards a paying customer. I walked out of the business let down by a business I bought from for years. This is why we can t afford to pay people to work when they disrespect, hard working and paying customers like myself, and the business lets this happen because nobody says anything.

Couldn't find the bulbs I needed, and trust me I looked through all of them! A gentleman came to help me look and found it way faster than I could have! Excellent service, knowledge and overall great experience.

Only been to this O'Reilly one time. My battery was dead, so they came out and tested it. I ended up buying a battery and the guy working installed it for me.I really appreciated the conversation and helpfulness!

Tristan really helped me out today. Tested my battery, checked to make sure it wasn't leaking acid, found me the right part to lash my battery down and then came out and helped me do it! Couldn't have better service, it's why everyone should go to O'Reillys

Quality car parts with huge selection. Most parts available within a day if not stocked. Many vintage model parts as well. Even if your part seems unlikely to be there it is worth calling to see if it is available on the order. Everything I have had to order has arrived very quickly to the store without obligation to purchase. Prices are reasonable as well. Staff is very well informed and extremely helpful. Very pleasant people. They will talk you through almost anything that you're working on. Sometimes picture diagrams can be requested to assist you with your project.

These guys are awesome. They ordered a bulb I needed and it was there in less than 24 hours. Nice older gentleman helped me pick out the best paint for my Honda Ruckus too. I'm going back for everything from now on.

I didn't catch the guy's name, but the tall, skinny kid was extremely helpful and patient teaching my wife how to change her own wipers on her car (she's strangely independent like that). Excellent customer service today! Thanks!

The guy who helped us way really helpful and efficient. He did his suggestive sale nicely (I know they have to do it), and helped us install the new battery and test the alternator (the problem). He didn't give me advice, but he did explain what the reading was very well.

Elli was amazing and changed out my headlight, as a non-mechanically inclined person I was concerned about how I was going to change it out. I was in and out with a new headlight in less than 10 minutes!

This store just lost my business, they wouldn't replace a battery for me . They said it had to be professionally done. $169 for the battery which I was willing to payThis part was added 17/Feb/2021After receiving the message from the owner, I called customer service, they won't change the battery in my vehicle. I looked it up and it changes out just like any other battery.So as of now O'reilly's Auto Parts have lost a customer, yes I know one customer won't make a difference to them. But I'll take my money else where.

As soon as I walked in, Ken greeted me. He asked what I needed, I told him, he made it happen, and I really appreciate it. I had stopped earlier at AutoZone on the Business Loop, picked my own part, went to check out and waited. And waited. They were busy, but not overwhelmingly. I notice two employees there who should of been able to check someone out. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had - but your team proved to me that I should never have gone anywhere else, these guys (and gals) are great! THANK YOU!!!! (Oh, and you were also less expensive, but keep that like it is, OK?)

Very busy. Waited for store to empty out. Dre rang me up. Then he came out and put my new windshield wipers on. Dre's outstanding customer service is why O'Reilly got 5 stars.

I usually use the W Worley O'Reilly location since it's close to my house but everytime I've been there they are always very friendly and helpful.

I called first thing this morning about replacing the dead battery in my car. Cameron answered quickly answered and found the battery I needed in stock. I showed up 10 minutes later and he installed my battery in the cold without any hesitation. Thank you so much for turning around my morning!

Worst customer service EVER! Got a fuel pump there and sometimes, it went out in 2 months. Called them to get a replacement and they have no record of it. I didn't keep the receipt cause they keep track of it on the computer (usually). Said I have never been there. Been shopping there since moving here in 1998. Now I go to Car quest. Prices there more then half that of Oreily.

The current crew at this O'Reillys is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have disliked AutoZone for a long, long time, to the point that I do not shop at any of them unless absolutely necessary.
