I've been using this store for years, and have always had fantastic service.This evening, I discovered I had a headlight bulb out, so I started looking on the WalMart webpage, assuming O'Reilly would be closed early on a Sunday night. I figured it couldn't hurt to check, and they were open! I drove there, and within 5 minutes, a replacement pair of bulbs was on the counter and paid for. What I didn't expect was that they installed them for me! So, in 15 minutes, I drove away with new (and improved) headlights! A very positive experience.

I love this place there always friendly and willing to help and online orders are quick I'd say most orders are ready in 10mins but it depends on the order.

I went in to get new windshield wipers and I had hoped to have them installed as advertised on the window out front. When I asked the worker at the counter that greeted me to assist me in figuring out what I needed he was very rude and dismissive. He huffed while he went to get my wipers and came back with $80 wipers. AKA the most expensive ones they had and claimed it was what he recommended . While he laughed with one of his coworkers, I went and got cheaper ones from the area that he got the expensive ones. When I went to get cheaper ones, a very very nice and helpful worker named Lupe came and assisted me without me even having to ask and made sure I knew what I was looking for. Lupe s coworkers need to look to him as a great example of what it looks like to be kind and helpful as a service employee. I felt very upset with the service and attitude provided by his coworkers. Thank You Lupe!!

Chris the manager really knows customer service... And his way around a vehicle. I had problems with our 2017 battery having to jump it a couple times so I stopped in to throw it on the tester. It tested bad so I purchased a new battery which said professional installation recommended, and Chris took a look and was able to remove the old battery and install the new one in only 5 minutes. Besides being very professional, he was super friendly to chat with while he was doing the work. Thanks Chris and o Reilly!!

Great service! Came in today and asked if I could borrow tools to remove my battery - they came out, removed the old battery, and installed new one! Tremendous customer service!!!

I am too tight to buy new vehicles or to pay others to work on my stuff ,therefore..I am very familiar with parts stores..this location stands out above the rest..it's the farthest 1 from me..but for me..the friendly ,helpful ,very knowledgeable staff..is well worth the trip..1guy there...Rusty ,I think his name was...truly saved me 1 day..he went way above and beyond..I was headed out on a road trip..my ac quit..I stopped and got freon..really didn't know what I was doing...he came out..helped..that didn't fix my problem..we brainstormed a bit..figured it was worth the gamble of it being a senser..it was..Rusty made what was gonna be a hot miserable road trip..into a very nice cool trip..I cannot say enough good about this location..

The manager Christopher could not have been nicer & more helpful. I m 9 months pregnant & he picked out new wiper blades and installed them for me in only a few minutes! Thank you!

The assistant manager Chris not only helped me rectify an error, he made several calls to see if the desired part was available anywhere else, and helped me install the correct parts (headlight bulbs) when they weren't. He then even helped me install new wiper blades. Went above and beyond and gave his time. 10/10, recommend.

Must have caught them at a bad time. I was the only customer. There were 4 employees. I explained my issue and the only employee to acknowledge me clearly didn't listen and offered a bad recommendation and just pointed to the back of the store for me to go exploring on my own. Meanwhile the manager was complaining to the other two about something or other and then about the employee that helped me after he stepped outside. ZERO help whatsoever. I bought what I had researched online and it fixed my issue in 10 min. This was NOT what the employee halfheartedly offered as a suggestion. I just wasn't impressed with this trip to the store.

I bought a battery 2 years ago which has a 3 years warranty. It died now, half year before the warranty expires. Guess what, I bring the battery to the store, and they refused to change the battery, but told me the battery looks good after their test! I don t understand how can a good battery dies every time overnight.The even more important thing is, the 3-year-warranty battery is $50 more expensive than Walmart!Will never back

VERY pleased with the service I received here from the technician Alexi. I was told by a neighboring car repair that I would have to replace an entire part that would take quite some time, and quite a bit of money, and Alexi was able to resolve the issue in less than 5 minutes. My review would have been five stars but the original gentleman that answered the phone was quite rude and not at all informative.

They store was clean. The customer service at this location was poor. I arrived asked for a code reader. The lady informed me it will be a second after a guy finished installing a battery. However, it was 30 mins after I arrived and the guy was still doing the battery. There were two associates in the store complaining about other coworkers when one of them could have been trying to asks me. This was unacceptable as I went right down the road to AutoZone and it took two minutes to get my code read. The neglect of willing to assist and the speaking illy of employees turned Me away from ever going to this location.

Part was ordered at O Reilly in Columbia. I was told it would be there at 5:15pm went to pick up the part and we stood there for 45 minutes to be told it wasn t ordered and we had to drive clear across town to get the parts Unsatisfied customer! Someone sure was slacking on their job duties!

I took a battery from my daughter's car there to have it checked and the staff were VERY friendly and even told us that they could charge her battery up for her for free... that's freaking awesome! Very much appreciate all the services this store/company provides for it's customers.

Excellent service! The staff was extremely courteous and helped me diagnose a minor issue with my car while driving across the country. Quick, Easy and they didn't even charge me for clearing my code for low coolant. Thanks for all the help!

Huge thanks to Tyler for the help on replacing my air filter. A bit more difficult to swap out in comparison to my last car. I was just at Jiffy Lube not long ago and they never even mentioned it needed replaced. Tyler went out of his way to help, provided great customer service.

Terrible Customer ServiceIt s unfortunate that 0 stars is not an option for this review. I have a HORRIBLE experience at this location literally every time I go. The employees are not consistent with the information they give about parts, often times they are flat out rude and impatient, and most recently they refused to take back parts I bought yesterday because their drawers were too short. I had to go across town just to get my money back for the unused parts. If you are in a rush or need competent people assisting you, I suggest you skip this location altogether.

Came in to get a code read for my boyfriend s car and realized we barely knew anything we needed to get the replacement part ordered. Mariah helped us and she was amazing! She helped us figure everything out and was so patient with us, answered all our questions, joked around with us, and saved us a couple bucks when she ordered the part for us. Stellar customer service!

Read online that they do free check engine light service and went in to get the readout. I have very little knowledge about cars and they explained everything to me, and after i told them about previous issues I've had they took the time to teach me a little more about the system to prevent furthur issues and how to fix the current issues. Staff is so helpful and had everything I needed to fix the problem in store (some of it even on sale). Easily my new go to auto store in Columbia.

Nice, helpful employees here. A very nice young man installed a battery for me and offered to help with the windshield wipers. I also always find what I need for my vehicles. A good place to go.

I go here for all of my car and motorcycle parts (the ones I don't have to special order, at least...). They are always friendly and helpful, and not condescending, which happens a little too frequently at automotive joints. They have fair prices and plenty of fluids, tools, maintenance parts, etc. from which to choose.

That's a negative star worse service ever. I've used Oriellys for 20+ yrs but wont after today. I spent over 6hrs n their parking lot borrowing a tool to change out my window motor, which I've never done before. I'm also disabled and needed an extra set of hands. The day shift crew sit inside n watched me, a customer who was elder went inside the store and asked them if they could help me. One associate followed him out the door as if he was goin to but as soon as the customer left he turned back and went into the store. The evening staff (Nick) showed up for his shift and came to help me. We almost had it done, but the day crew came out and made him go back into the store. The other evening crew member's disabled father Ted came to the rescue thank God! I'll be calling the manager in the morning.

Best O'Reilly's in town. If you borrow a tool you can return it within a few days. Military discounts, business accounts. Comparable prices. Associates fairly knowledgable and they are respectful. Also use your brain if you want to return something, if you have the receipt you should be good unless it's a freaking part that you installed and used. Common sense?
