I love going to NTW. With my job I'm there between 5 to 10 times a week and they always make sure I'm taken care of and headed out the door rather quickly. The ladies in the office know me by name now and let me know if my tires are ready to go. And the guys out in the tire area are awesome as well.they all make sure to help me load the tires into my work vehicle and never make me feel like I'm a hassle. Avery is awesome there. He goes above and beyond every time. I'm glad to be able to work with awesome people like this. Make my job much more enjoyable!

Their answer to Covid-19 is to make their customers stand outside. That's right you can't even go into the air conditioner office and go up to the counter with a Covid 19 mask on. You have to knock on the door, someone might come to the door -- take your PO, and then your left standing in the heat. If we ever thought the world has gone COVID-19 crazy, at NTW it is proven.
