I visit this store often as a result of needing parts that other stores may not have available. Just bought myself a lightweight 2 ton car jack and creeper from Napa store that i really enjoy using for repair jobs on my old Cadillac!

My sons truck had a wheel bearing failure and we wanted quality Napa parts but we weren t going to make it before they closed. The manager offered to stay late to help us out. We made right at closing time and he had everything out and ready for us. 5 stars for Ryan and your team as always

I get great costumer service everytime. They are great people and if they can not help you they will find someone who can. I would tell everyone to go to Napa first!

I went there today and got the last blower motor for my Dodge Dart SE 2015, they were the only ones in town that had it cheapest. Got to my mechanic and come to find out the part was BROKEN. Went back to them and they could order me one for the next day in the AM but wouldnt do anything for me and my mechanics inconvenience (Columbia Car Care, best in town thank you for squeezing me in).Thanks for NOTHING NAPA!! You guys SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE......

Always friendly and professional and knowledgeable. I like the other 2 "big box" auto parts places too, but the kids behind their counters are sometimes lacking those attributes. Napa generally has qualify parts at fair prices. Great sales on filters - their house brand is -last I checked- made by one of the best - Wix. Recent research shows Napa car batteries are one of the few (only?) with a generous pro-rated warranty but still at a reasonable price. This place should definitely be on your list of "go to" choices for auto parts.

Super helpful staff. They gave me what I asked for and didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want or need, and they helped me transport a heavy battery to my car in freezing rain. Clean store. You see the registers in an open space as soon as you walk in, ready and waiting to assist.

Went in there looking for a turn signal lens for my scooter and the guy at the counter was really helpful he was looking to see if they had one but they didn't but he was very polite and said sorry he couldn't help

Asked for primer, they sold me sealer.Now have to start all over. I thought an auto parts store would have better knowledge of the products they sell. Will not give them anymore of my business.

Even though they didn t have the battery in the store, they called down to their Jefferson City store and had the car battery brought up in about 45 minutes

Exchanged part not working with life time warranty. Friendly, they questioned fault may be due my vehicle. Was checked when part replaced and could not see where it was.
