The team at Mercedes Benz of Columbia are top notch! Grahm and Scott did a full search of their inventory to find exactly what we wanted and we signed the deal same day without ever setting foot in the dealership. When we arrived the car was absolutely perfect! Every employee we encountered was very friendly and professional. They treat their customers like VIPs! The custom branded wine and whiskey as a gift was definitely a nice touch!

Had an amazing experience buying a new car with Zac and Danh. These guys are the best. Made the whole process quick and easy and the customer service was excellent and most importantly they gave me a GREAT deal on my trade in and the vehicle I purchased!!! Wouldn t hesitate to buy from them again.

My wife and I recently purchased a truck from Mercedes Benz of Columbia and it was a pleasure working with the Salesman Zac Nichols and Finance Manager Danh Do. From the start, both went above and beyond to make our experience at the Dealership the most positive experience that we ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. It was clear to me that everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and truly wanted to help the customer. We won t hesitate to come back when we re in the market again for a new car.

I just purchased my fourth Mercedes, second from Mercedes-Benz of Columbia. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman Kofi Adadey did a great job working with us to get exactly what I wanted, providing us with outstanding customer service. Dahn Do the finance manager was very thorough when explain everything to us and was such a pleasure to work with. Everyone at this dealership, from the sales department to the service department, and everyone else that works there, goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I just love this dealership and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Columbia for a great experience!

Zac Nichols is an extremely patient person as he worked with me for a year to make sure I got the car I really wanted. He willingly showed me every car I wanted to look at, suggested a few I wasn't familiar with, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. This is our 3rd purchase from this dealership and because of Zac we will continue to do business with Mercedes-Benz of Columbia

Recently bought a pickup from Grahm and had a smooth buying process with him. When buying a vehicle you re guaranteed a free service of the vehicle you re purchasing but come to find out mine wasn t serviced to their top notch specs. Also, wasn t pleased with how many banks and credit unions Scott had ran my credit through, 7 to be exact. Even though I had mentioned one specific credit union that I use. Photo posted is an air filter that has clearly not been changed for awhile, this was exactly a month and 1 day from when I bought the truck.

Have been buying from Kofi for many years now and he s is a true gentleman! I recently purchased a Sprinter from this dealership and Kofi and the team made the experience a great one! After months of research, i had settled on a configuration that was unique, and found the only one in the country at the Columbia dealership. Kofi helped me navigate a sight unseen remote purchase, sending me additional pictures and details to reassure me on key points. David then helped me complete paperwork rapidly to secure the purchase. Then Kofi organized delivery to my home in Arkansas in time for a big family lake trip! The van was all i haf hoped it would be, and the team has continued to be supportive as i have settled into it. I am very pleased with the experience and would certainly recommend this dealership and would seek them out for future purchases!

Trace and Scott were great at helping me purchase a beautiful 2022 GLC AMG 43. It was fairly priced and I was given a fair trade in value on my car! Trace was more than willing to take the time to explain the car to me both at the dealer and on the test drive. It was provided to me very clean on the pick up date. I would recommend Trace for any future purchases and appreciate their high quality of services!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes is the biggest mistake I've ever made and I hope to help someone else from making the same mistake. The employees are unhelpful, deceitful, and unprofessional. I have had years of issues with the vehicle service contract they sold me along with a complete lack of communication from their team.Fortunately we purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership down the road at a great price! Mercedes had actually steered us away from this dealership, but as it turns out they are the nicest people we have ever dealt with. The process with the other dealership was smooth, professional, and easy.Moral of the Story: Run, and run fast from Mercedes to other Columbia dealerships for your car purchase.

Finished up with great financing with Danh. Painless and easy! Why travel to St Louis or KC when you can have a great car buying experience here!

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond any dealer I ve ever worked with(and that s been a lot over the years)! Update after a couple of months:I can't emphasize enough the value of Scott's recommendation to add the extended warranty on my certified Pre-Owned purchase. His commitment to securing the best deal possible is unparalleled, and the folks at maintenance will go above and beyond to ensure you re squared away and taken care of. Thanks to Scott's advice, I saved $2000 within the first two weeks of owning my vehicle! I'm incredibly grateful for his sage recommendations and couldn't be happier with my decision to follow them!Original review: I'm over the moon about my new 2019 GLS 450 from Mercedes-Benz of Columbia. Trace and Scott were absolute gems throughout the whole buying process. So, here's the deal: I had a bit of a rough patch when my old car got totaled in an accident, and to top it off, I didn't have collision coverage. Cue the stress levels soaring. But Trace and Scott swooped in and made everything a breeze. I mean, it was my first time buying from a dealership, and let's just say I was a tad nervous. But these guys? They were like old friends, making me feel totally comfortable and taking the time to really understand what I needed. Trace was a superstar, answering all my questions even when he was technically off the clock! And Scott? Man, that guy knows his stuff. As a Marine Corps vet, he hooked me up with some seriously sweet discounts and perks, which as a fellow service member, I couldn't be more grateful for.
