Writing a review from the parking lot because I m so damn happy with this place!Took my 2014 MB E350 for a service B expecting to be paying a lot, but pricing was EXTREMELY fair. It was extremely fair to the point that I felt like I was giving them the short end of the stick and I ended up leaving a tip.Got to speak to Yuri for a bit when I picked up my car and I can tell he s a good, honest man.I d recommend all my buddies with European cars to give Yuri a visit. He s an honest, good, LOCAL business and deserves all the traffic he can get!

I recently had an outstanding experience at M Y Automotive, and I can't recommend them enough. Yuri went above and beyond to ensure my car was up and running in no time. Excellent service, very knowledgeable mechanics, great prices, and reasonably fast turnaround. Yuri and his team have been around for a long time and are experts in car repair. They work on all cars, not only on European makes. A highly satisfied customer.

Yuri was upfront and honest about what it would cost to fix our vehicle. He didn t try to overcharge us like some Jeff City shop for the exact same work. He completed the job quickly and the LR is back to running like a top!!! It was nice to have a knowledgeable mechanic the genuinely cared about doing the job right. We ll definitely be using him again when needed, even if it means driving an hour to his shop! Thanks again Yuri!!!

Yuri was a pleasure to work with on getting my 2004 BMW 325i in shape after a transmission check light scare. His shop was also able to get my stuck open sunroof closed no problem. He was quick to reply to my initial email inquiry and gave me multiple honest and fair quotes for the different options I had. I will definitely be returning to his shop for any future issues.

I went to this Shop because one of my friends recommended it to me, he always takes his cars there, he trusts Yuri. And I was happy to see good reviews. My intention here is not to make the shop look bad but to share my experience and my opinion.I took my car to do a diagnosis and was told the total amount to fix it was $1,122.91 (without taxes). I did think it was a little expensive but I still said yes to get it fixed. Afterwards I talked about the price with some friends and family who know more about cars and was told the price is too high. When I looked through the receipt and see the prices of the parts I was in shock, there is no way it makes sense to me and to people who I showed the Invoice. I called places to ask about how much the Original GM engine oil cooler cost in different places the most expensive oil cooler for a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LS - 1.8L, is $250 and it comes with the seals. I was charged $340 for the oil cooler and $129.00 for the seals that normally ranges from $65-70 as a kit. I checked the level of the coolant and for my surprise it was not even half way of what it was supposed to be.I didn't ask for a lower price because I thought Yuri would be honest and I think he did a good job with the car but I definitely think he took advantage of the fact that I went alone as a woman and I didn't question him. It seems to me that prices are set selectively, based on who the service is for.

I took my 2015 BMW 535XI to MY Automotive based solely on the very positive on-line reviews. MY did not disappoint. My car needed rear brakes, an oil change and tires. Yuri and his team listened, communicated well, pricing was reasonable and the work was done well.

Hi Yuri Very pleased with the repair you did on my Coolant system. I drove back to Arkansas yesterday very smoothly no issues whatsoever . The engine checking light gone too. Don t go to the Dealers! Go to these guys. Good luck

M Y automotive was able to fix my car incredibly quickly after receiving parts and found us the best possible price for those parts, saving us a large ammount of money compared to another quote we received for the repairs. They tried their absolute best to fix my beloved Mercedes-Benz in a timely manner and at the best possible price. I will certainly be coming back to M Y automotive for any future repairs.

This shop is the absolute best shop in Columbia, always takes care of my car and has saved me thousands over the dealership. Every repair has been done timely and professionally without worry. You won't find a more trustworthy mechanic.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with M Y Automotive! Yuri was friendly and professional. He took the time to actually listen to my concerns and explain things in a way that made sense to me as I know nothing about cars. Communication was great and the work was done quickly and fairly priced. I really appreciate that Yuri was honest and transparent about which problems could be put off for a little while. I will be using M Y Automotive for any future repairs!

Yuri has worked on two different cars of ours over the last few years and is always great to deal with. He's honest and not overpriced. One day something broke underneath my car and could be heard dragging as I drove. This was an old (unimportant) problem on our old car that my husband had quickly fixed with a zip tie a couple years prior. Well, that zip tie finally broke, it was 4:30pm and I had a 2 hour drive to make... Desperate, I called Yuri and he got me in at 4:50pm (they close at 5!), welded it and didn't charge me. THAT is a good business with kindnesss not often seen anymore. Thank you for taking care of us, Yuri! We'll be back soon (but hopefully not too soon).

Yuri was excellent to work with! Listened well to my assessment of the clutch that was failing in my Mini Cooper Countryman and held to agreed upon pricing up front. M Y Auto was also up front about possible other problems that could be addressed while performing the original project and gave associated pricing promptly and didn't push me to do these things, but made the concerns known. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely be working with this shop for future needs!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I highly recommend taking your car to M Y Automotive. Whether you've been failed by a power steering pressure switch or you're breaks are far beyond their recommended lifespan, the folks here have got you covered. He did a great job. I only asked for an oil change, but he also put in the time to do a safety inspection on the car, which was helpful since I had just bought the car. Awesome shop. Yuri and crew provided prompt and accurate cure to all 4 brake pads/rotors that were past due. In and out within 4 hours and took the time to get the job done ASAP, as I am a night shift worker, so they made sure to get the job done so I could get some sleep and on the road the next evening. 5 stars hands down.

I don t like to bring up gender but if there s an environment where I feel the most vulnerable as a woman, it s definitely as a consumer in the auto maintenance industry. However with M Y Automotive, I don t even question where to take my car now. Started taking our Jeep Wrangler to Yuri about 5-6 years ago after discovering that his daughter and I are co-workers. Yuri is honest, quick, and reliable. He takes the time to explain exactly how much (down to the dollar) each item will cost, how much for labor, how long until he can get the replacement parts and he s usually done a day earlier than expected!He explained to us a few months ago that he does inspections to help people and he never wants someone to feel like he s taking advantage of them. Instead, when he does our inspections, he makes it clear what issues are priorities to address within the next few months and what can be left alone.I never bother taking it somewhere else to see if I can get a lower price on repairs because I trust Yuri s integrity and value the relationship we have with him.He also has never failed to reach out after providing us service to check in and make sure everything is running okay. We re new to Columbia and was referred to Yuri by another mechanic to work on my BMW. We ve taken our car to him three times and each time he s been professional, friendly and honest. He notified me each time before doing any work and always followed up to make sure we were satisfied. UNBELIEVABLE !!!! New go to for car repairs. My F150 was having electrical issues took it to two other repair shops in Columbia, one of which I've used for 10+ yrs and nobody had a clue what was wrong. I then took it to My Automotive because of the online reviews and they lived up to them big time. Not only did they locate the electrical issue they charged me less for the repair then the others wanted just to diagnose a problem. Yuri even reached out after the repair to make sure everything was still working fine(Never has a repair shop done a follow up very impressive) IF YOUR CAR IS HAVING ANY ISSUES DONT HESITATE TO TAKE IT TO THESE GUYS . I will be taking all my vehicles to them from now on .

Really disappointed in the price gouging offered my daughter for a battery during a time of crisis. You don t have to be unethical with your pricing to female students. Ladies you all beware.

I took my car here after a recommendation from my sister. Yuri was able to get the work done sooner than expected and for half the price of other quotes of other shops. I won't hesitate to take my car back in the future.

Had a great experience with M Y Automotive. Great customer service, explained what repairs were needed and why, very reasonably priced.
