The entire staff at Lee s was so kind and helpful and expeditious!! I had some fun issues with my car and wasn t going to be able to have it seen at the first shop I took it to for at least 4 weeks. We called Lee s and they said they would be able to look at it same day and that they did! So grateful for the service they provided - my car is sounding better than ever!

Thank you to PHILLIP along with JEFF super grateful for them I would recommend lees tires and these staff specifically. I came in for a inspection and they let me know I had a transmission leak they didn t have to do that but they wanted to help out of the kindness of there heart thanks again we will be back! Also Jeff let me know if some amazing tattoo artists in town

I came in the day before Thanksgiving. I had already waited at another place for 3 hours only for them to tell me that they couldn t fix my issue. Lee s got me in, fixed my tire, and helped me with another issue in less than an hour. They also let my kids watch Netflix while we waited because they had already spent so many hours with me trying to get our car fixed. Every employee I interacted with was very nice, knowledgeable, and caring. Highly recommend!

I have never had to wait longer for an inspection than at Lee tire. After which I was failed for having bald tires. (coincidence? I think not) I was then quoted over $800 for the repair. I went to a different shop and the car passed the safety inspection with no issues. (there was an interesting lack of $800 repair fees) It is safe to say that I will not be coming back to Lee tire ever again.

The mechanics and receptionist are top notch! My tire wasn't completely sealed on my rim and they fixed it within 20 mins and gave me a big discount! Thank you for helping me!

I am a very regular customer of Lee's Tire Co. I get my tires from them. They have all kinds, cheap to very expensive ones. One notable thing is, once you get your tires changed, they invariably always invite you back for retorquing after you have driven between 50 to 100 miles. Service is free. I also get my oil changed regularly. Good service.I would love to see some improvement in customer WAITING area. Please get some comfortable chairs. A sofa set with some cushioned chairs would be nice. Keep working hard. Good work guys. Proud of you. Thanks.

I want to preface the fact that hen I came here, my car was not making any unusual noise or anything.So I came here for an inspection on 11/27/2023, there was probably four or five people in front of me but it still was only maybe an hour long wait which was nice. They take my keys and pull my car in and it takes them 30 minutes for a regular inspection which is pretty lengthy for a safety/emission inspec. They tell me my car needs both the front tie rod ends, front outer tie rod ends, both front control arms and both front wheel bearing/hub so I fail the inspec.I'm thinking hmm that's strange my car doesn't have any weird pull, noises, extra ply on the wheels or anything like that.. Literally 4 hours later I'm driving and there's a loud pop from my rear passenger tire well then the ABS light and Trac light come on and a horrible banging or scraping sound as well.. which they didn't even inspect my rear, if they did it wasnt even included on the estimate. Now my car has been jerking to the right and making erratic movements ever since, ABS and Trac off lights on still and the banging is horrible.So then I call them today, asking what they said I needed for parts. They tell me I need both front bearings and the front/rear tie rods but mention nothing about the control arms they estimated me for, which is strange because why include it if I didn't need it in the first place? And you didn't say anything about the rear needing work either yet it was so far gone it failed 4 hours after visiting your shop.. hm.Hate to point fingers but seems there's some fishy stuff they did to my vehicle to try and make me return to get the work done they quoted me for, which was $1,238.41 btw. Not doing it, I'll buy the parts and repair it myself which is under $300

Very good service, they were very good with our daughters car. My only complaint is that an employee asked for my daughter's phone number to contact her personally, it made my daughter feel awkward. Very unprofessional with that aspect.

We had not one but two blowouts only 2 1/2 hours into a Memorial Day weekend trip with our camper and this company was there for us.They had what we needed and stayed late to get us back in the road.Service: TiresService: Tires

We had a flat tire at the beginning of our Girls' Trip and this was the 4th place we stopped. Not only were they able to fix the tire (after being told at another place it was not fixable), but it was done in less than an hour! The employee took all of our luggage out and placed it on a tarp to keep it clean then put it all back in for us. Amazing service!!! Plus, the bathroom was cleaner and nicer than most restaurant bathrooms! Definitely worth the stop!Service: Tires

EXTREMELY helpful folks working there. Looking to buy a new set of wheels... Helped me thumb thru catalogs.. She even let me come back behind the counter to see what the different wheels would look like on my car on the computer. Shop small folks... This is a local business that deserves our business.

Made an appointment for 0830 for a tire puncture. I arrived on time but the lady at the front desk told me I d have to wait as they have cars ahead of me - which defeats the purpose of even scheduling an appointment. If you can t honor your scheduled appointments, and would rather service walk-ins first, then don t do it! People make an appointment for a reason, which is the only reason why I even have my car serviced here since other shops are fully booked! It took them over an hour just to get to my vehicle. The open time slots on their calendar should ve been a red flag as they clearly don t use it.Also, lady at the front desk seems like she hates her job. Unprofessional and doesn t know how to prioritize her work: customers comes first, your admin work comes last. If someone shows up to the counter you acknowledge them instead of pretending you don t see them standing there the whole time.And $25 for a tire plug? You all could ve at least patch it.

I called with a flat tire and spoke with Austin and he was very friendly and helpful. Within 30 minutes or so they got a used tire installed on the wheel and I was on my way. Friendly, affordable, and good quality service. My experience here was very refreshing after dealing with some other shops in town. Would recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

The best place in town. I was recently visiting family and drove in from New Jersey. When I arrived, my cars alternator went out. I had the car towed to Lee's, and they had it replaced and had me back on the road the next day. Top-tier mechanics that are friendly, and highly proficient. Lee's Tire Company has been around for quite a while and their service's never falter. You can tell the ownership cares about the customer and it trickles down to the rest of the employees.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Lee's found the solution! I had a blown trailer tire 80 miles from home. I could not get help from several tire stores because my pickup bed convert to trailer should have trailer tires but didn't. And places that did trailers didn't have the bizarre size. Lee's understood my need to get the trailer home and will work to convert it to true trailer rims and tires later. Quick. Excellent advice and great value for my tire.

Called and asked about getting two tires put on my car, was told to come on by. When I got there they thought I needed a tire repair, then we got to pricing tires. Best they could do was over 140 a tire. I asked if that was actually the best deal they had and I was met with two things. 1. The lady said " yeah, tire prices suck. And 2. When I said I really didn't want to go to Walmart just for a cheaper price, a mechanic sitting next to her heckled me and said he cares way too much about his car to to take it to Walmart. Which is pretty insulting. After about three minutes of what I assume was her pretending to look for a better deal she said 140 was the bottom line, the mechanic dude next to her then said I wouldn't find anything cheaper (which is a huge lie). So I left, called two other shops and had Lees price beat within 15 minutes. If the mechanic hadn't heckled me, I probably would have paid the extra money, but insulting a customer or trying to bully a customer into buying something is pretty egregious. So yeah, if you're in Columbia or Boone county, there are way cheaper and way friendlier tire shops around. Like I said, I had Thier price beat within 15 minutes.

I called before I brought it and they told me they would get me going. So I brought it there and they said that they weren t equipped to do it at their shop, they wanted to take it to their other garage. I said no I ll just come pick it up. Then they towed it after I said no and tried to charge me for the towing and diagnostic at their other shop, when I told them not to move the car. Definitely will not be going here again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the waiting room was nice, they had me in and out in 30 mins or less and honest people. My fix was cheap. They didn't try to rip me off.

This was my third visit for an oil change and tire rotation. Counter staff is always friendly and professional. I work close by so I drop my vehicle off in the morning and let them know I will return during my lunch hour. They call to let me know its completed. I called Lee's on Monday to get a MVI. They got me in on Tuesday whereas other places I called could not do it this week! All the employee's were so very friendly and courteous! They had a very nice waiting room, and it did not take hardly any time for the inspection! I told the nice guy who was at the cashier that I would be back again for my vehicle needs! I highly recommend them!
