After a regular maintenance service on my new k5, I found a gap between the AC panel frame and car body, also the voice navigation can not work. When I went back to the service department, the staff just told me they were full schedule and the next available service day was 20 days later. No apologizes, no explanation, just make a new appointment after listening my issues. I do not know if they could fix those problems or introduce more issues. But I wish they can because that would be my last time to be there. This was just my second experience of kia service.A quick update, my wife went there for repair service yesterday. After 2 hours later, the staff told her that they were not responsible for voice recognition, she need to contact another KIA service on her own. And for the gap of AC panel frame, they didn't have some parts to fix it. She need to wait. More important, it may had some cost that we need to pay by ourselves. Also, another new problem occurred, there was a crack on the back of the car. The detail is shown in the pic.

I have owned KIAs for over 15 years. This is the best dealership I have ever been to. I brought my car here because they were the closest to where I had car trouble. They were competent, clean, kind, fast, and they did not talk down to me just because I am a woman. If they were closer, I would go to them for all future service visits.

They provide great service and they stand by their work. The have always done good by me when I have taken my car there. Just wish they were a bit less expensive, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
