While pulling into a campground over Easter Weekend, I noticed a bearing problem, making the camper impossible to tow. JP personally came out to make sure the problem was fixed and the camper would be safe to tow. JP is dedicated to his craft and taking care of his customers. I highly recommend calling JP's if you have an issue in Central MO.

Yeah just go to this place. These guys have great sense of humor. Fast and exceptional good work. Stayed night in my truck, one of the mechanics offered if I needed food or anything from down the road he d take me. Super nice. Got my new water pump installed just like that.

I was passing through from Ohio and broke down in kingdom city with truck problems and they went above and beyond to help me. Super nice and professional and really saved my day and trip! Great people and great service! Their prices also blew the other companies I called out of the water and I got much better customer service. Great guys and great service! 10/10. Thanks for saving the day!

What an awesome experience. Coming thru Columbia I had a bearing go out on my trailer early in the am. Destroyed my axle. JP helped me fix my trailer so we could transport it to thier shop. Installed a new axle and had me back on the road in just a few short hours. Even though I was at a disadvantage and need to be back on the road immediately he charged me a more than fair price. Super awesome people.Thank you JP.They ROCK!!!!

I didn't have an appointment, just went in. Had a very pleasant experience. Kinda had sticker shock at the bill, not because of the labor cost, the cost of parts has gone crazy!I definitely recommend this shop!

Amazing crew that JP has , truck had a blown tire and mud flap bar caught in it , they arrived quick and got us back on the road in no time !! If you re in the area don t look no further these guys no what they are doing and are great !! Thank you guys !!

If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. They are very professional and kind. They made sure I was comfortable and kept me up on all that needed done. And they also kept the coffee flowing. Also their pricing is much better than the dealership I normally go to.

$200 for an after hours tire patch. It was 6:55 p.m. I feel like if I would have asked for more reasonable time frame that they would have made accommodations. Family time is important. But when stuck on the side of the road I would like a more concise conversation.Edit-- I was not asking for a tow. I was able to limp it in. Probably would have bought brand new tires. I was at your business location when I called the first time.

Super thankful for this company. The easiest business I have ever done with a tire company & at such a reasonable price especially with them traveling to you. I gave them a call and from talking to them, to them coming to my car & fixing my tire everything was under 45 mins! Definitely will use them again!Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

We used JP because our old F150 rust bucket broke down on our cross country from denver to indiana., and they diagnosed, unfortunately there was nothing they could do and we had to scrape it but the service and professionalism was way more than 5 stars, they even helped us unload our containers and pack up from our cross country move. Very great service. Will use again if ever needed.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

You need to be at the workshop to experience the good work the crew at the shop are doing. The level of professionalism and attention to details is exceptional. I had an issue with my truck traveling through Columbia MO with "Ice Coolant low" light coming up annoyingly. They did everything within their powers to get me back on the road after staying in Columbia for few days and my trailer parked in their premises for free. Thanks JP for everything you did...

The mechanics at JPs took care of us when the check engine light came on in our Class C RV motorhome. They took everything apart and diagnosed the issue for us within 2 hours of us arriving at the shop. They made us coffee and allowed us to sit in the waiting room with our dog while they were looking into the problem. Couldn t have asked for a better experience to get us back on the road. Thank you all so much for your time and kindness!

We were stranded at a gas station off I70 after I noticed a great deal of smoke coming from a back tire on my 5th wheel that we were towing. It turned out that a leaf spring had broken and the tire was rubbing on the wheel well; and, of course, this happened on a Sunday! Jonathan and his crew at JP s were incredible!! They did a temporary fix so we could get the 5th wheel to his shop and generously allowed us to stay in the parking lot over nite. They got our 4 leaf springs early Monday morning, got them installed and our tire changed. Called for emergency tire repair for my daughter s car in CoMo while she was at work and I m in another state. This guy identified the problem, took pictures to show what needed attention (needed replaced) and went out and found one (even had it delivered from out of town) and was able to replace it.I am so thankful for his honest service. He even does oil changes at your location, so considering that service as well. Thanks again for all you did to make this stressful situation manageable.Service: Tire change

If I could give him 10 star review I would!!My vehicle broke down over the holiday weekend and several hours from home with kids.....he came to our hotel fixed my vehicle so I could get back home on time and not be stranded.Not only was he quick as he was onsite within 30 mins of speaking to him but he did this later in evening too!Was a life saver! Very professional and courteous. Knowledgeable of work performing as well.I would like to note that this is the 1st auto mechanic that called next day to just make sure we made it home safely! How many shops or such do that? None but HE DID!!Will always keep his info for future as he is a saviour in my eyes. Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Owner not only was on time but met me at the site before I even got there! He's punctual he's professional and he gave me the information and service I needed on my cross country road trip. I was on i-70 and my van broke down. He told me where I should get it towed to (an autoshop he has a relationship with - just in case he didn't have the tools to meet my needs). Everything went smooth and he helped me out!

He is a very generous person and professional!!I would like to say he is the first technician who I saw was interested in service than the money. I got a flat tire at a gas station and was struggling to fix it. He was passing by and offered to help. Fixed it in minutes and was courteous enough to provide the assistance for replacement also.Service: Tires

I first used his website to get a quote for repairs on my car. After 24 hours of radio silence, I called him using the number on his website. He first acted confused when I referenced asking for a quote on his website, then asked the make and model of my car and what was wrong with it. I told him I believed it was a severed brake line and he told me he couldn't help me. If it is the age of my car, he should be more specific on his website. I truly felt like he was just going to ignore my online request indefinitely. He provided absolutely no explanation as to why he couldn't help me.

Very fast service once they made it to me. I highly recommend them if rocks try to smash your truck by jumping into the road. Completely smashed my ruin, then had the nerve to jump back onto the grass like nothing happened. But these guys made it to me, fixed my wheel, and got the job done, and done right.

Cleaned Oil from an air cooler and exchanged a turbo. He was very prompt and professional. Went out of his way to accommodate my needs on a Saturday afternoon. I hope i don t have breakdowns but if i do i hope there s someone like JP to help out. Can t brag on him enough.

We absolutely cannot thank you enough. You totally saved our vacation! We started having problems with our camper and pulled over right away. It was Sunday, nowhere was open, and we were stuck in a Casey's parking lot with 6 kids. You were pretty far away but offered to try and diagnose thru Facetime! Within 1hr we were back on the road! Without your help we would have had to spend the night in Casey's parking lot, got towed in the morning, and spent a fortune on diagnostics. Plus wasted so much of our vacation. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Jonathan saved me when my bucket truck broke down and I had to leave it on a very nice guy's farm in the middle of nowhere and & I called JPs at 10 pm that night he was on sight at 8:30 the next morning and saved me lots of tow cost & was very Reasonably priced I would a give him 10 stars if I couldThanks again JPs

Called whenever my van broke down and all the shops were closed. Not only did he meet us where we were towed, but he was the 15 minutes early. Very helpful in diagnosing the problem
