Awful, awful, awful service! It took them three months to fix my car, and even then, they didn't fix some issues and added some battery problems!I would never ever want to see even the name of this brand again. It was the worst service I got in my life.There are much better services all around the corner; you do not have to go through all the horrible experience I went through.

Big shout-out to Jacob in Machens Ford service who got me in touch with Danny in the Machens West collision center. I needed a windshield replaced in my 2017 Ford Escape. Danny got my windshield installed and my 2017 Ford Escape recallibrated. It was a fantastic job at a great price. I've used the Machens shop for both body and mechanical work, and I've always been impressed with the outcome. Everyone I've encountered has been professional and helpful. The facilities are clean and well managed. My 2013 Ford Explorer was in a wreck, but the vehicle was repaired expertly and looks as good as new! I would highly recommend Machens!

Great place, came to get an estimate after a door dasher hit my vehicle, as a Marine who is attentive to detail, i appreciate the fact that Steve Robert s took the time to actually get down on the ground and found something else, and went in Depth of details of the repairs,that the other places , I got estimates from DIDNT even bother to take the time or effort and he even took the pictures as well. definitely will keep doing business with them. Very professional.

The service was great from start to finish! As a woman, I appreciate being treated with respect when I pursue services for my car. The entire staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and repaired the damage to my car in a timely manner. Most importantly, they made it as if the collision never happened. Except for parts having a long wait time and I wasn t going to be able to book an appointment until January 7 went on a secondary list for service. This took 5 weeks for them to complete. Number one plus was, they got most of the repairs on my extended service warranty. They were more than compliant with keeping me updated on what was going on. Will continue to use them for any service that needs done.

Due to Jacob's approach to setting realistic expectations, I was pleased to get the truck back earlier than expected. Jacob along with the service technician took care of the truck like it was their's keeping me informed of the repair progress the entire time. They were very helpful! They gave me a loaner which was very nice of them to do. The fact that they took my truck a few days before my scheduled appointment was very nice of them! They fixed the issues. One was a electrical problem with the touch screen an the other was a squeaky sound which went away. After getting in an accident my car was taken here because it could be repaired quickly and efficiently . What was supposed to be a two week project ended up being almost two months, with the staff continuously telling us by the end of next week every week to the point we did not believe them until we would be told the car was ready.After the delayed service we went to pick up my car and noticed there was a slight shake to it that was not there before my car accident, so we turned around to have them look at it. They told up they only aligned the back tires where the car was hit and did not do the front tires, saying that must be a separate issue and could not have occurred from the accident though I was up to date on inspection. We took my car in elsewhere for a second opinion, who said the front wheel alignment was most likely impacted from the accident as well.Paint was left on my back headlight from repairs, as well as large gaps in the metal framework.Overall an incredibly disappointing experience, and would not recommend to anyone.

Machens body & paint came through for me after I was rear ended. They got me right in for an estimate, ordered what they needed, and less than a week later they had me all fixed up like it never happened. They communicated directly with insurance and my rental car company, and kept me posted along the way. At pickup they had my SUV detailed, including my floor mats! The work performed was great, but their professionalism and customer service were even greater! Thank you Machens.

Our car had a lot of hail damage after the storm in May. We took it to Machens Body Shop and it literally looks like a brand new car. Not a single ding left on it - and there were hundreds. Mike kept us informed throughout the entire process and Doug was easy to work with. In addition to the fantastic job they did on the outside they detailed the inside as well. We were so pleased because we had only had the car for 4 months - looks like the day we drove it off the lot. Great people; great service! Thanks to all of you at the body shop!

I had a fuel tank electrical recall I took my vehicle in for and asked if they would check my transmission as it seemed to catch/shudder between gear. I ended up having a transmission/clutch issue that took until the next day to repair. This fell under the 60K mile warrantee and was completed at no cost to me. They provided a loaner vehicle (2020 Ecosport) and my car is running better than it ever has. Tony provided excellent service and customer care.Service: Transmission

Tony Hoffman in the service department hands down the best service writer you have!! He actually listens to what you're saying. As a woman that makes going to get your car repaired easy! I believe his name was Chris he doesn't listen and might need some customer service skills reiterated to him. Just ask for Tony by name you won't regret it.

My husband, daughter and I were traveling from Nebraska to St. Louis. On the way there, a deer hit us on our passenger side. Later on when we stopped to walk around and take a break, I rolled the passenger side window down, not thinking, and it wouldn t roll back up. We looked for the nearest body shop and found Joe Machens. My husband walked in and explained what was going on, and they said they would take a look at it right away. Before even taking it to the body man, the gentleman who was helping us tried doing a few things to try and fix it. He wasn t successful so he had to have one of his guys look at it. Not only were we in and out within 40 minutes, but the lady at the front desk ran to our truck to get us our diapers and wipes, due to our daughter having a dirty diaper, and they didn t even charge us!! Such an amazing experience here!! We would recommend anyone to go here! They have phenomenal customer service and we re super understanding of our need to be in and out as soon as possible!

Doug and the entire team at Machens Body & Paint were OUTSTANDING to work with. We had 3 vehicles get hammered by a recent hail storm. You can imagine the devastation. From the estimate to working with insurance, this crew made everything easy...start to finish. I was blown away by the attention to detail and level of work that all of our cars received. This is the best customer service I ve ever seen, mike kept me updated about my car and every single person I came saw was extremely polite. My car was fixed in a timely fashion and when I picked it up it looked amazing and they had even detailed the inside. I would recommend their service to anyone needing there car fixed!

Body shop had my truck for 5 days and didn t even work on it. When I would call in asking the status of my repairs I was told they didn t know why it was taking so long. I now know why because it never left the parking lot. Stay as far away from these worthless people as you can.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had no issues the first time I had my car done there, but this last time was a disaster which will cause me to take my business elsewhere in the future. I had my car fixed and it only took a couple days, whenever I went and picked my car up and started driving I heard a whistle coming from the window, turns out the window wasn t put back in right and my cover for my inner panel was cracked by the window so I contact them and set up to come in the next day. Justin looked at it and we set up for me to bring it in that next week. When mentioning the crack, I was told that the crack was already there WHICH IT WASN'T, and they weren t going to replace it, it first started with just needing my car for a half day and it turned into an all day thing, I got a call that my car was ready 20 mins before closing and was told that the trim wasn t put back on because there was no time which made me feel as if I wasn t a priority and my service was rushed, and from when my car was fixed, they left all the damaged pieces in my trunk and I asked Justin to have them dispose of it and he said sure thing, we will take care of that for you , pick my car up, open the trunk and everything was still in there, very displeased with how my situation was handled.

The body shop is great. Don't buy your vehicle from Machens group. Terrible sales teams and lost promises. You'll regret it, I guarantee it. Update 1-14-2020 I like my Ford but not from Machens.

The Joe Machens Body & Paint Center is The Beatles of the body shop world. They are so nice to deal with, do great work, and returned my vehicle quicker than I thought it would take them to finish everythingAnd actually, now that I think about it, Paul McCartney once said that The Beatles were the Joe Machens Body & Paint Center of the rock world. Ryan & Staff at Commerce Dr - Highly Recommended!The damage is undetectable now!More impotantly, the modules were tested. I feel safe knowing that. . . . Thanks Ryan and staff! . . . My car was lightly rear-ended. The bumper sustained a crease and scuffing. Ryan explained that the shop could repair the work without needing a new bumper and ecplained that it was hard to justify breaking the bumper pins to test the modules underneath the bumper, which would have left them exposed until insurance approved the work and the repair was being made. Made sense to me!
