The service didn't take that long for an oil change and rotation. However, the only recommendations made were my rear brakes, they did not fill my washer fluid or tell me about a torn wiper blade. The professionalism in service is there but the technical knowledge is lacking. Its unfortunate that I have extended warranties to use only at Nissan because Plaza tire on Smiley lane in Columbia doesn't miss a beat when it comes to the little things.

We have a 2015 Nissan Rogue and have taken it exclusively to Machens Nissan. I'm not sure why since I have almost always been disappointed by the service there. Two examples: (1) From the beginning, the car had a problem where the driver's seat would slide forward a bit at every stop. We had them look at this while it was under warranty and they found nothing. Once it was out of warranty, they looked at it (for a $70 charge) and suddenly found that the metal seat track was bent. Neither they nor Nissan would cover what was obviously a manufacturer's defect (and a danger, too). Nissan has real quality issues if my 140 pound wife could bend the metal seat track somehow! (2) They replaced the tires 40 months ago. After 19,000 miles, the tires need to be replaced again. I have had rotations, alignment checks, etc. When I called to ask about a warranty (either from them or from the manufactures of the tires that they recommended), I was essentially told that I was just out of luck.Needless to say, I'll be taking my Nissan elsewhere from now on, and I won't be purchasing a Nissan again.Service: Auto tire replacement

I just need to submit a claim for a gap. Pretty sure they work with them often, but took a couple days before they finally exclaimed the Nissan dealership and Nissan finance were different. Now that I have finally submitted the claim they are having a difficult time sending off the paperwork the finance company needs. They sold me the gap but are having a hard time helping me process it. And now that I have got that figured out they are having a hard time sending off the paperwork. Will sell you a car in a min, just takes weeks to process anything or get a call back after that car is sold. UPDATE took my parents calling to finally get a call back. Then said they can t do anything in a day. It will take time. Well a phone call takes a lot less than a day. Thanks for nothing.

Not a place to go if you want something done in a timely manner took them a week to tell me they couldn't do anything and had both a portable charger and small bag of coins taken

If you need a vehicle of any kind- call Kamari Allmon. I have never had such high class service at any dealership in my life. He was kind and informative- helpful and made car buying the easiest and fastest I've ever seen. One of the most personable people I've ever met. He even helped move car seats and reinstall them. Top notch is an understatement. Call him before anyone else. You will not be disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Machens Nissan! I took my wife s Juke in for an oil change and ended up with a $4,000 bill and over two weeks waiting on parts! The most disappointing part of the whole experience is that I have asked to talk to the service manager for a week now and he is so disrespectful to his customers that he can not be bothered to return a phone call!!! Needless to say I will not be giving Nissan or any of the Machines dealerships my business in the future.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

They couldn't find the problem for my car. I still have a issue on gear lock even changed many parts. Maybe I will try to go other repair shop.
