We had an amazing buying experience. Duron made everything hassle free, no pressure and seamless! They offered me more for my trade than anyone else and got my payments below where I wanted them to be- 10/10. Machens will be our first stop when looking for vehicles in the future.

Im going to try and make this short. I hit a deer and totaled my car when i was 8 months pregnant Ive always herd good things about ford lincoln so i decided to go here, i found a car I loved and even got a warranty with them through AUL.I bought a subaru tribeca 3rd row, it was around 15,000.00 7 months later I took it in for an oil change at Subaru (they said the motor was going out and would need to be replaced) subaru bargained back and forth with AUL over coverage and we got ford lincoln involved to try and help. They were not much help at all giving me the run around and avoiding my calls with no calls back. After my car had sit in the shop for 5 months i decided to drain every dime I had to pay it off bc the payment and ins on a car i couldn't drive was unrealistic especially with being a new single mom with a house under construction im working on paycheck to paycheck. Before I pad the car off I went to ford lincoln and canceled my gap and my warranty with AUL. That was in August and I have Still not received a refund check. Ford lincoln says they canceled it and theres nothing else they can do but if you call the warranty company they said they find it still active.... i would like to add months earlier before i decided to pay the car off i hired a lawyer who got a petition together to sue this company or the insurance company that backs them. On my contract it says they sre out of Florida and ins by Americans bankers insurance but when you call the number on the contract you get someone out of Chicago who says they have no clue who AUL is????? Now I can call AUL directly but they can't help me they always told me I needed to contact there insurers office...... which doesn't exist i guess.... obviously we were not abke to sue a company that doesn't exist. So i got sold a bogus contract, never got my refund back, and ford lincoln was no help st all. I even talked to there GM on several occasions he was nice but unfortunately not any help. They did offer to trade my car in but clearly that's not feasible i would've had to get a 4,000. Car and then would habe owed almost 20,000. On it. Clearly that was not a helpful option. I was very disappointed as this was my first time buying a car through a dealership and my first time with a warranty. Needles to say i will never buy from a dealership again.

5 stars to my salesman, Brian Hardaway, 4 stars for the overall experience as there were some hiccups in the beginning. This is my 4th car purchase from Machens and I won't go anywhere else despite the hiccups. They go above and beyond and make everything right and the best experience in car buying.

Could not be happier with my experiences at Joe Machens Ford Lincoln! Ryan was the best salesmen and made my family and I feel so comfortable during the entire car buying experience. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and personable to your individual needs! Highly highly recommend him! Just a great job overall. Out of town looking for a specific vehicle and they found it for me. Jackie Frerking & Steve Nagel are top notch at what they do. Could not be happier with their service. I can t drive that far to get one, so you know what, they sent it to me! Unbelievable. Just top notch service from Steve making it all happen. This is the place I ll always buy from as long as those 2 are there. People can make or break a business and these 2 make the business what it is. Just speechless on how I was treated. From beginning to end I kinda knew I d end up back here after checking everyone else out. And, I was right! Just superior service and sales puts this dealer #1 in my book. They weren t looking to rip me off they d rather have me as a customer for life and they got it. Jackie was wonderful and didn t give up on me finding the right vehicle and they did at a very fair price. You d be foolish if you didn t check them out on your next purchase. Doesn t matter the brand, they can find them all and make a fair deal! Couldn t be happier! Thank you Jackie & Steve for all you ve done! One happy camper here!

Jackie was extremely helpful and accomidating. As soon as we called her she sent us links to vehicles in our search criteria. When we arrived she had keys ready for test drive. She spent the entire day with us and at the end we drove away very satisfied with our new car! She even texted to make sure we made it home in the terrible storms.

Jason at the Collisions Center has been absolutely fantastic to work with in getting an estimate for my deer impacted equinox! I am out of state. He has been available and patient with my inquiries and I feel that he cares about the customer and making sure the mechanics and technicians are doing an excellent job on the repair. Highly recommend so far!

Braden Schlueter, the Lincoln Advisor at Joe Machens Lincoln, is always so helpful to us. He helped us out with a loaner car when we had doctor's appointments while our car was being serviced, is great with scheduling the Lincoln Concierge Services, and was also very friendly when helping us with our latest service bill. Will definitely keep using Braden and Joe Machens Lincoln for our service. A++++
