Told my wife she needed screw for splash guard. Said they would leave on in glove box so we would know what we need. Next day she calls me because there is scraping noise under car. From picture you can see splash guard is missing and skid plate is hanging down with no bolts installed on front side. Took to store snd they fastened up until we could get new splash guard and hardware. Later in the day we found splash guard in trunk. No one told us they didn t I talk it and put it in trunk. We thought we lost it on highway. None of the mounting screws were with it. How can you not install it snd not tell us? Also, why would you not secure skid plate properly? If this had hit debris on highway it could have caused lots of damage to the car. Will never go to Jiffy Lune again.Service: Oil change

Did not replace oil filter correctly, causing a mess of oil covering the undercarriage. Went to a different shop where I was told they usually charge $100-200 to clean a mess like that. I called Jiffy Lube to explain the situation and the representative said they did not have my information and denied ever servicing my vehicle.

This was my first time at this particular Jiffy Lube, and my first time getting my oil changed with this recently purchased vehicle. It was a bit of a shock to discover the high price of the oil that my car required! So, I appreciated a currently-running discount being applied to help offset that cost. Although it took awhile for them to get to my car because of others in line before me, once they began, it was done in a very timely manner. I don't mind waiting for great service! Service was 10/10. Nate, Isaiah and Ash were amazing. I did have an issue with Bailey. Just a weird looking guy and sounds weird too. Seeeew annoying. I will definitely be telling everyone to come to Nifong. Amazing...

They took out my cabin filter to check it when I ve never had that done before at jiffy lube or other quick shops. And that s concerning to me because with how mine is positioned to get in and out, it s likely to rip and I don t want to have to pay for their damages. Also tried telling me I need to replace my engine air filter because it was yellow. I replaced that filter 5k miles ago myself and the yellow tint they were talking about is just the color of the filter. There were like 2 bugs in it but otherwise just about as clean as the day I put it in. Definitely trying to up charge me and trying to get me to spend more.

Went yesterday and the guys bottomed out my car twice while changing the oil, were rude because I didn t want to get new wipers and never filled up my tires/did the usual stuff. Downtown location is really solid and a better choice

Staff are welcoming and friendly. Got me in and out within 15 mins. Car was given a detail with their vacuum. Highly recommend this spot!

Pulled up here on a Friday and the guy walks out and says "hope you're here for an oil change cause that's all we do on Fridays... oh wait, what is today?" Then he proceeds to claim my car is making an engine noise, he asks the other two in the shop if they want to do the oil change and they shake their head no. Claimed its a liability if they change the oil and later there is an engine problem. Avoid this location.Update: the email address in the response below doesn t work, go figure.

The team did a great job servicing my ford but the Manager was awful. The Manager decided to yell at his associates about where I placed my car. He then decided to lecture me over my car and talk down to me. I have worked in retail for 15 years, his leadership was terrible.

They told me it would be a hour and a half and I could go to a different place because they was to backup I said no I will wait here because I live in this area Said they aired my tires up but didn t because I stopped at a gas station and put air in them and the light went off and o rally said I didn t need a air filter that they was trying to charge 32$ for. Not happy about this at all

People were nice, oil change didn't take too long. However, they took out my cabin and engine air filter without asking, then put my cabin air filter back in without shaking off the contaminants, so a leaf got sucked into my AC system and it makes flapping sound now and I'm gonna have to fish it out.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This is a great location to take your vehicle for service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They take the extra steps to make sure your vehicle gets complete service. I used to go to Firestone but no longer. This location has earned my business.

My service was just an oil change, and went very fast. The two cars ahead of me apparently had been there a while. 114 for a full synthetic seems steep, so I suppose I paid for that speed. I declined the engine and cabin air filter replacement and when I got home I discovered the plastic housing for the engine air filter was unclamped and just sitting there unattached under my hood. Same with my cabin air filter plastic door - it was sitting in my passenger floor board.

I was told it would be a 45 minute wait and it was double. I waited an hour and a half. By the time they called my vehicle not my name, they told me they didn t have the oil I desired, so I had to leave (after waiting too long) or buy the more expensive oil.I am guessing the job was fine. BIG SHOUTOUT TO BAILEY! He Seriously had me smiling from the moment i pulled up to get my car serviced and was super helpful.From start to finish the employees treated me with kindness and respect. I have always taken my car to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and other light maintenance. They do a fantastic job, their prices are competitive with dealership service prices and they always get me in and out in a timely manner. I usually have a great experience with this location but this time it was a circus. The employees were very nice but no one seemed to know what they were doing and there was no organization to their process. The manager was not keeping the employees in line and on task, so it took forever and I watched my car sit in the bay for 35 minutes without being looked at. The other customers there with me agreed that they should have been working much more efficiently than they were. I was very disappointed with how long it took and didn't need to. Oh and I also watched an employee stop what they were doing to go help a friend fill up their tires. Very unprofessional.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

First person here and 1 hour and 40 minutes later still waiting on my oil change to get finished. Didn t have the correct filter or the correct tools to change the oil in my Cherokee or the Equinox that got here at open as well. Seem like common models to me. First time I had came here and it took 2 hrs to get my oil change and wasn t packed but they gave me a discount because I had to wait and opened the door for me and said have a good day! After arriving, I told the attendant (Tison) that I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. After a few minutes, I was called to the counter to discuss service required on the vehicle. I told them to use same as always (synthetic blend). The attendant was unable to pull my history up despite taking my vehicle with 85k miles on it to this same station for several years. This should have been my first flag to leave.After they had oil change started, I was told that they couldn t do a tire rotation. 2nd flag.I also did not receive a new reminder sticker for my next oil change. Maybe I should try another station that doesn t have new employees every three months?Service: Oil change
