Second time In a row I ve been to a Jiffy Lube and my vehicle is not properly serviced. Last time they left the radiator cap unsecured and my engine melted in the Nevada heat. This time my fluids weren t topped off, which AGAIN was my radiator fluid that needed topping off, and windshield wiper fluid so if anything hit my ONLY away to see out the front, I would be confident in holding a lever and cleaning my field of vision with ease.Also the toilet seat wasn t properly secured, which could have led to massive bodily harm to my already permanently damaged body. I m a disabled veteran who depends on services that are rendered to do what they say and facilities that won t end me if I use them as intended. Shame on you Jiffy Lube for having not only shady business practices but also providing dangerous environments for customers. Do better. Be better.Customer rep did seem knowledgeable and kind when dealing with customers, and service time was under 45 mins, so who knows if my oil was even changed either. Free water tasted funky. Also no towels in hand drying dispenser.

Thought I got out in a timely manner but realized none of my fluids were check or topped off. Thought that was apart of there signature service.. also none of my floor mats were vacuumed. Jiffy Lube is the only place I have went for oil changes since I got this car. I understand mistakes happen and I hope I can get this resolved.

My first time in a long time at a Jiffy Lube, the service was excellent, optional updates were offered, but not aggressive in sales, they brought my air filters to me and showed them to me and explained that it didn t look like I needed to buy new ones.at the end of the service the manager double checked and made sure that my maintenance message was reset. Overall excellent experience.

They did not speak to me about my car other than ask me if I needed an oil change. Did not reset the oil change alert. And other than telling me how much I owed they told me nothing. The crew that was there in May when I brought my vehicle in were a great group of guys and always let me know if they had to fill any fluids, and if they noticed anything going on. They seemed to really appreciate their customers. Will nit be taking my car back there.

The service that they gave me was not professional at all. I ve been using this location for a while so the employees tend to change every 3 to 6 months. Well today the new manager and one of his employees lied in my face and told me that they put air in my tires and they did not I thought that was very rude of them,Then I needed my headlights replaced being that on my last visit I was told that they was out I was confused about the situation because I was told that they cannot perform the service because nothing was wrong with my headlights . I just hope that they were professional as they were doing my oil change. And do anything to damage or sabotage my car because they was frustrated with me. Very friendly, went for an oil change and they checked out the rest of the car as well and gave their opinions on additional add-ons without pressuring too much. Ended up getting my coolant topped off as well per their advice

May 23rd. 2023, around 3:30 PM. Jiffy Lube on Paris Rd. In Columbia MO, the manager is Tanner. The crew failed to bolt the skid plate back onto my 2022 Honda civic, and as a result the front dropped down on the highway and bent it up, and damaged plastics and lost the other retaining clips. I would add zero stars if that were an option. They said they will make it right, if they repair it up to OEM standards at no cost to me then I will remove this bad review.Services: Tires, Oil change

All the employees were extremely friendly and made sure to go over everything with me! One of them, even had a good idea about having a rescue animal at the business that everyone could pet and love on, while they wait! I loved the idea and mentioned how a car dealership was doing exactly that; which is why I would travel the extra distance to buy my next car and the extra 30 miles to continue coming here! I normally have good experiences here but I'm taking a star off due to my last visit being less than stellar. I'm not sure why but the guys seemed rushed this time, and although I appreciated that the service was pretty fast overall, when they pulled my car around there was oil on every surface the tech had touched (door handles inside and out, the frame of the vehicle underneath and to the side of the door, the center console, arm rests, the steering wheel, the gear shift and the ignition button) as if the tech was covered in oil up to his elbows. This is the first time I've ever experienced this here, and I've come here regularly with my last two vehicles for the last 5-6 years. Hopefully this was just a one-off thing.Service: Oil change

They offer the filter change and my car leaves sounding like it s falling apart wth! It was literally only me there whyyyyyyyy are yall rushing services TAKE YOUR TIME now I have to come back so you can give me my money to go else where so disappointed, it didn t matter I had to drive out of my way back to another city with no heat for two days because of them not fully cleaning the vents to replace why upsale something your not ready to correct FULLY then when I went back they only said this n this came out well okkk I don t care complete that job because you inconvenienced me extremely missing money running up and down the highway for their error

I went in last week for an Oil change. They were not too busy so they took my car in real quick. I watched as they checked everything. My air filter was dirty so I had them replace it. They were really nice. The waiting area was clean but, they did not have any coffee made & I wanted some. Next time I hope they have it.

My car was next in line, and it took over an hour forward. To be serviced, there were a lot of new people. They were nice, but not very well. Trained as far as customer service. There was no TV going And I had my grandchildren with me. This is the first time in this state using Jiffy Lube. In Oregon, you sit in the car. A third car on the other side was getting looked at before mine was even moved in to the Bay.Service: Oil change

Cool staff, but unfortunately, the second time I have gotten my oil changed, and they didn't put the bolts back in for my scratch guard, which came loose and broke on my way home. I understand mistakes, but an unfortunate one for me.
