My daughter was visiting from out of town when the battery in her car died. We asked a good friend and he directed us to Interstate and WOW, what a great recommendation! We dealt with Mat but the entire staff was kind, so helpful friendly and so knowledgeable! The store was clean and well organized and the customer service could not have been better!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Interstate All Battery Center here in Columbia. Their service was impeccable - they replaced my car battery in less than 15 minutes! We mainly worked with Matt (incredible guy) the rest of staff was also friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, making the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Interstate All Battery Center for anyone in need of battery-related services!

I'm calling him Mr. Battery(Matt). Very knowledgeable and speaks eloquently. My car died in their parking lot and he switched the battery out fast and efficiently. He also let me know that I probably needed a new alternator, which I did. Thank you Matt!

Zack was super helpful in getting my VW Tiguan battery replaced. Having gone through the same thing a few months prior, he shared his experience with me, knowing I would need to visit the dealership for installation. I felt confident telling the dealership exactly what was needed and Zack s information saved me nearly $200. Super thankful for the awesome customer service. Truly, above and beyond.

Matthew was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very informative as well, he gave me options and offered to help - he got a battery charged for me and made sure it was ready right before the store closed for the day. He also educated me on a smart charger and gave helpful tips on how to use it - was able to salvage an old battery that I almost gave up on. Can t say enough about how great the customer service was! 10/10!!

We needed new batteries for our RV, and we were extremely pleased with the excellent service Jim provided throughout the process of selection and installation. It's hard to find places with such great customer service. We highly recommend!

Your people are amazing. They remember my name every time I come in and that's once or twice a year. You don't find service like your team in Columbia provides anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone.

I had the most awesome experience with getting my car battery replaced. I took my car to the Interstate Battery Store on Vandiver and they were wonderful! They were genuinely nice and welcoming, incredibly helpful, and it was a better deal than anywhere else I checked. They opened early for me and it only took them like 5 minutes to install it. While this type of service was common 20 years ago, compared to most places of any type today, this was incredible!! 5 Stars without question and I will recommend them to everyone I talk to!

Amazing service! The Columbia Interstate Battery team was so easy to work with my dad and I on the phone and in person! They did a great job replacing my car s battery and were super helpful with the entire experience. Highly recommend!

This location has very courteous associates. Not only do they offer great customer service but they provided me with the knowledge I needed to know about my battery & existing batteries that could assist me with my traveling.Very great experience! I would recommend others to visit.

They are Prompt and Curtious.There deals are Good too.If You get a Battery from them. They will Install it for You.The Battery and Installation are Cheap but Good .

GREAT customer service. We started talking and they forgot to ring up the other battery I purchased. After looking at my statement I realized they did not ring me up so I went in and let them know. They were so grateful that I came back in they gave me a discount on the "non purchased" battery. I was so impressed I purchased another battery to have as an extra. That is going above and beyond I think.

Will go back for batteries as long as I can. Haven't received better customer service at any other battery provider and can't believe Jim changed two truck batteries out in less than 15 minutes.

These folks are AWESOME! They also sell amazing products. Today I purchased a new Interstate Battery for my Chevy Truck. Their service was top notch and their establishment/shop was SOOOOOO CLEAN! There Staff is very knowledgeable in what they sell as well. If you are in the market for a battery I highly recommend you see these folks at Interstate Battery in Columbia Mo on Vandiver.

These guys are great! Really helpful and always provide the best customer service. Over the years Interstate Batteries have proved reliable and are my choice for car batteries. Highly recommend this store and this brand of battery.

These guys are awesome, and have always been fair with me. My motorcycle battery went bad and they had me rigged up the very next day. Friendly and personable staff. You won t regret your purchase with them

Had a great experience picking out a battery for my car. The employees there had great service and went above and beyond to help pick the right battery. Apparently the battery in my car completely drained from not being started and could not be recovered. Both employees there helped me pick the best option. Awesome job all

These folks are awesome! I went in with a battery case that I couldn't remove the battery from and voila' they knew the trick. Super friendly, helpful, fast. Even carried the battery to the car for me. I also found a half price Otter Box for my old I-phone 5!

I have been a customer of Interstate All Battery Center in Columbia for a couple years now. The customer service is always genuine and friendly as soon as I walk in the door. They have helped me out with my cell phone screen, new car key fob batteries, and getting batteries/flashlights/lanterns for camping trips. I highly recommend you shop here because I always have a good experience and I think you will too.

Well buying 2 batteries for a diesel truck should not be fun but Matthew at Interstate Batteries in Columbia Mo made it that way! Knowledgeable and friendly! I will support this business for years to come. Great work Matthew!

Matthew was very helpful, personable and an over-all impressive young man. I'm thrilled with my new Interstate car battery, since my previous 3 year Ever-Start battery from Walmart bit the dust after two years! He checked my alternator and installed the battery for me. I highly recommend Interstate Battery for any battery needs. They even had my bathroom scale battery there. Score!
