The staff is very attentive to the customers needs. They make sure you have all the devices you need, and the installation is clean, afterwards you're like " how is that in there!?" I'll be glad to have it over, but if any team put these devices in my car... I was glad it was them.

Sound Performance, the installer and servicer for LifeSafer is great. Wonderful people. LifeSafer customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have now been on hold with them for over 45 minutes. My truck would not start this evening so I had to take and Uber to get to my destination at a cost of $10.56. This is totally unacceptable.

My experience was extremely positive with the lifesafer group at the sound performance building in Columbia. The staff here are very nice people who will go out of their way to ensure that you can continue to drive if you ever need their services. If you ever find yourself in a position to where you need an interlock device, I would highly recommend going to this business.

In and out in 20 or less minutes, employees helpful and informational. If you have to use a company for this. LifeSafer might be the best in Columbia.
