I give this shop a 10/10. Galen went above and beyond what I expected! After getting myself into a bit of a rough spot with no insurance and needing my car fixed. He worked with me and helped me find a price I could afford! He also showed he really cares for his work and painted my hood so it does not rust! I will recommend Galens shop to anyone needing car repairs done!! Thank you again :) Oh, and not to mention he got the whole front end repaired in only a week!!!

Look no further if you need collision repair work done on your vehicle. Our daughter is a student at Mizzou (we are in GA) and she needed work done on her vehicle. Allie was extremely helpful and provided us with a very timely quote and kept us informed about the work being done on the vehicle. Galen's is amazing to work with and worked well with the insurance company. Additionally, they went beyond the call of duty and made extra accommodations to make sure that my daughter could pick her vehicle up after hours. Additionally, Galen himself stayed late in below freezing temperatures to assist my daughter when the lock froze. The work done on the car looks phenomenal. Her 2010 Honda Accord looks brand new. The customer service and professionalism is beyond compare!

I had never been in a position to use Galen's Auto Body before but found myself in a minor situation that needed a pro. My new-to-me truck had a running scratch that went across both passenger side doors. Definitely the kind of scratch that could ruin a day. I was sure I was either going to have to live with it, or spend $1000 plus to have someone fix it. I went to Galen because he's Local (support local!) and I've heard nothing but great things from friends and acquaintances about the work Galen does. I was not disappointed! He was able to fix me up quickly, but he also took the time to explain to me his process. It was an honest dealing with an obvious professional that has tons of experience - and the price was very reasonable! Through the course of my transaction, I met several of his employees. I loved working with Galen and his crew at Galen's Auto Body Shop! They were professional and had prompt, open communication! They worked with my insurance to get my car repaired with even better tires and they fixed my vehicle in a speedy manor. They even kept my car safe in their garage for many days until I was able to pick up! I highly recommend their services and will be sending my friends and family there! When our company vehicle was involved in an unfortunate accident due to weather, we entrusted Galen & his team to make the repairs necessary to get us back on the road and in business. Everyone there was transparent about pricing, worked to get deals on replacement parts where possible, and treated us with utmost respect.Galen and his team are reliable, trustworthy, kind, prompt, and full of integrity.We will be revisiting soon to complete our more cosmetic repairs and will recommend them to anyone in need!Service: Body & Trim

Galen was the second person (after insurance) we spoke to after a rear-end car accident. From the second we met with Galen, he was upfront, honest, and always kept us in the loop about the situation with our car. He was always available for whatever questions/comments/concerns we had, and never once had us wondering where we stood with our vehicle and the progress. Love Galens auto body! I've only gotten into two accidents in the past 6 years due to other bad drivers and both times Galens has done stellar work, 11/10 rating for sure. If something isn't right when you roll off their shop lot, they are more than happy for you to bring it back and fix you right up! I will never take my cars anywhere else. They work with your insurance and will fight for you to get the repairs you deserve the first time!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I just got a new car a couple months back, and unfortunately hit a deer headed to work. Called Galen got the car towed to him. He told me straight forward how long it would take, he knew my insurance wouldn t cover me a loaner and got it back to me sooner then expected. It went smooth and his guys did AWESOME!! If I could leave a half star I would. Rude, slow, tons of hidden costs on your bill and completely unprofessional!!!! Do not recommend this company at all!!!

I feel very lucky to have found Galen's Auto Body. They are a wonderful business. They fixed my car in 1 day and it was perfect. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business. I forgot to mention they cleaned the inside of my car. It smelled like a new car.

Galen and his were super professional and easy to with! They even went out of their way to drive us to the car rental company when they were supposed to come pick us up. Had our vehicle repaired in a few days and looks good as new. Awesome team would highly recommend

We took our car into Galen's for damage repair. He completed the job in a timely manner as well as in the amount of time he told us. The pristine work done on the exterior was accented by the interior cleaning that was done. My son felt like he was driving a new car when we left. In addition to the amazing work he did, he worked with the insurance company to get the additional money that was shorted on the insurance payment. Galen is professional, personable, and has excellent work ethic. I would highly recommend using Galen s Auto Body Shop.

Galen does an excellent job. Honest, competent service and my car looks awesome after the repair. The icing on the cake was they finished earlier than projected AND cleaned and vacuumed the inside too! Great job, Galen! You'll certainly be my #1 choice in the future!

Galen's Auto Body took good care of our Dodge Magnum SRT8 when it received severe hail damage earlier this Spring. It is part of the story that we initially did have some quality issues - however, once notified of the problems, Mr. Galen and his office manager Contessia went above and beyond to take care of the issues. They picked up the car personally, paid for a rental car while our car was back in the shop, fixed other minor issues at no charge, and even returned our vehicle with a full tank of gas. I believe the way a company deals with problems truly says a lot about it, and I will highly recommend Galen's Auto Body for their (final) workmanship, service and professionalism. If I ever need to have other body work done, I'd be happy to use their services again.

Galens Auto Body is the best body shop around and if you take your vehicle anywhere else you will be missing out on the most quality and timely work around. Galen and his staff takes pride in there work and will go the extra mile to make sure that everything is correct with your vehicle. Galen is familiar with the insurance companies and will deal with them directly saving you the added stress and making sure that you and your families safety are number one. I would not trust my vehicle with any one else!!

Everyone at Galens were very professional in how they explained everything and how to take care of my Cruze with the insurance. They are laid back to be able to talk freely to and gave a lot of information I hadnt considered. I enjoyed working with them, although briefly, and would definitely be working with them again if my car needs repairs or other cosmetic needs!

Galen was so helpful and nice from beginning to end. I had nothing but problems with my insurance company and he stepped in and handled the situation. They tried to total my car along with many other things but Galen is well educated and has a clear understanding of how that works and stopped them from doing so. My car is paid off and fairly new it would have been easier for them to total it. He HANDLED ALL of it and helped in taking so much stress off my plate. I got my car back and I am so happy.He Worked quickly on everything and I couldn t have been happier with anyone else. Hands down you are in good hands with this man!

Galen and his crew took their time when it came to my vehicle. There was a lot of hidden damage and that is one of the reasons I chose to send my car here. I knew if it was fixable they would do it correctly. Replace every part that needed to be replaced etc. No shortcuts or quick fixes. I had just purchased the car less than a month prior to the accident. They took everything apart and were so thorough through the entire process. I am glad I chose this shop because I am sure any other shop wouldn't have done the work Galen and his staff did. I am very thankful I chose Galen's Auto Body.

Going to Galen s Auto Body was the best decision I could have made! I got into an accident and everyone at Galen s could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They explained the whole process to me and made themselves available anytime for questions. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish.

DK Motors recommended Galen's to me for some hood work. The guys at Galen's got me in quickly and had me taken care of even quicker, even though I was late to my appointment. Everyone was nice, the offices clean, and the labor rates very reasonable. Gave me a free estimate and two options of different prices for fixing the hood. I'll be going back to them for any body work and recommending them to others.

Galen and his crew are awesome. After hitting a deer they got my vehicle in within in days and had the repairs done quickly. If you have damage to your vehicle a highly recommend taking it to Galen's to get it repaired.

Was recommended Galen's from some people on Facebook. I went in for an estimate on repairs and was really pleased with the information he provided. He explained everything and what parts needed to be replaced and why. I met with him personally and he was very friendly and personable and I didn't feel like he was ripping me off. I would highly recommend Galen for any auto body needs

I could not have asked for a better experience!! Hannah called me often and kept me updated on the status of the claim I was working with as well as the progress of my car. Galen's made special arrangements for me when I needed them. My car was fixed very quickly so I wouldn't be without my own vehicle for long. From the second I stepped into their shop I was treated with respect and they all took the time to explain any questions I had! I will be back if I need work done in the future!

My husband got in an accident and the woman hit him hard enough that she bent the frame, and our spare was against the rear axle. We took it to Galen' s and he told us everything they needed to do. He went above and beyond to help us get the right color bumper, service and customer satisfaction. His staff is awesome as well. I will definitely refer and go there again if need be. He also deals with most insurance companies as well!!

I was in a low part of life, very pregnant and alone - and to top it off my car was vandalized by my crazy ex. The damage ended up being in the realm of $4,000.00. So, needless to say I was beyond stressed out. When I came to Galen's he made my life so much easier. He got the estimate written and submitted right away, and even took care of my rental car so I wouldnt miss work. The new paint job was as nice as it was the day I bought it.Then shortly after, I got a small ding in my front fender from somebody parking too closely - Galen's got me in and out the very same day, like new. I recommend them to anyone needed fast, friendly repair on their vehicle. They take a look at the bigger picture and help you accordingly. I won't ever go anywhere else.

5 STARS PLUS!!! I took my Van in to have a restoration done on my headlights....they look like BRAND NEW!!! I was in and out within 10 minutes! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Galen's Auto Body and WILL use them again! And the price.....BEST in town!!! Thank you Galen and Crew!!!

Galens auto body is the best around. I've been to him twice now and each time was fast and amazing work. He's easy to work with and keeps you updated on everything that's happening with your vehicle. I am a customer for life!
