They got our truck done in one day when they said they couldn't even get to work on it for a few days. It got done a lot faster than expected. Great customer service.

Have been there twice now. Both times I am told that it should be done the next day. First time it got completed 3 days after. Second time, right now, I have been told twice they were about to work on it. First time was on Monday around 1pm. Second time was around 5pm on Tuesday. This morning I called and they just got to it and says there is nothing wrong. As a retired mechanic, I know the brakes are stick and it need to be fixed due to several reasons. I have lost fuel efficiency, it does not move from a stop easily and drags while driving. When I pick it up I am going to diagnose it myself and find another shop. If I was not disabled I would have done it sooner. Only reason this is not a one is because they at least fixed the problems the first time I took it in and did a recall a few months before.

We were relocating for work with two kids and two dogs packed into our diesel F350 when our driveshaft broke. Our trip was supposed to go from Michigan to Colorado and we made it to Missouri. It was about a 40 minute tow from where it blew to the shop, but it was worth it.Even with supply chain issues they were able to get us a replacement overnight from Wisconsin. The fact that it happened on a Saturday put us out a few days to start, and once they got their hands on it it was probably 2-3 more days. Truck runs better than when we left Michigan and they didn't rob us for it.

When the transmission light came on in my old Explorer I reluctantly hauled it over to the Ford service department. Nothing against these guys, I'm just generally leery of dealership service departments. I dealt with Tony and it was a really pleasant experience! He was friendly, straightforward and never spoke to me like I was clueless, which as a female I've experienced a lot of in the past. My car wasn't worth saving, but if I end up with another Ford I wouldn't hesitate to bring it here.Service: Transmission

We were travelling from out of state and had problems with our F450 class c motorhome. We stopped at this dealership to have it looked over. Tony and Anthony gave us great service. They were not able to fix the issue because it was a Friday night but we eventually got our problem resolved. These guys were extremely courteous and professional and we would recommend them to anybody. Plus we made it to the Bristol NASCAR race. We gave you a 5 star rating but the system changes it to 4 stars.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They got my truck in quickly, took my information, and put my it on the schedule for later in the week. They're easy to work with, and thanked me for bringing my truck back to them to be repaired.

Not pleased. They screwed up the installation of my oil pan, so they are fixing it.. only that was 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything from them since.. So far they have shown me they do sub standard work and have poor communication.

Went in because my car wouldn t start and all dash lights came on intermittently. Was told that lock cylinder was the issue so I got it repaired just to have the same issues. Waste of time and money. Now it s currently sitting on there lot for another diagnostic.
