We had a brake problem that needed to be fixed ASAP so we could get back home to KC. Tommy was wonderful. He worked over his lunch hour to help diagnose the problem and make sure there were parts available and got us back on the road home in a couple of hours. So that he took time to help us get back on the road safely

Tires were ordered and arrived the next morning and installed shortly after, the same day. Everyone was very welcoming and easy to work with. Will definitely return for other vehicle needs.

So the staff are extremely friendly and helpful not to out anyone but the manager Josh had a friend take his life over the recent holiday as well as his dog passed while I was waiting for service a very rude and unreasonable customer tried to accuse him of poor service however where most would've lost the cool he remained professional and still went on to then help me by going above and beyond by fixing my rim instead of claiming replacement was my only option and where others would of over charged he charged me 35 dollars. So I now will only go to columbia Firestone for my service as I used to go to Complete Custom but never felt that cared about so thank you Josh and thank you Columbia Firestone technicians you guys were a veterans hero when he needed one

Best service I've ever received.. Chris did a wonderful job fixing my son tire and getting him back on the road.. we'll b back for the other 3 soon thank you guys so much.. highly recommended friendly fast service

I've had a run of "bad luck" with places having no customer service or if they had any at all, it was bad. HAHAHAIt was nice to see the Firestone Shop on Conley taking good care of the people coming into their place that day. They even had a lady show up for an appointment and it was NOT the day of her appointment and they did what it took and made it work.

I called firestone the 25th for an inspection the 26th and when I get there the 26th whomever I spoke with to make the appointment did not set the appointment up and i had to leave my car there for 8 extra hours when inspections do not take that long. Then when I do finally get my car back I was missing 40$ i had hidden away. Will never come back and would recommend no one ever does.

Firestone has came through for me twice in the past. First I had a bolt in the tire but got there around close. They said to come back the next day but the person with me had pulled the bolt out already. Thankful they started late and put a new tire on so we didn't end up stranded. The second time my alternator went out. We called on a Sunday and it was in the shop and repaired by 5pm the same day. I had surgery the next morning and greatly appreciated them getting it done so fast. Now I'm currently on a donut due to a tire being damaged beyond repair. I'm going to make the hour trip to return to Firestone for two new tires. Not only have they always been super helpful in the past they were the cheapest option. I see the negative reviews and it's the complete opposite of my experiences. I will return to Firestone anytime possible.Service: Tires

I purchased 4 new tires from this location last October. After 8K miles, the dealership recommended replacement. We went back to Firestone and learned there was a problem with the alignment and balance machine when installing the tires. This facility promptly replaced the tires, which were still under warranty with no additional costs. Quick, friendly service. I would come back here in the future for my tire needs.

Don t waste time going here. Even with an appointment your vehicle will be sitting in their lot all day. I went in for a simple tire fix under their warranty. Something that should have taken a half hour max ended up being an all afternoon affair. Ended up being late for work and left with no real timeline of when my car will be done.

I can't restrain my mood when writing this.About two months ago, my car couldn't start, so I went to this shop for repair because this was the nearest shop to me. But their mechanics were utterly unprofessional. They drew a day of testing and told me it was the oxygen detector problem (note that I told them my car had a starting problem). They asked me to spend $1000 to repair it. I initially trusted them, so I agreed, and they asked me to wait two days while they bought a new detector. But two days later, they told me that they lacked the replacement tools for the sensor and asked me to wait another three days so they could buy the tools. I waited five days for this probe. When they told me the problem was solved, I took the car home, but just one day later, it couldn't start again. I had to tow the car back to their shop again. I was already furious that they had misdiagnosed and wasted my money and time. But that's not the worst of it. They took another day to test it, told me it was the battery problem, and promised it could be fixed this time. But when I went to pick up the car the next day, they told me there was nothing wrong with the battery, but the starter was broken, and they could not repair it, so they asked me to tow it to another shop for repair. And they're refusing to pay for all the costs that they've done because of their misdiagnosis. So they just cheated $1000? Now, two months later, I'm even angrier when I find out that instead of doing any beneficial repairs to my car, they have damaged or stolen my tire pressure detector, which cannot work now (and is usable until repairs are made). The maintenance specialists in this shop displayed extremely unprofessional and possibly dishonest qualities. I called out of frustration after I spoke to a few mechanics at 2 other local businesses that specialized in hybrid vehicles and wanted to charge me for a diagnostic before offering a quote. I knew what was wrong with my car due to a dealer diagnostic just performed that confirmed what I had suspected was the issue. When I called Firestone, the attendant that I spoke with said that he was pretty sure he could handle the repaired due to his and his coworkers certifications, but wanted to call around to make sure he could procure the part and get the calibration tool on site before he made promises. He called back within 15 minutes to confirm that he could do it and my car was back on the road in 2 days with a repair that cost $1000 less than the dealership. I am very satisfied. Even though my car has a lot of specialty parts, they had no problems taking care of me and provided great customer service. They will be my first call every time in the future.Service: Brake service & repair

This is honestly the worst experience I ve ever had at a shop. I went in for a tire patch and asked them to look at a sunroof motor. They destroyed the headliner and didn t even patch the tire correctly. When I got there the tire was still low. A few weeks later the patch failed.Run, don t walk, away from this place. Horrible service. Unprofessional staff and an awful experience. I had to take my car to another, better shop.Services: Tires, Electrical

I only buy the destination Firestone tires from here. And those tires never disappoint. I've ran over an entire truck tire, drove through really flooded roads, ice covered roads, etc. and these tires keep me on the road and going. The services are good. They always get my tires on my car the day it's scheduled. The workers are nice. Overall, satisfied with firestone complete auto care.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE! Mid to late January my car started to have a slow crank to start. Assumed it was the battery. Called Firestone and they said that they would be able to get it in that very same day. They CLAIMED to have checked the battery, the alternator and the starter and it was the battery. Okay no problem. Got the battery changed. Next week same problem slow crank. Took it back in and this time they said it was the alternator. Strange that last week it wasn't the alternator but this week it was. Whatever, got it changed. Except, the problem continued. And they had the audacity to blame the WEATHER. Brought my car back in and they couldn't find the problem. Next day took my car to the Joe Machens dealership within an hour they figured out the problem was the starter. AND the dealership had MORE to say including that the people who did my last oil change didn't put the cap on properly so at that point I had been leaking oil for almost 4 weeks. Guess who did my previous oil change? FIRESTONE. Dealership replaced my starter and did a new oil change and car has been running fine for almost 2 months now. I used to be a loyal Firestone customer but now they have absolutely lost my business. Called customer service and have been waiting to hear from them since February it apparently keeps getting escalated but no one wants to call me back.Services: Battery, Oil change

I bought 4 new tires here last September, but only got 12,000 miles from them apparently due to a malfunction in the wheel alignment machine. The manager replaced the tires and redid the wheel alignment at no cost and no hassle. I would NOT recommend this place. If you want to be treated like they actually care for you as a customer, a human. This is not the place.Took my car in for a slow leak (bought tires here, mind you) Nathan did not even look at the tire for the cause of the leak.Instead he tried to sell new tire "Prorated" so he was giving a "GREAT" deal. In this mind he was doing us a favor.Took car to another Firestone and the found a nail & patched it up. They also pointed out the tread wear was a concern. However, they did fix it and gave us respect!I questioned, why after only 2 years they would need to be replaced? And there were signs of rubber rot. Their explanation, "its a cheap tire!"???We did regular rotations, kept air pressure at recommended level!Took it back in to this location because of a road hazzard issue.Nathan looked up the account and flat out told me, "I am NOT working on your car!"His excuse, "Because you (me) said I was trying to rip you off."On the slow leak he did not even look at the tire in question.Store manager is not any better!And another thing, as we arrived, in saw a traveler from another city driving away with a low tire on his trailer. I flagged him down to let him know.He said they told him to go somewhere else?!?!!!PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!Service: Tires

I scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance for 8:00am. I needed to get tires exchanged and wheel alignment done. I dropped off my tuck at 7:45am. By 12:00pm 4 hours later the truck had been pulled into the garage and no work had been started. Then they assessed and said they weren t able to deflate the tires enough. So they didn t even touch my vehicle for 4 hours even though I had an 8:00am appointment. I do not recommend this shop because they mismanage their time and employees. Do not expect your service to be get done when you make an appointment. Find a different shop.

I took my truck in it wasn't heating up which meant it had a coolant problem. They tested my radiator and called me and said that my radiator needed to be replaced it gave me the quote. When I went to pick the car up they told me that they reevaluated and that the radiator was fine it was the connections to the truck that needed to be replaced. So they repaired the connections to the truck and put on a new cap and rotated my tires and an oil change and actually ended up saving me money over the quote. That they could have completed the work as they stated and gotten all the money out of me which they did not do, made me happy. Thank you!

The manager told me that the State of Missouri required a State Inspection of my vehicle for renewal of the tags. When I told him that wasn't required by the State as my vehicle was only 1 year old and the state only requires inspection of vehicles over 10 years of age or over 150k miles, then he tried to tell me that I needed a Missouri Identification Number/Odometer Reading Inspection (ID/OD) and that the price was the same as an inspection and if I didn't get it, I would not be able to renew my license plates. When I declined it as it is not required by Missouri, he then continued to pressure me saying that I would have to make an appointment when I realized I needed it and it was better to get it now and not have to wait. When I renewed my license plates, the State told me that an ID/OD is not required unless you are registering a newer vehicle from out of state. I feel this was a scam and he did sell this to others with the same scam tactic.Additionally, the prices are not listed anywhere and options and prices were not disclosed in advance and I felt he wouldn't have disclosed them had I not demanded to see the work order as he had me sign it electronically but never showed it to me of his own accord. The prices were significantly higher than other competitors by approximately $30, and this was after using the $15 coupon.I will never return to this store for service.Service: Oil change

For starters. They had a whole lot going on. And the gentlemen at the front desk were in the back helping the mechanics. So great team work. Very friendly. Worked with me to make sure I could afford what I needed done and did a great job to boot. Thank you

Dalton, the assistant manager, attempted to physically attack me as a customer. His employee, Shawn, had to physically pick him up to keep him from continuing. I have never experienced this at another business. I wouldn't visit this location as long as he's employed here. As a disabled person, I'm scared for my well-being if I were to enter the site again.

I couldn't believe communication was so bad. Brought my car to get a diagnostic check. The code told them it was a crankshaft sensor. Took the car home and wouldn't start up. The tow truck that Monday set up an appointment for Tuesday at 7 am. Had my other vehicle get an alignment at noon that Tuesday. Walk-in and I ask how the Camry is? I already knew they didn't move my car. Why make appointments If you going by appointments. Smh! Unprofessional company. Every time we call to see updates either nobody doesn't answer or they say anything to get off the phone. Had to call Justin (Manager) at the Firestone on Business Loop. There are times Justin tries calling the other Firestone no answer. Getting back to them they replaced the fuel filter still no start. They have been having my car for two weeks and a half. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Y'all have to get the company together.

DON T BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT!I made an appointment for 1pm to get tires put on my rims and installed on my car. I get there and the guy at the front desk, Josh, said he can t honor the appointment because they are too busy and that he couldn t predict how busy it would be (isn t that the point of appointments?). He told us to just leave the rims there and he could get the tires on the rims, but not on the car. I called 3 hours later and he said he can t even do that until 2 days later and said that s just how it goes here. WHATS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT? Don t make appointments you can t honor. Now I have to pick up my rims that I left there with no tires on them. Do not come here!Service: Tires

The service advisor was SO helpful! We had an issue with tire sensor. Eventhough he was busy he was willing to check it. We are moving cross country and relieved our minds on the issue.

Had an issue with my car while on a road trip and needed the work to be done quick. The guys there said it would be done in a few hours, but it ended up taking at least double that for a quick and simple job. Communication was not there, and the incredibly long wait messed the rest of the road trip up. Not impressed. If you need good, honest work I d recommend going somewhere else
