The Dobbs staff were extremely helpful. I needed a set of four new tires, and had to get them on the car within 48 hours. They were able to order exactly the tires I wanted, and have them all installed and ready to go, in about 30 hours. I recommend them.

Look no further than Dobbs on Vandiver for tire and auto. I was out of town with an emergency and they were so kind and helpful to me. Like I was a regular customer. They have a motto there of sorts that the guy helping me said. To paraphrase... we are just doing our best to help people in need. I can tell you they live up to that. Change your tire business to Dobbs today. Comfortable waiting room. Clean. Friendly. And kind. Thanks to Jay and the crew I was able to get on my way to see my new baby granddaughter in no time. Thanks guys.

I will be going to Dobbs for any vehicle service from now on! My car broke down Friday and I called Dobbs Saturday morning to see if they could check it out if I got it towed there. They said they would look at it asap. The tow truck dropped it off just before 11am and by 5pm, they had run diagnostics, replaced the battery, the alternator, a belt, and even took the time to let me know about a few other problems they noticed. Not only did they do all that but there was a misunderstanding on my end and 2 of the employees had to stay until 5:30 (they closed at 5) so that I could come get my car. Excellent service, decent prices and incredibly fast work! My mom also said she will start taking her vehicles there now! I'd rate more than 5 stars if I could!

I will never thank this business enough for the service they provided me today. Due to inclement weather in the last previous days, one of my windshield wipers was damaged. I took it in to my local auto parts shop, replaced the wiper blade (Not Dobbs), and thought all was repaired. As I headed home from work today (the next day after replacing the blade), my windshield wipers were out of sequence and were not appropriately removing water off of my windshield for safe driving. I live 40 minutes away from my place of work. I stopped at this Dobbs location on my way home. They were closing in 40 minutes. I thought there was no way they would be able to squeeze me in. They were so welcoming and had fixed my car, no problem within less than 5 minutes! And they were so kind enough not to even charge me. This was my first encounter with this business. It s safe to say, I will be back to provide them business! Thank you so much! You all were truly life savers today.

We went to Dobbs for the first time based off of reviews, and we will definitely be back. This is going to be our new spot (finally). The service was great, the workers were kind and they explained everything to us. Go there if you can ot is worth the money.

By far the best experience I have ever had at any auto shop! They have integrity and are efficient.As a woman, many shops can be shady.. Not Dobbs! - From my first phone call, the promptness of the shuttle (to and from), to the repairs completed. You truly feel like you have a friend who is looking out for you, not out to get you. Thank you Dobbs! I will be returning for all my future needs.

Can t speak highly enough about the service we received from Rocky on our dead vehicle. He communicated thoroughly and techs completed repairs faster than anticipated and more importantly, well under my unbeknownst to them budget. I trust them with all our future vehicle needs. Wish they had towing service but other than that . 2 thumbs up

I will always have rave reviews about Dobbs. When I lived in St. Louis, I lived right across the street from one, and anytime my car acted up, I took it to them, and they always cared for me! Then, when this one came to Columbia, I was super excited because I was tired of going to other places for mistakes or issues that should've been fixed the first time. These guys are true heroes! I always know I will leave with a working car and know they fixed all my issues! They guys are super nice and will get you squared away every time!

My daughter is a student at MIZZOU and we live in Virginia. It s important that we have a good mechanic for her car locally.Dobbs initially did a great job helping her with tire sensors and repairing an AC system leak in October 2023.She was having additional tire sensor issues and needed an oil change in February 2024. Dobbs gave her an $800 quote stating she needed a new battery for $200 plus:Break fluid, 120.95Coolint 179.95Injection cleaner fluid 131.95Tire sensor-89.95Oil change-85.39Clearly looking to take advantage of a young woman who thought her car was having major problems. I told her to change her oil, fix her tire sensors, and get out of there.I am visiting Missouri now, checked her battery, alternator, and all fluids. Her car is fine. I topped off her power steering and coolant. Really just topped them off. No issues.Will be looking for a new mechanic in Columbia, MO.

Great overall experience for work on my daughter s car. Their shuttle service was very helpful since we had brakes, rotors, battery and a few other items. Great customer service including the technician's explanation made it easy for me to accept all recommendations remotely. This Columbia Dobb s branch is 5 stars!

These guys always take good care of me and my coworkers. Recently was looking at an expensive repair, but they discovered the part in question had simply worked itself loose. So they plugged it back in and got me back on the road!

Told me I needed 2 new tires. Told them to order them, then got a 2nd opinion. Glad I did. McKnight save me some big money, and rotated my tires for free. Dobbs lost my business, McKnight has earned it!

We were on a road trip from Kansas to Indiana when we noticed a screw sticking out of our tire. We called several other places that had a multi-hour wait, but Dobbs got us in within 30 minutes, which was hugely helpful with 2 young kids. They also had free snacks and coffee, which I realize is probably standard at a lot of auto places, but regardless, it was a hit with my kids. We don t live in the area, so we likely won t be back, but I would definitely recommend them to others!

The service was fast and personable. Getting my tire fixed was a chore I wanted to put off but I'm glad I didn't. They found a screw, fixed it quickly and it wasn't expensive. I highly recommend Dobbs!

I had to run to St Louis Missouri with my truck and trailer. Unfortunately I had 2 bad tires and there was no way I could bring back a Vintage Land Cruiser. I stopped by Dobbs tire because I had heard great things about them. Well they are. Jay was able to get me in right away and we were back on the road to St. Louis in less than an hour and the price was very fair. They have my business from now on!!!

I took two cars in to Dobbs in Columbia Missouri within three days with different issues. They were very reasonable on their prices and time to service my vehicles. They have lifetime warranty on the parts that they replaced, and the work that they performed.They finished the repairs and let me know about a few other issues that I should look at, but didn t press me on having them done by them or immediately. I m very grateful for this because I was able to do those maintenance items myself, and save a few dollars and wouldn t have known about these without them telling me. The final bill was what they estimated and not even $10 more.They have a very nice, clean, an decently large waiting room. They have free snacks and water available. There is even a large screen TV, comfortable seats, and a couch. I didn t want to leave but I needed to go home which was easy as they also offer a complimentary service to drop you off or pick you up. Very nice indeed. I will be returning whenever I have auto service needs in the future.

This is my second time taking my car to Dobbs. They do great work every time. They re very upfront about problems and costs associated with your vehicle. Staff is very friendly . Overall a great experience. They will always have my business.

I had a great experience at Dobbs. I got a new set of tires, great looking tires they came and let me know I had a lugnut that was bad instead of just forcing ot back on. Like the last shop had done. Great people and a really clean customer waiting area. Thanks for the experience

Today was my first time going to this Dobbs location. The customer service was excellent! Jay and Kyle were the two people I spoke with and they were excellent at fully explaining what was going on with my vehicle. They answered all of my follow up questions completely. I didn t feel pressured to add on additional services, but was well informed of my options. Estimates were provided before anything was done to my vehicle so there were no surprises in expense. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Quality new Michelin all season tires on my Audi with an alignment. The staff were careful not to scratch the rims. They explained things thoroughly and the waiting room was comfortable and the coffee was even good.
