I loved custom complete! They got me scheduled quickly and were very transparent about what was absolutely necessary to get done. They suggested options for further prevention, but understood I had a tight budget and gave guidance without pushing at all.My car is back to new. I ll absolutely come back next time I need help!

Don t go here. I went to get a state vehicle inspection, and after they were done they had noted 1750$ worth of necessary repairs. Loose tie rods, loose sway bars, new oil injector etc. - whatever else the vultures wanted to tack on for the extra buck. I asked them to show me because I knew they were just trying to scam me. They take me to the garage and the mechanic starts tugging on my sway bar with all of his might and yeah of course it s going to move. He says this side is the worse of the two. And then when he goes to show me the other side for comparison, he gives the babiest of tugs - as if that is proof of anything more than how stupid he thought I was. I was angry. I still am. I went to jiffy lube for a second opinion because I had to get all the repairs done in 24 hours - jiffy lube found no problems with my car. Just go to jiffy lube if you re looking for any work done because this place will rip you off. Tony sucks.

This shop does a lot of work for us. Tony is great! They're always very thorough and quick. I recommend taking your car here if you need it fixed up right.

I was in a dire need of my vehicle getting fixed the mechanics got it in first thing no waiting time and vehicle was fixed to profession! Well worth the price. Been coming here to get my vehicles fixed since moving to Columbia 5 years ago...

I will NEVER use Custom Complete ever again. Do not take your car here for anything! It s unsafe, they re irresponsible, and they don t hold themselves appropriately accountable for the things that happen to your vehicle while you trust them to work on it. My car was left UNLOCKED outside overnight and it was broken into and vandalized. When I brought this to their attention, their response (from both the store manager and general manager) was that they can t do anything about it since it doesn t look like anything was stolen according to the cameras. Sorry. They then threw back in my face that when I signed my receipt, it released them of responsibility for what happens to my car while in their possession. However, this is under the pretense that they would LOCK MY CAR at night while it was in their lot and under their responsibility.Their customer service is laughable. When my concerns were brought forward, the best they could do was $60 back on a $600 job that I trusted them with because the work was done and the parts are replaced. No one offered to even help me clean up the mess that was made of my car. Appropriate customer service would have been to offer more of a discount than that for the trouble this has caused me and the violation of privacy - seeing as there were multiple documents in my glove box that had personal information on it. I will never use Custom Complete ever again and I will be sure no one I know uses them either.Service: General repairs

Because of custom automotive, a flat tire on my 2008 VW COST ME OVER 150 DOLLARS, THEY CHARGED ME FOR THINGS I NEVER AUTORIZED, LIKE programing a tps senor that was bought programmed, saying they reballanced a wheel that was never balanced, and after i told them my spare was had different lug then after market wheel, the put wrong lug back on wheel, will never go back because of bad management!

Sent my daughter there for a noise under the hood . I m a mechanic and live 2 hours away so there s not much I could do. I sent her there. Spoke with Tony Hoffman. He advised exactly what I suspected the issue was. The bill was very reasonable, Tony was respectful and clear with his diagnosis. I feel good knowing a shop like this is available!

These guys are phenomenal! Not only mechanically, but in a very customer-oriented way. Now, I ve not only found the best general auto-repair shop in Boone County, I also found new friends!If you re within 30 miles of these guys, don t even think of going anywhere else EVER!!!Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair

Custom complete automotive I would never recommend because you've had my son car for 4 weeks haven't called me to give me a update on his car yet. It took 6 tries to fix my van an you still charged me for your mistake. I had to get my van towed there 3 times that's not cheap. You overcharge and the issue isn't resolved. I tried so hard to be nice and patient but I don't think you all understand the inconvenience of it all. I'm out of $2300 and you still have my son car it's been in the same place for 3 weeks inside on the Lyft.

The team members are so nice especially the manager is so friendly and helpful. There are providing services so quickly as I found. I really recommended this auto repairs shop.

I made an appointment but I have waited more than 2 hours without any works. This was the second visit because they told that they were full of cars on first day. So they made a promise that my car would be treated first on second day, but it was totally negelected. I highly recommend you would never use this uncomfortable service.

Steve and the staff did a great job with my repair. Did a walk in service and they has my vehicle looked at within 2 hours of drop off and had it back within a day. Steve did an excellent job communicating what was wrong, and how soon they could get it done, all at a fair rate. Would highly recommend them for any of your auto repair needs!Services: Tires, Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I visited the Providence location on a Friday morning after being turned away (for the second time) at the Grindstone store. I simply didn't have the time or desire to wait 3-4 hours for service. Steve Casey greeted me and had my work order ready in minutes. The car was brought in, the work was done, and I was on my way. Courteous, fast, and efficient. And they reset the service reminder, too, unlike the local Mazda dealer. It's nice having options, and I will return to this store in the future.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I ve taken my car here multiple times for different things, the most recent being to check for damage after sliding off an icy road. The service is always great! Steve and Ben are the guys I spoke to during different visits, and they were extremely helpful and kind. They are honest about what is essential and what can wait until later if you re on a budget. My car runs like brand new and drives smoother than it has in years.

As a black and inexperience woman in need of car repair I think I was treated the best at this place and any other body shop I've ever went to and yes I highly recommend going because the customer service was on point and the prices was fair and the guy that work at the register was very friendly talkative and he just reassuring me the whole time of everything that was going on step-by-step in the way I got out of the motive place in a timely matter I wasn't held up in any way form or fashion because they do through a lot of business in the parking lot was full but you can tell by how fast and efficient they were at their job I loved it.

Best place to get a car inspection and some honest advice on if your car is just a money trap. They offer more than one price option on tires and which repairs can wait a bit.

The old Custom Muffler on the business loop now here on South Providence, the go-to place for exhaust repair. My experience was good - excellent work in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

I feel cheated and robbed today with their services. First, Steve Casey told me that my car failed the safety inspection because the headlight assembly glass is crack. I asked if that can be fixed and he agreed and said yes, "but the part aren't easily available",he said, "and it will cost me $368.52 and labor cost of $62". A few minutes of waiting he came back to me and said he made mistake in his cost for labor because he will have to remove the entire bumper to fixed the headlight assembly and the labor cost will now be $207.45 and it will take 1.5hrs. Since it long time for me, I told him I will go to school to drop off my bag and get back. Within 40 minutes I returned and found the work done, but from my point of view, the bumper was never removed during the fixed, and the dent in the bumper was never fixed. At school I tried checking the cost of the headlight assembly and it was much cheaper with Autozone. The price was far less than $300. I feel he tricked me in ordering the parts by himself and charging extra labor cost for work he promised to do, but never did. When I said that to him, he said I will give you extra discount by applying $19.95. I feel like I wasn't giving an option to decide if I want to buy and bring my own headlight assembly. Forcedly charging your customers extra dollars for ordering stuffs on their behave is mean and bad. You can enjoy that extra dollar Steve Casey.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Fixed my car for a reasonable price but two days later my check engine light came back on. They offered to hook my car up to check it out, but I'm frustrated because I requested a full diagnostic, so we both should be fully informed of the issues instead of trying to get over so I can come back to spend more money.... Shame on them

I cannot speak highly enough about this location and the technicians here. Jeff Fletcher was the front desk man that I talked with, but all the guys that helped me were extremely professional. If you have trouble and you're not a Columbia local, I would definitely recommend you come to this location.As I was driving through Columbia, my check engine light came on. I was able to pull over and get the diagnostic codes run before the check engine light started flashing. I started calling auto shops to see who had time to fit me in. Custom Complete off of Providence road picked up the phone and told me to come on by. Im usually worried about auto shops that over-commit, but everyone else i talked to said it would be a 4-5 hour wait time minimum.Within 5 minutes of pulling up to Custom Complete, the technicians were under the hood and doing work. Not only did they confirm and diagnose what the Check-Engine Codes were saying, but they also notice my oil level was extremely low. This was pretty alarming b/c I usually have my service performed by my local technicians.The techs at this location, got me a quote and started repairs within 35 minutes of my arrival time. This was a huge help because I was under a time commitment as I was driving through town.Emergency Auto repairs are always stressful, but the team at this location made the entire experience way better.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

These men were excellent. Ben went above and beyond to find the issue with my vehicle and remedy it as swiftly as possible. On top of his professionalism, he was kind and generous. These men do excellent work and my vehicle is running better than it ever has before. I HIGHLY recommended their service to anyone with automotive repair needs. 10/10 service, customer service and execution.Service: General repairs
