Jordan and the Crew at Creative car audio gave me the best customer service around! They were able to get my tint installed and new Subwoofer installed in a day and had be on the road in a flash! I recommend anyone to go to creative car audio in Columbia for all their sound and tinting needs!

SHOUT TO MASON! Had the most awesome customer service. He s super knowledgeable about products, worked with me on the schedule to get my sub, Audio and reverse screen in despite the snow weather. GREAT PLACE = GREAT PEOPLE at this establishment. Going back for my auto locks and auto stat. Yah!

Asked about remote start, was quoted amazing price with install. Set my appointment and was in and out in the time that was given. Would definitely do business here again and would strongly recommend creative to anyone.

Well first off I want to shout out to Matt the manager at creative car audio in Columbia, MO for taking care of me as soon as I showed up the following Monday. As well as all of the staff honestly, they determined it was a faulty JL sub and it was just a freak accident. Other sub was fine but still replaced both subs and anything that was damaged and got me back on the road bumping

A1 100% recommend them. Got my windows tinted. Very helpful and professional. I had to reschedule at last minute and it was no problem. They were great to work with. Prices are good, service is great and finished product truly looks custom. Thanks guys... I'll be backUpdate: Kept my word and went back. Worked with Kris... Getting dash cam hard wired and a couple amps & subwoofers put in... Dude worked it out in minutes, even though I walked in 20 mins before close. I have every confidence that the work will be stellar. Will update after it's done.

The team at Creative Audio have been extremely helpful working on a project for my sons Jeep as well as wiring lights in my power washing trailer. The pricing is very fair and the quality of the work performed is strong. I appreciate their ability to cleanly install electronics quickly and correctly. Mathew kept working until i was satisfied! Had a couple small issues after the initial install of a full stereo , remote start and window tent. Great customer service! Took a little extra time but the job got done! 3 outta five stars! Wouldn't change a thing!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. It ended up being a little cheaper than I expected and it took them a couple hours to install everything. I highly recommend going there.

I got ceramic tint on all of my windows and they were able to complete the job within the day. Labor was not expensive and they did a tight job. Very helpful on aftermarket decisions for audio as well.

We picked out a new head unit to install, in a Rv. Took a long trip the unit was not what we were expecting. They worked with us to swap it out with something more user-friendly.

I had remote start added to my vehicle yesterday, and they did a great job. I was told a 3 hour install and it was done in just under 2 hours. They were also running a deal for October so I got $50 off and i only paid just under $400! Jordan got me scheduled and made sure I got the one I need (1 button vs 2). Trey,and Dante were also great. Thanks creative car!

I had made an appointment online and there was some problem that caused them not to receive it. They are still able to get my car finished at the promised time that the appointment had originally said.

My last visit to this business was in 2019. That visit was definitely 5 Star. My visit yesterday was appalling. The work on my car was good. However the actions of the staff were beyond anything I've experienced. I had my kids there with me. We were sitting in the customer lounge area. The employees behind the counter were saying God awful things about a customer who had just left. The things they said were so disgusting and the foul language coming out of their mouths was awful, and my kids were hearing all this. I really hope this is not how they treat all their customers

Came in shopping for a new head unit for stock radio. I didn't buy anything but will probably later. Prices seem reasonable. A coworker got her windows tinted here and did an excellent job. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Allowed me to look at available head units and said they could special order if needed.

Made appointment for 25 May at 1200. I had called the previous week to confirm it. I call again on my way over, a 50 minute drive, the day of and they told me I was on a different date....WTF OVER? Maybe it s for the best, how could I trust them with an install if they can t even write down the correct date! Terrible way of doing business!

Had them install an amplifier, wiring was top notch. Only thing I could even think about whining about was their decision on were to place the amplifier but that is subjective and I didn't specify so can't really hold that against them and they came in slightly less than quoted. The installer took the time to get in the car with the wife, she drives it more than I and go over everything with her. Professional, friendly a definite recommend.

Had an issue with my subwoofer previously installed somewhere else and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes and were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were honest also as other car audio places tried getting me to buy a whole new subwoofer when all that needed to be replaced was a wire and an adapter. Would highly recommend and will be back if I need anything else!Edit 9 months later: Had another question about an aftermarket radio I installed for myself. I brought it there and they were again super helpful and even came outside to look at my car quick to help me figure out where a few wires led to with no charge. They had the product I needed in stock so I bought it and installed it myself. They were super professional and helpful even though I didn't have them do the work on it.

Absolutely amazing staff. Quality products and they stand by everything they touch. I'm super particular about my stuff and they jumped through hoops to make sure I was satisfied. Been going here for years and even when Amazon has it cheaper to me it isn't worth risking the hassle of it not meeting my expectations.
