I took my crv in for a repair. They said they couldn't find a problem. A few days later I had to have it towed. They still said they couldn't find a problem.I took it to H&M Automotive a couple of days ago.They actually drove my car. It failed. They drove it again and it failed.They fixed it!

Great quick service even though I work odd shifts and wasn t able to get to the phone in timely manors, they still worked with me and made me feel like my car was very taken care of!

I highly recommend Columbia Honda service department. The staff, Andrew Silvey, Dave Breshears and T.J. Mitchell are friendly, courteous, helpful and do a great job servicing my car every time! I had low tire pressure and they took me immediately and fixed it! My tire pressure tool was broken and Dave gave me a good replacement recommendation. I appreciate them all! They are dependable, reliable and professional!

I recently purchased my 2016 Honda Pilot from this fine team, their sales representative Michelle was awesome from the very start. She listened and understood what I wanted and took all my request into consideration. She even sent me a thank you card and followed up with me multiple times to ask me how things were going post-sale. I appreciated her amazing service. I m very thankful to add that the excellent service did not stop there.After owning my vehicle for a short time I had expensive unexpected repairs that I completely could not fathom paying. When I spoke with my service team representative ( a different but also amazing Michelle) she was resourceful and understanding directing me to the sales manager (Dave) who let me know he would be willing to see what he could do I was reluctant about this because customer service (in my opinion) has fallen short in recent years more often than not. I sat on pins and needles for days to find out whether I d fork this expense and when he called back Dave announced that their team would gladly make the necessary repairs at no cost to me, they felt it was important to do the right thing. I am so pleased that I went with such a considerate dealership and I hope that they keep up the good work. I want to give a big shout-out to Phillip Mitchell of Columbia Honda Service. Incredible dedication and commitment to the customers!I was driving my car and all on a sudden so many warning lights were on that I freaked out. But then after a few hours, they went off and my car was fine. In a few days, the warning lights came on again.....the car was driving fine but like 10-15 warning lights kept coming on.I took the car to Columbia Honda. They found that the fuel injectors were malfunctioning and need to be replaced. New fuel injectors and replacement labor would cost me more than a thousand bucks. I ran out of my warranty, so it would all fall on me. I was frustrated with them as I have been servicing the car with them, blamed them for not being able to prevent this problem earlier, and vented my anger on Phillip Mitchell, who was in charge of my car repair. Phillip was very understanding of my frustration and volunteered to talk to Honda to see if they would still agree to pay some of the cost. After a week, Phillip called me to say that Honda would pay half the cost of new fuel injectors. I got the car back in and they fixed it, I was able to save close to $650 because of Phillip's care and dedication. This was really an incredible gesture on Phillip's part and I can't thank him enough.You have a lifetime customer, sir!I would highly recommend Columbia Honda Service. They had a. 20-day delay before they could get my car in for service. While I didn't use them, it appears that many people are happy with them.

I had deferred a good bit of maintenance. Scheduling was easy. Text reminders made sure I got there. Very friendly staff. No pressure to fix everything. Provided realistic guidance on what was critical to repair.

This place does excellent repair work. You pay top dollar for it, though. They charge a lot. I asked for them to replace the horn that went out. I brought in my own horn I bought that I knew would be better and louder than the factory horn. They refused to install my horn and said that it would cost me $ 826 to install the factory horn. $725!!!! OUTRAGEOUS. They will charge a lot to diagnose the problem. The will apply the diagnosis fee to the repair bill, but the repair bill will be huge. Huge.They don't lie to you, but they will take your newborn child to charge you to fix it. Only come here if you are loaded.

Incompetent or Dishonest. After Columbia Honda Service completed over $2,800.00 of repairs on my vehicle, including a full alignment AND state inspection. An additional repair of an air pressure sensor led to a shimmy when at speed, so they agreed to redo the alignment. They then told me the brake rotors on the front were so warped they needed to be fully replaced ($384.00), and the rear brake rotors also may need to be replaced. When I angrily refused to authorize the repair, the service manager looked at it and determined that the brake rotors weren't warped after all, they just needed some rust buffed off. Either they were incompetent or dishonest when they passed my vehicle on the State Inspection, or they were dishonest or incompetent when they recommended a replacement of "warped" brake rotors. I refused to allow these people work on my vehicle any more, and would recommend that you take your vehicle anywhere else for repairs.

As usual Andrew from the service department did an awesome job by getting me scheduled in for a service and was able to get me booked for a brake job next week. I honestly can t say enough good things about Columbia Honda and the Service Dept. In my 45 years of owning and driving vehicles I ve NEVER dealt with a more professional crew than these guys. If there s ever an issue they go above and beyond to make things right. If they quote you a price it is spot on. You would think that having work done at a dealership the prices would be more expensive but I have found that is not the case these guys are actually below other shop prices. I highly recommend Andrew and the staff at Columbia Honda they are true professionals and always willing to help.Service: Oil change

My 2017 accord started to act funny. I contacted Phillip (service advisor) and he got me in right away. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond anytime I bring my car for service. My car kinda had everyone scratching their heads. But between Phillip, Tim (service tech) and John (service manager) they got it figured out! My car is back to normal again and being a single mom that needs that reliable transportation, I absolutely CANNOT THANK each and every single one of them enough for each role they played and all they did for me! Columbia Honda Service Dept is by far the BEST service department I ve ever dealt with! I will NEVER go anywhere else!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Brought my car in for four brand new tires and a wheel alignment. Now my wheel shakes when I brake. Very frustrating, this is the third time I ve brought in my car and left with a new problem.
