I unfortunately hit a deer and needed to get in somewhere. I worked with Kyle who was great! He kept me updated throughout the process and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. They did great work and my car is beautiful again. Thank You!!

I recommend coming to the Collision Center Of Columbia a lot! This was my first accident/collision I have ever been in and these gentlemen helped me with more than just getting my car fixed. They helped me understand how to go about a rental car, what exactly was wrong with my car and what needed to go into getting it fixed. The gentlemen I was working with was Kyle and he constantly was giving me updates throughout the repair on what was going on. Very professional. Along with that I had some parts that were needed to be ordered after they took apart my car which was communicated to me and helped me with the rental car. I had no clue I had even been hit as hard as I was until I got a estimate and it was explained in detail what exactly was wrong, as a woman I really gained a lot of respect for them due to how well they treated me when I was so clueless. This business was extremely fast (got my expected week repair done in 4 days), got me on the schedule within a month of my estimate, ordered parts right away when I called them for repairs and overall very very good customer service. If there were ever any moments I was needing a question answered I could directly call Kyle or I could call the receptionist to get whatever I needed answered, answered. This is a place of business I will be giving all my business to and I will be referring them to all my family members/friends. I have a somewhat new Mercedes and from past experiences I have had some trouble finding shops that can order new/correct parts for my car but this shop had no issue at all. They use all OEM (new) parts which makes me feel better putting on my car. They also stand by all of their work, so whatever they fixed on my car, later down the road if it seems still messed up, they will correct it and fix it, This is something that maybe other shops do but I had no idea! I cannot stress enough, if you need your car fixed definitely give the Collision Center of Columbia a shot, you won't regret it!

I got my 2010 Dodge Dakota detailed by the Columbia Collision Center and it looks fantastic!!! The upholstery was cleaner than it s ever been and the interior smelled amazing. I definitely recommend you taking your vehicle to this talented team!

I won't go anywhere else. I have had previous shops that were shady and did terrible work. NOT these guys. Between Dane and Brian I've never felt more taken care of at a body shop. The knowledge and experience between these two gentlemen is second to none. Flawless bodywork on my 2011 F250. I have had it in twice now. The first time was my own fault as I majorly scratched up the cab hauling some fence posts (required them to pull the bed and re-spray the cab and blend it in, not an easy task for a metallic copper color paint) and the second being after I had someone back into it. I could swear up and down that it was in better shape than before the incidents on both occasions. COULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM MORE! wonderful people and even better work. Thank you CCoC!

I had a great experience with my truck repair! They explained the process, walked me through some options in case of parts availability issues (that I had no idea about) and I left with a great repair! I am not hoping for any more body damage but if it happens I will return!

I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. I've had my vehicle there three times over the years and they do phenomenal work. Dane and Brian were so great to work with and I cannot recommend them enough.

Absolute worse experience of my life! The lack of communication from everyone was unbelievable . The quality of work even worse . My vehicle was dropped off for an estimate to be done by my insurance company and then be picked up the next day. When I called to arrange picking up the vehicle I was informed that Kyle had moved forward with the repairs without my authorization. When I spoke with Kyle about why he made this decision on my behalf he was very rude and interrupted me by saying he will have the General Manager call. General Manager never called.When I picked the vehicle up and finally got the chance to speak to the General Manager he was very rude and unprofessional . When I mentioned I would be leaving a review to warn people of my experience I was told to Leave now ! The General Manager then stood by smiling as his employee Kyle mocked me by saying "Have a nice day I Love You" as I walked out of the door. Are you kidding ? I couldn't believe my ears !To make matters worse there are runs in the paint, broken plastic under the hood, and the bumper doesn't fit correctly. Then on the way home I find out my Air Conditioner isn't working, then three days later the truck overheats and is out of coolant ! Now I have to go get it repaired correctly at a different body shop. This has turned into a one month long nightmare and my truck still isn't fixed.Save yourself the disappointment and frustration and don't make the same mistake I did . If you do have to use this body shop avoid working with Kyle Chandra at all cost ! Inspect the final product closely. Do not expect to be informed of anything and read everything before you sign it .

A mixed bag. I had some repairs done, picked up my vehicle, and discovered a minor issue that was not there at any point before estimate, when I dropped it off for repairs, the time in between, or on my 5 minute drive home before discovering it. The back windshield wiper appeared damaged and was hanging loose over the hatch. When I brought it back, they repaired it quickly. My service rep Kyle then said I m not trying to call you a liar but they believed the damage was existing after reviewing photos but they went ahead and repaired it so I was happy, which is confusing and problematic to me. While the rest of my service was quite decent and timely, that customer gaslighting left an unfortunate and awful aftertaste that is difficult not to take personally. I'm not a mechanic, nor was I at fault for the collision, but I know my way around my vehicle enough to do things like change my own oil and install my own speakers, and that damage was not there as a part of the accident or when I dropped it off. Why anyone would power play a customer like that is beyond me. There may be a lot of scheisters out there trying to game the system, but I am not one of them and have no reason to be. Maybe it s because I m a younger appearing female, or was wearing ratty gym clothes, I don t really know. I do know I don t want to return, and they need to improve how they interact with their customers if they want to build trust.

I had 2020 Accord fixed here last year and had a wonderful experience. Recently, I backed up over a curb and thought I did some real damage because I seemed to scrape on every dip in the road. Went in for an estimate and was told that they needed to raise it up to take a look. End result was that they simply put on new clips and pushed a couple pieces back in place. They could have made it out to be something bigger and I wouldn't have known, but I got an honest and quick fix. Highly recommend them!

Came in for an estimate per my insurance's recommendation. Incredibly rude and unprofessional service from the young lady at the front desk as soon as I walked in. Honestly, this business lacks proper costumer service. Poor communication and they had my car from Friday until Tuesday. When I called for an update on Tuesday, they were very rude and short and told me that it should be written that day and that if they did not call to let me know, that I would need to call back and ask again. They never called me back, so I went to pick up my car anyway and they did not even ask me about scheduling my repairs. I will never go back here or recommend this place.

This is my second time going to Collision Center to get work done and each time I ve talked to Brandon, and he s amazing. Super professional, up front, and let s me know my options and suggests what s best for me price wise. I cannot recommend him enough.Unfortunately, I don t have good things to say about the receptionist (Peyton?). She was not friendly at all and was rather rude when I was checking in. As a receptionist and front line of a business you cannot have a nasty attitude like that.Service: Body & Trim

Collision Center of Columbia was wonderful! My husband was hit by a deer and I immediately called them. They were able to walk me though everything, from how things worked with insurance, timeline, repairs needed, and even assistance with rentals (which we didn t need). It took a little while, but the repairs were completed in the timeframe promised. They re busy with these deers! Everything was great, communication was perfect and it was very low hassle. JC was our advisor and he s a 10/10! Even offered to drive me multiple times to avoid me paying an Uber/taxi cost. If we ever need this service again, I ll be at Collision Center of Columbia!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Got a paint scratch fixed here a month or two ago. Brandon was very professional in both communication and transparency. I always knew what was being done and worked on. They even took my vehicle to Ford for me to get a service light checked out. Decent prices, and finished work made my car look brand new. Would definitely recommend!Service: Painting

I have used the Collision Center of Columbia for all my vehicles body work for many years now. They have worked on 6-7 of my vehicles, including a huge repair of my Acura MDX front end a few months ago. As always, they did an incredible job, communicated through the process and were professional in every facet of the transaction. Last week the same Acura was a total loss after hitting a deer. While they make very little money off a vehicle they don't repair, the attention to details and professionalism were what I have come to expect with every experience I have had with them. Do not consider any other business if you have damage to your vehicle. CCoC is the BEST!

They do good work eventually. Had to bring my car back twice before it was right. First time was because they left a wheel in my trunk and I didn't notice. Second time was because I noticed my headlights no longer matched and didn't light up half the road anymore. They made it right, but made no special effort for all the extra hassle I had to deal with. Also I think the wheel they replaced needs balanced but I'm not taking it back there to get it fixed. Very poor quality control.

They did an excellent job on our Mazda. Can t even tell it was damaged. One reason I didn t give them a five is because of the communication. Very professional and efficient. Got an honest estimate from Gary. He was informative and patient. He listened to my concerns, was knowledgeable to the aspects of the damage to my vehicle and took time to inspect every detail. Was planning on getting a second estimate but after seeng Gary I was confident this shop was the only place my car needed to go be serviced. Thanks!

I live in Southwest Missouri and they were great to work with by phone. Helped arrange for a rental car and provided after-hours drop off and pick up. Brian was outstanding to deal with.As for the work, they did a good job and had it done on time. Also, the biggest benefit was all the communication they did with the pathetic insurance company so I didn't have to deal with them!

My new luxury car was scraped in a parking lot just two weeks after I bought it. I could not be more delighted with the work of Collision Center of Columbia. Their facility is beautiful and impeccably clean, and the personnel were competent and very courteous. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and telephoned progress reports to me. The work was completed in timely fashion. The repair job is perfect and the car looks new again.It was a superb experience in every way. I plan to take another car in to them for the repair of a scratch mark where it was keyed.

They did a really nice repair job on my son's vehicle and it was done quickly. The service and the people there that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful and made the whole ordeal stress free. They also handled everything with the insurance company so that we did not have to.

I live in "deer country" and have had many collisions. Every time I have been treated very well with the estimate, after hours drop off, and inspection before I leave. I would highly recommend them and feel confident in their workmanship. Professional facility with modern equipment.

Only place I will get my car repaired! Very friendly staff and estimators. Greeted by a great receptionist. Everyone is very educated and helpful. They get you in and out quickly and help with all the insurance side of things. They ease your mind and take the extra step to make sure you understand the process. Gave me frequent status calls and easy to get ahold of the estimator if any questions. The most clean and beautiful body shop ive ever seen! Very highly recommend. And they work directly with your insurance company!

I could not be more pleased with the customer service and quality of repair that I received from Collision Center of Columbia! I got a quote, which I thought was very reasonable for some things we were wanting done on our Suburban. I scheduled the time with the manager, Brian, and he came and picked up my vehicle from work. He set the expectation that they would need it for 2 days. I called the second day to find out when he thought it would be ready so I could plan for transportation for myself and my wife (since the repairs were being done on her vehicle). Not only did Brian commit to having it done before the end of the day, but he called me twice to update me on the status and delivered it to me by 5pm as promised! Excellent business, excellent service and quaility repair. By the way, the invoice was $75 less than quoted! I highly recommend!

I worked with Brandon and he was awesome. He kept me updated on my car constantly and was very patient with me regarding any questions or concerns I may have had. I had to have multiple repairs at one time and he always kept me in the loop with what was going on. I was worried this whole process was going to be a nightmare and a huge headache and they helped make it as easy and painless as getting a car fixed can be. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends needing any repairs.
