Byrider is great place! Very professional! As soon as i walked in they made me feel very comfortable! William was great he definitely went above and beyond for me! I truly appreciated that. ALL around the WHOLE team was great Tristan also was awesome!

Byrider is definitely a good place to go if needing a car, they are very respectful, they make sure everything you have concerns about is checked and fixed. They save me a lot of money when it comes to repairs.. I have never had a complaint and I been with them for a couple years now.

I am so thankful that we met Jordan he is the best!! He was so helpful and caring and kind! Mike is also the best! These guys made sure to help us drive away in a new to us vehicle! We appreciate you guys so very much!!

I brought my car in to be fixed. It was shaking horribly. Turned out to be the CV axle. They got it in and fixed much quicker than anticipated, and it cost less than I expected. Now it runs smooth. Mike, who runs Byrider, is always so nice and really does his best to take care of the customers.

spoke with William by phone and in store in person, very friendly and helpful. Went in and provided the required documentation. still waiting to be put in a vehicle have to wait for another paystub but so far so good. they are all very patient which i appreciate. will post another review soon

Service was 10/10 . Everybody was so nice! Trunk latch broke @330. Went to their service department at 4 . They had me fixed up & pulled off the lot by 430! Thanks Mike & your team

Was not willing to work with me at all, was a lot of miss communication. I'm a single mom of two, and they wouldn't sell to me only because I haven't worked longer than 6 months. Even when i haven't lived in Columbia for that long. Could've been more understanding and empathetic.

I honestly adore Mike. He always helps me when I have a problem. He explains everything to me. We always have a good laugh as well. Jay is awesome as well.
