An epic repeat experience with BMW of Columbia. And it all starts and stops with Curtis and the way him and his team treat you like family! He rolled out the red carpet for my daughter for her first car purchase helping her learn and grow on top of making it fun! Thank you doesn t cut it Til our next journey!

I bought a car here in March 2022. A stunning 2009 BMW 128i. Red. Convertible. 6 Cylinder (and I like power). I fell in love when I saw it online. Now, not to take away from a good review, I need to give some back story. There have been issues (I was mostly concerned at this point by the hiccups in the transmission at lower speeds) and I felt too many issues coming from a dealership. Long story short, I ended up speaking to Rusty Drewing. He was very gracious and willing to hear my concerns because this is his name and reputation as a business owner. He made no hesitations in offering to have my car completely looked over and hooked up to be scanned. He gave Jeff (the manager at BMW Columbia) my number. Jeff called me the next morning and we set up a time to bring my car in. Then we had an ice event and Jeff was accommodating in me rescheduling to the next day. There I met Jonah in the service department. Very lovely and patient man. He asked all the questions to understand. They drove it, hooked it up.and found no codes. They kept it to check again the next morning. Still seemed fine. I went to pick it up (in a fabulous loaner btw...gorgeous and all the options). When I got there they had completely detailed my car and put on my new trunk ornament (because my old one had paint peeling). I feel confident that my car is fine and safe due to the customer service and care provided. I appreciate that Rusty, Jeff, and Jonah took the time to listen to my concerns. Maybe someday I can buy another newer bright red Convertible from them because I would.

Fantastic car buying experience! David Savic was terrific to work with. The manager, Steve, came out to make a great deal that I couldn't resist. I'm driving away in a brand new M240i and I love it. Adam in financing made the paperwork super easy and no-fuss. If I want another BMW, I'm absolutely coming back to Columbia!

I took my 3 series in for a diagnostic check since I hadn't driven my car in nearly a year (I only drive during summer months). The service I received was top notch from end to end. The Service Dept representatives were extremely thorough, professional, and responsive. I also received a video while my car was on the lift. The master technician walked me through each part of my vehicle where concerns were noted, so I could clearly see through the video each part of my vehicle being quoted for recommended repair. The service I received at BMW of Columbia is unmatched by any other service dept. Thank you so much BMW of Columbia for providing 10 out of 10 service.

Brad, Steve and most importantly Curtis were instrumental in an amazing experience at BMW. I am Incredibly satisfied. The team there all work diligently, even putting in extra time after hours to make sure the deal went through. They were knowledgeable on the products at BMW. They were tactful with their approaches, and they were mindful of their conversations. I m a disabled veteran now and I can t say an express how much I m appreciate BMW service to me as a customer.

There s a reason Josh Reichlin has been the salesman of the year for over a decade. He was wonderful to work with and got me the exact vehicle I wanted. Went in to the BMW of Columbia, MO dealership today to do a pre-lease inspection in hopes of buying out our lease. After the lease inspection was complete, we inquired about possibly trading the vehicle in and purchasing a new vehicle. After running some numbers we decided on purchasing a new vehicle. Dave Watson was transparent, knowledgeable, and made the car buying process extremely easy. Brad Davis assisted us when it came to financing the vehicle and worked closely with us to make sure we could get the price within our budget. Overall great experience with BMW of Columbia and would highly recommend.

After finding a specific car I was interested in online, I called the dealership and was connected with David Savic (David with an accent). Within 5 minutes, we had a FaceTime going to show me the vehicle (I live in Denver). After liking my first impression of the vehicle (a used Tesla), David offered to get the car washed and up on a lift so we could inspect in more detail. I appreciated David for being so thorough in his inspection - I've looked at other vehicles online at other dealerships only to show up and find damage not discussed over the phone. David was awesome to work with. We agreed on a price and I flew out two days later. The dealership sent Robert to pick me up from the airport and drive me two hours back to Columbia. There I found my future Tesla all shined up and charging in the dealership delivery room. I took it for a quick test drive, finalized payment, and drove off back to Denver. Everyone was great, especially David Savic! They've got a gazillion 5 star reviews and I am happy to add one more. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from BMW of Columbia.

I had an amazing experience with BMW of Columbia. I purchased the car sight unseen and 2000 miles away but Dusty Volle made it as easy as possible.I was searching for a used 2018 X5 with specific features and, after much searching and poor experiences with local sellers/dealerships, I expanded my search nationwide. I found the right car at BMW of Columbia and, still undecided on buying a car out of state, got in touch to check availability and service records.From there, Dusty was incredibly helpful. I received prompt replies to all my questions and the dealership had no issue with getting me a pre-purchase inspection at the independent shop of my choice and sending more detailed pictures. When a price was negotiated, there was no pushiness and I could always sense the team was working to provide me with a professional experience. It was this way all through the process, including multiple delays from the carrier I booked, requiring Dusty to stay at the dealership after-hours waiting for them to arrive.The car arrived clean, as described, and with a full tank of gas. It's no surprise that the reviews for the dealership are so positive and I'd have no problem recommending Dusty Volle, Brad Davis, and the rest of the team to anyone.

By far the best dealership experience we have ever had (and we've had a lot). Went in to get an idea of what we wanted, left with a brand new BMW. Curtis was patient as we drove three different models that we thought we were interested in, suggested a fourth that blew the others out of the water. No pressure from them to upsell you on warranties or anything like that. We had a blast in Adam's office, and he didn't try to rush us out the door even though it was after hours by this point. Great place to purchase a vehicle. Josh R made it really easy to make a decision. His knowledge of the Vehicles was very impressive, and he was able to answer every question I had. The financing part was just as smooth. Adam M is very organized, and the paperwork portion went fast and efficient. He was able to explain everything to the point I had no questions. Very rare at a dealership.

BMW of Columbia offered a premium service that valued my time, trade in, and preferences.David Savic is the reason we went out of state for the purchase of our new vehicle. He took the time to go through and find out exactly what I was looking for before we made the trip. He did not waste time getting to the important details all while delivering an authentic experience that I will have a hard time finding anywhere else.Adam Miller handled our finances and took the time to explain any questions while making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. This is a fine place to purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone on the sales floor I spoke to was polite and professional, especially Dusty, and test driving the vehicle I was interested in was a breeze. The final purchase itself went smoothly and quickly. I will say, that if you are the kind of customer who does not want a service agreement, be adamant in your final negotiations. I had one issue with my vehicle after purchase; the alternator went out less than a tank of gas through the vehicle. The vehicle was old and this sort of thing can happen, but BMW went above and beyond to assist with this situation and I am very happy with my purchase. Jeff runs a good operation here!

Ask for Curtis Jahr he is�the best! I had a wonderful experience purchasing the vehicle and is one of my best moments. The entire process from test-driving to finalizing was efficient.Curtis Jahr is very patient, listens very accommodating, and is very helpful. I have test-driven various models and explained all features in detail. I was mentally prepared for the oncoming pushy salesmen .But he was suggesting what's best for my needs. I finally came up with BMW 3 series for my needs. I got a very great trade-off value for my used car. He got me a better insurance rate at state farm than my current Insurer.The negotiation was transparent and hassle-free�no crazy markups.For finance, my file was sent to Brad Davis. I was chilling in the gaming arena and in 20 minutes Bard came up with finance options. I got a great apr and the deal is closed.I got 5-star service at every step!In our culture, we don't get new things on New Moon Days or Solar Eclipse days and my mom is very adamant about it. They provided me with pick-up�and drop-off service from COMO to JEFF.I was in and out for around 1.5 hours and was easy. Usually, car showrooms are boring to me.Thanks a lot, Curtis Jahr, and Brad Davis. Appreciate you, guys.Excited!!! to get my baby tomorrow.
