The store manager Dave at #5131 was super helpful in replacing my Audi battery. Other parts stores were not willing to touch the European car, but he did not hesitate to help and get me on my way. He also taught me how to do it in case I needed to in the future. Excellent and caring customer service!

Store manager Dave, Tom, and Robert are seriously awesome car guys. They all were patience, kind, and definitely willing to help. Dave heard my issue and instantly saved me $450 PLUS $500 from going to a local mechanic.No joke, Auto Zone is the place. Clean and well organized.

I m giving a 5 rating on the amazing service I received from the store manager dave. Dave helped me install a pieces of my car while i was broke down in the parking lot. With his amazing customer service I was able to be back driving within 10 minutes and get back to my college dorm. I recommend this store to anyone that wants amazing customer service.

I have come to this AutoZone multiple times and every time I had EXCEPTIONAL service. Dave, the manager, is extremely friendly and does his absolute best to help you with everything you need. He was very honest and I appreciated that. They work very efficiently here and treat you with the upmost respect. I plan to come here for any of my automobile needs while in Columbia. Even if they cannot help me with the service, I trust them with my business and I trust their opinion. I highly recommend this AutoZone for anyone in the Columbia area. Thank you for everything you guys do.

Dave the store manager was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I bought new windshield wipers and he put them on. He also tested my battery. He was great and bc of this I will be back soon. 5 star manager and 5 store products!!!

Awful experience. Initially came in when my car battery died and had to get a new one. I bought one and one of the workers installed it within 10 minutes and my car started acting funny as soon as I turned it on and the car automatically turned off 10 seconds later. I was not sure why this was and it seemed like they did not either. They "tested" the battery and told me it was perfectly fine and this was an alternator issue. They then tried to sell me an alternator without even testing to see if it was the actual issue. I waited about 10 minutes and my car started but my lights were flickering on the way home. Me now believing that I have an actual issue with my alternator, called an auto shop to get tests done despite having just under 30,000 miles on the car. They told me it was in fact a faulty battery and the alternator was perfectly fine. They sent me pictures of everything for proof and had to charge it on high for 30 minutes and it still was not at 100% health and the amperage was at about half of what the normal range was for a new battery but it might still register as a "good" battery when using basic testing. They recommended that I get a new battery from auto zone as soon as I could since I had a three year warranty on it. Next day I tried calling auto zone and asked for a new battery and they said they had to test the battery first and then they would order me a new one. I tried explaining my situation and said the battery may still register as good but it had multiple things wrong with it for being brand new. They refused to order me one and I had to wait an additional 3 days for when the manager came in. I talked to the manager and he was frankly quite rude and blunt with me but he stated that if I truly felt unsafe with the battery I had in my car then he would replace it for me. I had to drive it to auto zone first for him to test it before he ordered anything and said that the battery was "fine". He then stated that the mechanics did not know what they were talking about and suggested that my testings done on my car were fake. Pretty unprofessional to talk about another mechanic/auto shop like that in my opinion. He seemed frustrated that I was suggesting I still wanted him to order me a new battery despite saying if I felt unsafe he would get me a new one considering I bought one with a warranty on it. I waited a couple hours to make a decision and called the store back for a replacement on my battery and they said fine and that they would call me when it came in (about a day). 2 days later and still no call so I called them and they said "oh yeah your battery is here, come on by and we can install it for you". I drove there and upon arrival I was informed that the manager Dave was the only one allowed to handle this transaction going forward. Time and gas money wasted essentially. I called back a couple days later when he was in and he told me that he has decided he was just going to give me a refund on the battery and I could go use that money to buy a new battery elsewhere. Extremely rude and he blatantly lied to my face saying he would replace the battery if I felt unsafe with it and then changed his mind about it. Keeping in mind I had a warranty on it. Overall, terrible experience and I would avoid the trouble of going here unless you want to be treated disrespectfully and have your time and money wasted.

I had a great experience even though this particular branch was slammed. I was probably the 60th customer in 2 days needing a battery change in zero degree weather. Robert H had a great attitude and the installation was done in less than 10 minutes despite the freezing temps. I was so grateful to even get in that night before they closed bc many other auto shops were booked or out of batteries.

I purchased interior and exterior doorhandles for my 2000 Toyota. When I ran into a problem with the installation, I drove to the store in the off chance that someone could give me a couple pointers. Robert was out front on break and immediately asked if I needed any help. After explaining that he could not help as an employee because of liability issues, he offered to help person-to-person, which I accepted. He was TREMENDOUSLY helpful, removing the part and beginning the installation. Time got lengthy and I completed the installation at home. I will gratefully continue to patronize this store!

After my car wouldn't start and I had to figure out a way to get her going I rode my bike up to AutoZone where Robert and his team helped me get a much needed jumper to start the car. From there I took her back to Robert where him and his team went above and beyond IN THE COLD to get this battery installed. I am beyond grateful thank you!

David was so helpful. I had broke a wiper on my car and in the middle of bad weather, he came out and placed new wipers on my car so I could safely drive my 45 minute drive home. Autozone on Worley was awesome!

Way way better and cheaper than O'Reilly's. Better service,better selection, more knowledgeable employees, David the manager has been excellent Everytime I go there he has made me want to come back. Their diagnostic gadget is much more specific and readable and gives you the solution to your specific problem. O'Reilly's doesn't come close to the customer service they are not nearly as pleasant to deal not nearly as helpful and I've gotten parts of lesser quality there and paid prices more than 25% higher. I highly suggest AutoZone over O'Reilly's.

I went this afternoon to get a new battery and hopefully get help replacing it. Dave mentioned that they don t usually help with battery replacements at night because they re short staffed, and when I asked for the tools to do it myself he graciously offered to come take a look, and ended up doing the replacement himself. Very grateful.

It was 8:00 in the evening and I had just had to jump start my car. I was thrilled to find that the AutoZone (on Worley) was still open. I thought I needed a new car battery but Dave checked it and found it was good. I just needed to clean the battery contacts. He sold me a sold me an inexpensive set wire brushes to clean the battery and I was on my way. Dave and his associate (John) were professional and very helpful. I ll go there, again, when I do need a new battery or have other auto issues.

My day was going awful, battery died on me. Had to jump it every time I drove so I jumped it 7-8 times. When I came into AutoZone Robert had me in and out and was outside changing my battery in the snow with a feels like of -8. You re a real one Robert.

I came in today for my boyfriend to swap out a battery and Dave (the store manager) was super polite! We ran into a problem with the warranty but Dave was willing to help us solve the issue that had been caused by a different location. The 5131 store had great customer service and super kind employees. This will now be our go to store!

Dave the store manager came out to my car and helped me figure out everything I needed(light and windshield wipers) helped me as soon as I walked in the door unlike Wal-Mart where I asked for help after searching for someone then they told me sorry I can't help. Come here before any other auto shop!
