I ve been to this place twice already and both times I ve received great customer service. Also, Aaron the manager was very patient with me and put a new battery in my car with no complaint. 10/10 experience

Huge thanks to Dominic at AUTOZONE #6058 in Columbia, Mo. He helped me put in a headlight bulb today, even though I hadn't purchased it there. I had been told by a service center in town that I had bought the wrong bulb, but Dominic showed me that it was correct and then offered to install it. That's SERVICE! I will be back to do more business here.

I bought one of autozones gold batteries for my work truck and after 6 months it's gone bad, I've had this happen before and it's covered by a warranty, but when I stoped by this autozone I asked the battery to be checked one of the two employees in the store said he could do that, mind you I was the only customer in the store I then stood there waiting 5 minutes while they completely ignored me and continued to move inventory around the store. Customers are priority 1 not box's, it's beyond insulting to be ignored completely by all the employees in the store, especially when your the only customer there.I appreciate the owner reading and responding to my concerns and it improves the situation. Thank you

As I was about to make the hour trip back home after a terrible day, my car suddenly locked up and to my surprise was completely out of oil. Knowing nothing about cars I drove to the nearest store. The manager at this location was more than willing to help me and fill my car back up with the oil I needed to get home. He even went as far as lying on the ground to check for a leak. After having one of the worst days he made it so much better, I seriously have no idea what I would have done without his help. Thank you for your excellent service!! If I ever need something car related this will absolutely be the place I go!!

Overall great experience! The manager stood in the freezing cold for almost an hour trying to fix my tail light. I told him it was fine, but he was determined to fix it! They all where determined to fix it. Very nice people. Will defiantly be going here again!

Anna L. was super helpful! I came from O'Reilly up on Cooper Dr. when they didn't have the parts I needed. Anna was able to find me a spark plug and turn signal bulbs for my vintage moped. She was super friendly and helpful and I appreciate the wide selection and great staff at this Autozone location. Definitely coming back here next time I need moped parts.

They carried the emergency set of rims I needed for my girlfriend's car, after I broke one on the curb and watched it fall off in my rear view mirror. A life savor. Or,...relationship savor. And have excellent motorcycle covers that are very thick and durable for only $80. Getting me another one for my bike, after buying one for my girlfriend's bike.

The guys at this particular store, my neighborhood, are the BEST! They helped me on my first visit. A hose broke and they didn't have the one I needed so they cut a hose and put it on for me without charging a dime. On my second visit they were just as helpful answering questions and giving me money saving advice. I simply LOVE these guys as I am a single woman with no one to help me with mechanical issues.

I came for a simple engine light code read and the sales managers took the time to actually take a look at my engine. They not only suggested ways to fix my engine light problem but also gave advice on how to improve how my engine runs and preventative measures for future issues.When I decided to take their advice, they helped me pick out parts and actually personally helped me work on my car. Absolutely stellar service, they truly went above and beyond.

Amazing service! I am very inexperienced that s and my front headlight went out and I was determined to figure it out in my own but Reese and his team helped me install my headlights! I could not thank them enough for the time and care they took with helping me. I 100% recommend coming to this location. Even if you just need advice on a car issue. Thanks again guys!

I like this store. It's what you expect from an AutoZone. They have car parts and stuff to take care of your car. As for the specific location: the staff are always really friendly. Even though I know what I'm looking for the staff seem to know the store so well it's always faster to just ask them where something is and they are always offering to help you out. You can't get two steps past the door before someone says hi and asks if they can help you. That's always nice. It makes it feel like a small town store even in a decent sized city.

Reese helped me install a headlight in my 2013 Ford Fusion that was very hard to get to. He did a great job and stood out in the cold with me until it was done. Very pleased with his service!

Definitely wanna give a huge s/o to Anna she saved the day she listened to my story and helped me find everything that I needed she came out to my car took one look and instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it I love her so much she was very kind and helpful way to go girl keep up the good work definitely have a friend in me

Reese and Cameron are awesome. I was having trouble with my Chevy Colorado tails lights, all four lights were burned out. They took every step possible to help me figure it out and went way above and beyond by coming out and installing the lights for me. I felt horrible when they pulled the tail light off a bunch is sand shot all over him, But they still managed to do everything with a smile. Hands down the best customer service and experience I've ever had at a parts store. Thank you guys again for your help

They were super helpful. I had a completely dead battery that was in a tricky spot in my engine and they replaced it for me even though it was almost closing time. Kenneth and Haoul are absolute life savers!

I stopped in to AutoZone a couple of weeks ago to get a low beam bulb for one of my headlights. Reece took the time to replace the bulb - he even had to remove my battery to accomplish this. Additionally, he pulled the high beam bulb out to show that it had problems. I ended up having both bulbs replaced. Reece was so nice and professional! The guys at the counter were awesome! Would recommend this location of AutoZone!

I needed to get my check engine light checked and it was quick and easy. All the employees I spoke to were VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! Would definitely recommend that location and would FOR SURE go back there, even if it wasn't the closest available location.

I most definitely recommend Auto Zone on business loop I70, Nic was the kindest,most helpful employee. I needed to rent a tool,and I needed it quick.The other employees was helping customers. He was working in the commercial side of the store. I asked if he could help me and he was kind enough to stop what he was doing and get me what I needed. He was Friendly, and fast. Its employees like Nic and Brandon,that keep people coming back.

These guys are always awesome! They're funny and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond to help people out. I don't ever feel like they're talking down to me or trying to get me to buy stuff I don't need. They're great!
