So, I go in one night a couple weeks ago to get pads and rotors for a brake job the next day. They didn't have the rotors in stock, so I could come get them after 7:30am the next day. I'm not going to do my brakes in the dark, so okay.The next day, I go in for my surprisingly cheap rotors and discover WHY they were so cheap. The guy only ordered one rotor. I had asked for 2. You don't do brakes one at a time. You do them in pairs.The manager (Jacob?) drove TWO HOURS AWAY to get me the rotor I needed. That's why he, specifically, gets 5 stars.

I had gotten the wrong hose at a store in JC and they ordered another for me, ended up being wrong as well but the guys here were really gojng above & beyond to help me. I finally had to order elsewhere so I returned the hose tonight & when I got back to my truck it wouldn t start so Blaze & Jacob tested my battery ( turns out it was bad) and Blaze removed the old one and put the new one in and they were both so very kind to me! You have a very happy customer now!

Every time I go to Auto Zone I have the worst luck on the individual giving me the correct part. Every single time I have to make more than one trip to get the part I went in for originally. Every single time I make mistake of giving Auto Zone another chance I always regret it. Once again stuck with the wrong part which, due to location, I won t be able to pick up until tomorrow. Leaving me without transportation for work in morning. I ll be returning the parts and finding somewhere else to buy parts. Last chance Auto Zone.

Great service. Needed a bulb change before I hopped on the highway for holiday traveling and they got me squared away within 15 minutes. Had a great conversation with the manager. Highly recommend this place

I do as many of my own repairs as possible. My most recent project is rebuilding a 1997 Chevy 350 for my truck. The staff is ALWAYS helpful, courteous, and willing to answer questions. I look forward to getting this engine complete, and I can guarantee I'll be buying everything I need from here!

Have taken many trips over the years to this AutoZone for work on my own vehicle as well as helping friends. The employees at this store are significantly more helpful than at the Grindstone location, and I feel like this store often has greater availability of parts as well. Often I will go out of my way to pass the other locations in Columbia to get to this store.

Came in at like 850 pm old dude helped me he seemed faded af noddin off staring at everything forever and being extra slow may have just been because he was old idk. Didn't find the part tho left after waiting over 20 min

6:21pm 1-7-23Ordered a heatercore on 1-6-23 around 7:15am. Paid over phone using card so they could order it. Just picked it up in store. Eric "helped" me by getting it and having me sign. I asked for a receipt and he said I would have to know what register was used to go back and look. I paused and he didn't do anything so I said can't u go through all of them? He said yeah but that would be other 1000 tickets.... I told him I wouldn't get paid unless I got a receipt. Didn't care. I work in a shop, iv gone through more tickets than that for a customer and I'm a mechanic.Eric said he is the assistant manager. He couldn't give me a number for his manager (Dan) because he is off duty (understandable). Asked for an email and he said they don't have one.... i have to wait until Dan should be in around 8 on Monday to get a receipt because Eric is too lazy to help.

This is a 2 star review because service at my location in Columbia MO is almost always slow. Every time we come in for something for my truck or my friends' vehicles, we are waiting. I hope corporate sees reviews like this and understands the importance of employee quality of life to help retention. They're clearly understaffed and it's annoying to see. If I just want a part I can go online. If I drive to an AutoZone, my favorite auto parts store, it's so i can borrow their expertise, maybe have them use a OBD scanner, etc.. all of which give me anxiety to do when 8 other customers are waiting for the 1-2 employees actually up helping people. The corporation has the money to pay more or screen better. Just be better.

From out of town just passing through. Rear brake light went out. Called to see if there was a tech that could help me change it as I don t have any tools on me and was told if it s easy and then was hung up on. Thank goodness it s a big city with other helpful options.

Went in looking to rent a tool and Brandon didn t even look for the tool, he just told me they don t have it. As I was walking out the door I caught another employee and asked him for the same thing and he hopped on the computer and got me the tool right away. Overall I had a decent experience except with Brandon. He gave me an attitude like he s better than everybody else or something. I would like to thank the gentleman that help me the tool though.

FIRST CLASS. I have been here many times. These guys have saved me on no less that 4 occasions!!! One winter, one of their guys had a real ordeal changing out my battery.......HE NEVER COMPLAINED ONCE or had anything but a pleasant and professional manner!! I especially recommend this business to the ladies. They will BE HONEST about pricing and save you money. I cant talk highly enough about every aspect of this business. I will always take my business here.

Asked for help and Christian came out to help me. Another guy told him he shouldnt be helping me after that same guy came from helping another lady. Both guys turned around and walked back in the store without even giving me any advice. Worst customer service EVER!!!! Will never go back to this place.

Arrived at this store at 9:51 pm. Doors locked. Went across the street to Oriellys and they had plenty of time to answer my questions. Over the past 2 years I've much preferred AutoZone but this experience will have me going across the street for my business.

Customer service was great. I needed a new battery for my 2012 Honda Pilot. The tech helped me make a selection, no high pressure sales pitch. He also installed it for me. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this AZ location.

Not nearly as organized as I kept my store, when I worked at a location years ago. However, it was the obsurd amount of time that it took to get waited on, that took it down to a 2 star. I want to rate it a 1 star, but having worked at AutoZone in the past, it'll always be higher than other auto parts stores, in my book. So, I had to leave room for their lower rating. I pride myself on customer service, so I'm critical when I don't get good customer service and it was awful.

I want to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service I received today courtesy of Brandon. Brandon took the time to help me exchange an evac purge valve canister that had some broken clips holding it in place. He was patient enough to fight it loose and showed me how he got the clips to release while broken. I almost forgot to mention that he opened the door and welcomed me in when I first came in to buy the part. Thanks Brandon!

Went into the store to have a check engine light checked. The girl that was available to do the check was not very social and seemed to hate her job. However, she did know how to work the diagnostic tool and told me a variety of possible issues. Other than the worker, the store is very nice and the other workers seemed friendly.
