Took our 2010 Chrysler 300 to have the headlights restored (forgot before picture). They did such a great job I took our 1999 Explorer in the next day (remembered before picture)! Great service and very professional and courteous employees! And it was only $25 for both headlights! Would definitely recommend!

Took my car for an oil change and maintenance as per usual. Everything went well until I got out to my car and it didn't start. I told the tech walking away from another vehicle that it wouldnt start. Someone came out to check what it could have been and turns out it was time for a battery change! I had the car since 2019 and it still had its original battery. Lance, the auto manager there at the time took me in to purchase a battery and put it in. He was super helpful! Wonderful customer service imo, I'll consistently take my car here from now on

2 stars because it's nice they offer road hazard on tires, but on the other hand, my car almost always comes out of there with something else broken that wasn't broken when I got there. Speaking generally, not necessarily this location.

Had an awesome experience!! Just pulled up,filled out my ticket,gave them my keys,and Boom! Ten minutes later I had my truck back,with hardly any wait at all!@

I had an appointment at 9. They helped other people without appointments first. I had to wait almost 3 hour AFTER my appointment time!

One of the managers I think his name was Lance, was extremely helpful. My boyfriend had brought in a lawn mower tire the day before and had it fixed. The next day it went flat and I thought oh no! I went straight in and stood in line to wait ( mind you they were very busy) and he said twice that he was sorry for the wait but that'd they would be with me shortly. It might seem insignificant to others but I appreciate that they took the time to reassure the customers that they'd been noticed. There are stores where employees just walk on by a line of people and stand around talking and don't bother to ask if there's anything they can do to help. Once again they didn't let me down.

Horrible service. Stood waiting for over 30 minutes for a simple tire repair no one came to assist me with. When asked for service they told me to wait yet there were 3 techs standing in the middle of the shop talking about their plans for the weekend. Will never come back and highly recommend management fix this issue. Lack of work ethics and professionalism.Service: Tires

I took my 2012 Ford F150 in to Walmart in Clinton Missouri to have four tires mounted and balanced and tea PMS sensors put in my truck when I picked my truck back up the truck had a real bad vibration in it but the tires weren t balanced, and my tea PMS sensor light was still on, but they charged me for relearning. It may charge me for the sensors, then when I called the manager back, they said oh no we didn t charge you for the sensors we didn t Permian and made bring it back so I took it back then today they re-balance. The tires still got a shake in it because they re not balanced right and tea PMS sensor light still not off and they only put 35 pounds of air in a 50 pound tire . They also torque my Lugnuts to 140 pounds when they re supposed to be 150 on my truck I would not recommend anybody using Walmart anymore.Services: Auto rear window replacement, Auto tire replacement

In town fishing at Truman Lake and and after getting off the lake realized my truck's right rear was really low. Got to Wal-mart at 6:55pm (they closed at 7pm) and the technician Lance stayed late to help us out. Really saved our weekend, otherwise I would've just filled up my tire Thursday night and then it would've been flat Friday morning as a large bolt was lodged in the tire. Much appreciated!

I had an oil change and I paid 54 plus dollars for it and asked before with that oil change did they vacuum and do all the checks of all the fluids I was told yes that they do all of that. I was also told before I left the car that it needed new wiper blades I discussed blades with them and told them if they need the wiper blades go on and put them on. When I picked up the car none of the oils had been checked even though the sheet said completed. The washer fluid was already filled because I had filled it that morning and they said it needed filled. The car was not vacuumed in any way anywhere. The air filter which they said that they checked had not been it was full of dust and leaves so there's no way they could have checked it because there was no finger marks or prints on the case of the air filter. I was very upset with the service if I pay for a service and I discuss the service with them and they say that they did it on the paper then it needs to be done or they need to reimburse me. I did call the manager and let her know and I am supposed to go back over which is a 30 Mi trip to compensate me. What are they going to do vacuum my floors now??

I had 4 new tires put on my car yesterday. My car was in and out in about a half an hour. This is by far the quickest I have ever gotten tires changed on my car at any Walmart. I have had new tires installed at 7 other stores in the past, but I was stuck waiting 3 to 5 hours. The Walmart in Clinton actually was great at determining the waiting time. The associates who were working were also friendly, helpful and professional. I was impressed with service I received there.

Really awesome experience, truly nice people. Had my car towed there Sunday night. After closing the service manager came out and ordered the tire I needed. Had the pleasure of dealing with Briona today who is absolutely beautiful. Blown away at how awesome you all are

The people are nice the guys in the garage are great but Walmart policy is stupid they're use of excuses on tire policy is just another way for them to make more money .Because they don't make enough. Lol

I went to their automotive department a couple weeks ago to get new batteries for my truck. The salesman looked up my make, and model. Then grabbed the ones he says are for my truck. I put them in, and it barely starts when it's warm. When it's cold like now, and last week, I have to get a jump from someone. I took them back today. They insist that's the battery it calls for. After looking into it myself, and checking a couple of auto parts stores, the batteries are insufficient for my truck, so it cost me another $85.00 for 1 battery. My truck takes 2. So that'll be another $85.00. I suggested giving me my money back and I'd go elsewhere. For whatever reason that couldn't happen. If you need auto parts, batteries, tires and such? I suggest just about anywhere but Walmart.

I have had issues with the automotive manager not standing behind tires I bought from Walmart that split even though I purchased the road hazard. He said I must be driving on gravel roads so the tires aren't covered. My sister took her car in to have a tire fixe & my wife overheard him telling the other clerk watch how he would sell a complete set of tires. He did not!

Had my oil changed while I chopped it was really convenient and the price was decent but when I called them about replacing an O2 sensor, they couldn't do it!

I went in, there were so meany complications. They keept resetting the order and I was put in the back agen and agen. Over 2 tires. Then finally it was done. I was halfway home until I decided to stop to make sure they put my tires in my car. The people took them. So I had to turn around and go get my tires. I did not have the disposal fee.

Great price on tires just don't understand why they charge for mount and balance when you purchase the tired from them brand new I could understand if I brought my own like every where else but nope it's 12 $ on top of the price of the tire

Came to get tires installed. Was told they couldn t do because they don t know how to service sensors and it is illegal not to change them. So all in all I was lied to.Service: TiresService: Tires

Very happy with the service. Quick, friendly and gave me what I asked for without a lot of hardsales for things I don't want right now. Best Walmart Auto I have experienced.

The people at automotive was friendly but the people at the front of the store not so nice. The ones at the front tried to recharge me a core on a battery that we returned cause we got wrong battery day before but automotive took care of it and gave money back.

This is the second time I've edited this because they are so terrible....... this trip they forgot to put the dipstick back in AND didn't seat the oil plug properly and i was stranded on the side of the road. These people are straight up useless.

Buy tires from Walmart web site and have them shipped its decently cheaper than buying on location
