Absolutely wonderful people who do whatever it takes to get you back rolling. I work over the road and was trying to get from South Dakota back to southern Missouri for Thanksgiving when I blew my rear u joint and dropped my rear driveshaft on the side.of the highway about 12 miles outside Clinton. They were kind and understanding enough to bring me out a new u joint on the side of the highway with bad holiday traffic. Thanks to them, I was able to change it out and be back on the road in 30 minutes and got home in a reasonable time and without having to pay for a tow into town. I can't thank them enough.

We were on our way from Springfield to Kansas City and we stopped here because our truck was having issues. Lauren was so helpful! I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate the staff here! I had a cracked coolant hose, and Lauren and other staff helped assist me in finding a hose that would work, let me borrow tools so I didn't have to buy everything, and let me wait in the lot for my husband to meet me and help me fix it. They were so kind as I was anxious and upset from my car breaking down. Couldn't recommend them more!

I can say that's the best customer service I've ever had, every single time I've ever been to any auto parts store usually they do a scanner and can't ever tell me whats wrong. He got under the hood and fixed every problem I was having! Definitely recommend choosing them and their staff member who was polite and very helpful Caleb! Walked out happy and wasn't too pricey!

O'Reilly's just moved to the new store in Clinton there are closer to Walmart than they were to the square now and they were nice Cooperative people head to order a whole lot of parts this truck and his it was advised more or less instead of placing just one wheel bearing it was a good idea to replace both if I had to worry about anything in a time of need I had the old one that was on the good side there was only good side that was old still could work with the spare and not throwing my parts and not throwing anything

Super nice guy came out and checked my battery on the truck and it was fine which was great news. Love the fact that they can come out and test your vehicle and give you an update on issues you're having.

O'Reilly auto parts in Clinton really is my liking. Had to get two hydolic hoses made there. The first two hoses were made totally wrong. Had to make another trip for a total of 40 miles for two trips for two hoses, paid 200 bucks for 90 dollars worth of hoses. Nah not going there again.

Reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff and they usually have all the parts you could possibly need or can order them in quickly. I really like that they hire well educated people to assist with your issues who usually understand the problem versus only knowing the name of a part, etc. Very helpful when you don't know a whole lot but need help.

The only place in Clinton who will mix and match Auto paint they will come out to your place and scan you truck or car for a fast and accurate match. Never had a problem with a return. Even when it was my mistake.

I live in Tonganoxie when O Reillys first opened up and we had two parts stores here they were great now they have nothing on stock and unexperienced porch people if they can t find it on a computer they ll tell you to go to the Internet or dealer Don t know why they have so many parts books behind them because they don t even know how to look parts up worthless

Great prices especially when things are on sale. Helpful staff make shopping their possible for someone like me who is handicapped in regards to mechanics. I can drive......nuf said.

Put my windshield wipers on and my air filter in. I needed a battery ant they wanted $131. I called Walmart and it was $77. Great guys at O'Reilly but buy your batteries at Walmart.
