This is our second purchase from Jim Falk and boy are we happy with our decision to stay faithful to this dealership. Our sales rep Derrick Hughes went above and beyond our expectations in helping us get into this 2022 Chevy Equinox. It was a gift to my wife for our 52nd Anniversary and she LOVES her new car. I can t say enough good words about Derrick he kept us informed about this vehicle as soon as he had it on the lot as we were waiting on another Equinox but Derrick informed us about this one as it was a step up from the one we were actually waiting for. We were so appreciative of Derrick reaching out to us and letting us know this car was available, after him explaining all the details about the car we immediately said we would take it. Derrick even took my phone calls when he was home on sick leave, now where can you find a car sales person who does that, well well Derrick does. I have to thank Shana in the finance department too as she worked hard at getting us the best interest rates and doing all the paperwork. As with our previous purchase Jim Falk delivered this vehicle right to our driveway at exactly the time they said they would and delivered it with a full tank of gas. We have finally found a car dealership that really cares about their customers and provides the utmost top quality services. Needless to say we will only be doing our car buying with Jim Falk Motors. We hope Derrick is around for a long time as he is our go-to guy for assistance in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Thanks Derrick, Shana and the Drivers and everyone at Jim Falk Motors for an awesome car buying experience. See you all again soon.

Absolutely Love this Place!!! We highly recommend Jim Falk Motors to anyone!!! They do all of our service work on 3 different vehicles. We also love the Chevrolet merchandise and apparel that they have in stock at the dealership for purchase. We have bought multiple t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and zip-ups. Bought a new 2022 Cadillac XT5, spent over $60k. Rear camera doesn t work properly. Have driven over an hour to Clinton three times to have this repaired and to have two fender trim pieces replaced. First time trim piece colors did not match, second time trim color did not match and they orderd two left side trim pieces. They finally told me to take it to a different dealership that has a body shop. Rear camera doesn t work properly, they can t figure this out either. Now they tell me they are no longer a Cadillac dealer and want me to take it to a different dealership. So, they are passing off their issues to another dealership. They refused to give me their Cadillac regional representative so I could talk to them, must be top secret ..Cadillac doesn t want to talk to their customers??? My opinion, run from this dealership as fast as you can. They are incompetent and do not have the expertise to even complete warranty work on your vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenance
