Took entirely too long to complete(36 days) Kept having to order more parts that they forgot or didn t see They needed at estimate time. Final outcome of my car is great. It looks wonderful. Just wish it didn t take so long. The office staff was nice.

Horrible experience. After they had my car for 37 days, I got it back filthy, not safe to drive and had a new dent I had never seen before. I do not recommend them for repairs.

Great work fixing my car after it was hit. They kept me informed when delays happened...another part needed ordered, paint taking longer to dry because of the super cold temperatures, etc! My vehicle was deemed a total loss and I did not receive any body work from the shop, however, Alex and the staff at Collison Leaders - Clinton did an awesome job bidding out the vehicle & handling all the paperwork with the insurance company. They went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% taken care of as a customer. I would like to give a special review for Alex, who made the entire process virtually effortless! Awesome customer service! Stopped in one day and got the estimate for my insurance claim. Paid for the new part upfront to be ordered. When it was in they called and made the appointment about a week out.Dropped it off and went to do some shopping and was done really fast!Highly recommend great work and service!Service: Body & Trim

This place was very professional, friendly, and courtesy . We had work done on the front end and it looked better than brand new when they finished. We got it back a couple of days ahead of time. Don t know if they do good work or not because they said car was a total loss and refuse to fix it even though I was willing to pay the difference between what insurance would pay I would cover the rest . They should know that the customer is always right and should have done it. But they have a policy that won t allow them to fix it.

Cody went above and beyond to work with us when my daughter hit a deer. We live out of town and he drove across town to accommodate our needs even before we decided to use his service. He then proceeded to keep us informed every step of the way while repairing our vehicle and made several calls to the insurance claims adjustor to fight for what was needed. Great work, fast, affordable, honest and trustworthy. This shop had worked on my car with every damage and at this point as repaired everything but under the hood- great cosmetic work and easy to work with. Can't say enough good things about this business!!!

When I took my 2020 Malibu in for an estimate they was fair outgoing answered all my questions I had I had after dropping it off two days later the rear quarter panel that was damaged was repaired when I noticed a few issue with the paint job approximately a week later took it back to him no questions asked they wanted to know when I can drop it back off where they can make it like it was supposed to be extremely happy and satisfied with their service would recommend them to any family and friend
