We were traveling and needed new brakes. He got us right in and did a great job. He was so personable and honest. I highly recommend this business!!

Bought tires online and went in to mount and balance them. Was quoted $12.50 a tire over the phone with a $3 disposal fee. When I got there, I found out they charge $3 a tire to dismount the old ones. After I got my receipt, they actually charged me $13.50 a tire to mount and balance which equals $19.50 a tire.It's cool, but they could've been honest about the pricing BEFORE I drove out to Clever to get them done. On top of that, the guy who runs it was unhappy that I had brought in my own tires instead of purchasing them from him.They got the job done in an hour so that's the second star.I won't go back there though.

Absolutely the friendliest and best service around. Since Tanner took over it has only gotten better. Always accommodating even though their appointment calendar is always completely full. Highly recommend this shop for tires, repair, and inspections.

Horrible customer service. Had them diagnose an AC problem. Estimate on repair was $500.00. I explained that was more than I could afford and that if they would show me the leak I would repair myself and bring back for them to service the AC. They would not show me. Said all I needed to know is that is was the high side line. I asked for the part number of the line and was told by the mechanic that I was taking money away from them because that s how he makes his living, by diagnosing and ordering parts. I replied, I paid for the diagnosis ! His reply was that they make money of ordering parts too. Never trust greedy mechanics!

Went in to have a front end alignment done on a 1 ton Chevy with new tires , within 3000 miles of it being done lost a 3rd of tread. Had to go somewhere else was.told there it had been done incorrect because the limiting tabs were not removed. When they have to be to adjust camber to make tires stand up straight and the toe was adjusted to far in. When I called on it he said that where I went next was crooks because I paid more for a job done right. If you ask me crooks take money from hard working people and don't do what they say, when he just needed say he couldn't do it.

They got my van back on the road overnight after it was towed there due to an alternator going out. Honest and didn't overcharge. Will keep using them for all my repair and maintenance needs.

They are all so nice at Pit Stop and very thourough.. Thier work is very good and they are very reasonable on pricing.. I am very picky when it comes to my cars and they are one of the only 2 mechanic shops that I will even let look at my vehicles.. They are very trustworthy and they let you know up front what needs done and how much it will be.. Wonderful bunch of people

Need to go there more often probably to get to know the guy better. Seems so nice. Got a front end alignment for $40! That is a great price.

I get my oil changed here with the best you can get, schaeffer oil is made in STL and worth the money for reliability.
