My wife and I love our new slightly used van. Jason was great to work with. Loved the experience at the dealership. We drove all the way from southern Minnesota to get our car here and would do it all over again.

We recently just bought a jeep from them and we had amazing customer service! We called the day before they made sure to do a deep clean and double checked to make sure the vehicle was ready for us. They worked with us and made sure we got the best deal possible, I don t think we could have found what they offered us in any other dealership. Jason was great and mare sure to answer any questions we had, and his attention to detail was phenomenal! I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Absolutely the best place to shop for a vehicle! No pressure to buy. I love it that we got to check out the entire selection without any salesman approaching us! Once we went inside to inquire about a car a salesman met with us immediately! My family will continue all of our future purchases here! My son s first car!

The overall buying experience was pleasant my wife and I enjoyed that part. The part I do not like was not following there word when given. We are buying a used van I found a problem with a door. I was told a day. Then I was told parts would be in Friday would get the van on Monday. Granted this has been an entire week. My check has already been cashed my temp tags are a week old and I still have no van and no title according to All Data, a mechanic paid site to determine hours of labor it takes 3 hours to disassemble and reassemble the door to replace the part. Not an entire day. I didn t feel appreciated or valued as a customer

My son was interested in a Jeep here and called to verify it was available to come look at that evening as we live an hour and a half away. Kyler, the salesman, said yes and made plans to come look at it. Once we arrived there he could not find it and eventually realized it was sitting outside the shop with a flat tire and we could not test drive it and would have to drive back the next day. 3 hours of driving because the salesman was clueless. Came back the next day, test drove it, and decided to buy it. We brought up cracks in the windshield and Kyler assured us they would take care of them and would not sell it like that. Next day after my son got the loan from the credit union and he contacted the salesmen to let him know he had the money and would like to come out that night and get it if the windshield was fixed. Kyler informed him that since it was just a scuff they would not fix the windshield. Since we already had the money in hand we went out there and showed the two big cracks and he assured us the manager would come talk to us once he got off a conference call and work something out. So we started paperwork in the meantime. Afterwards we asked about the manager and was told he was not there, which was weird because he was just on a conference call supposedly. Bought the Jeep and figured lesson learned with that dealership. 3 days later check engine light came on so we messaged Kyler who said he would check on it and get back to us. 4 days later after not hearing back we messaged him again and was told to call the shop because he does know anything about cars. No attempt to resolve the issue and I am pretty sure the code was cleared out before we got there. Would not recommend doing business here. Salesmen was a very smug and arrogant liar.

I enjoy looking at the RVs but their prices are outrageous. I looked at a 2003 Volkswagen Eurovan yesterday and they want around $30,000 for it. It has a busted front light. The plastic part. There's rust, high mileage, not good on gas. It's a used vehicle. It should be $5000 tops plus financing for poor people. I thought this was a Christian place cause I hear Christian music playing in the main car lot. God over money.

We drove from Kansas City to see a vehicle they had listed online. When we arrived we didn't even get acknowledged when we walked in. We stepped out to see the vehicle on the lot, couldn t find it walked back in and STILL not a single word from any of the employees so we gave up and just left! I understand that if they were helping another customer but still at least let us know someone could be with us in a moment or another time. Lesson learned ughhhh.

These guys are the best! I'm from Michigan on a hunting trip and the turbo goes out on my pickup. I stopped in Thursday morning. They got it right in for the diagnosis, parts were there Friday morning, and she was rolling again by close of business! They also set me up with a rental car, a cute little Kia, (that got no respect from fellow hunters ) but was a real nice ride! Friendly and professional, Great guys! Thanks so much for saving my bacon!Pete

Love this place! It's a non pressure place to buy a vehicle. We set up a appointment time to test drive a suv, and it was up front running and waiting for us! Paul Cureton was a pleasure to work with and went over everything with us. So we are now the proud owners of the Nissan ProX terra! Thanks again Paul for a painless buying experience!

I bought my jeep from my daughter, and never even realized that when they got it from the dealership, one of the Lugnuts on each tire was locked When I went to get the tires rotated, there was no key ..it was gone nowhere to be found So I went to Woody s automotive and Brandon his tech were able to find a key in an entire bucket of keys and unlock it and get me back on the road They were so kind and they didn t even charge me so kind & helpful!!!!!

I will definitely buy my next vehicle from here. Our sales rep was very friendly and I absolutely felt like he was working to get us into the right vehicle for the $$ we wanted to spend. You can tell he likes working for Woody's. I also LOVE that the price on the vehicle is what it is. There is no haggling or gimmicks. We got a much newer truck for our money than we could get from other dealers or even private sellers. I'm so glad we made the 2.5 hour drive to this location. It was a very stress free purchase. Thank you Scott Chubick!!!!

We purchased a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk today. Best experience ever! I have purchased several vehicles but this experience was the one to beat. Polly was awesome she helped us in every way possible and she is one busy lady! Cory also was terrific he explained all the financial details and worked at getting us the best deal. I highly recommend both! If you looking for a car this is the place to go.

Super clean used vehicle! Paul went out of his way to be helpful with every question or need we had during the purchasing process. This was our second vehicle purchase from Woodys in the last 2 years.

We have purchased two vehicles from Woody's. Both times we have had a good experience. We have worked with Cory and Curtis. They are nice young men and easy to work with.

I bought a 2010 chevy truck from them in 2020 before my daughter was born. I knew there was some rust damage to the tailgate and a little on the fender, no problem as the price was still right for the truck. Well not too long after having the truck, the engine blew while i was on the interstate. Had to fork up $3k to get a used engine in the truck as I definitely did not have $8k for a new one. Also didn't know that there were a lot of other problems with the truck that was never disclosed to me.I was told by the salesman that the truck went through an inspection by their guys and all was good.I am very sad I spent so much on this truck just to have it break down on me multiple times.

Salesman was extremely pushy and the pre owned vehicles were overpriced. Ended up at Max Curnow with a BRAND NEW RIDE and a great shopping experience.

Everyone at Woody's was very friendly. Tim was great. He took the time to get to know us and really made us feel welcome. Truly a no pressure shopping experience. We got the vehicle we wanted at a fair price and are very happy with our purchase. The next time I am in the market for a car, I will definitely be checking out Woody's again, even though it is an hour drive for me.

This dealership was amazing! Buying my first car was very easy. The car I chose had a broken windshield and needed two new back tires and Woody s kindly took care of it. 10/10 experience and will go back for any new car I need

First time to Woody's and I wouldn't go any where else to buy my next car. Polly, Brie, Deryck, Heather, and Chris were all wonderful. Made us feel like family. Polly was so sweet to even give my granddaughter a treat. Thank you, we will be back.

A week ago I drove for three hours to see a car that online looked like new. It drove fine, but after four hours at the dealer I was too tired to really look closely so I continued with the trade-in. According to their signs and people they accept the cars back within three days but my job and distance wouldn't allow that so I e-mailed the salesman and as usual all they want to do is make another "deal": i.e. take more money out of your pocket! After I got home I dropped something and laying on the floor it has rust developing all over underneath. If you look at the engines on their websites it looks like quite a few of their cars came from somewhere a flood went through so don't be surprised if that's the case with most of the used cars on the lot. Also, they had one salesman available for four customers so don't expect to get any real help except to get the money out of your life! I asked the salesman on the phone before going there and he said "an hour and a half at most," which obviously won't happen.

The advertisements make it sound like it is gonna be a nice waiting room with a coffee bar and relaxing feeling. Nope. It looks and feels like you are in Uncle Bucks backyard garage with a coffee maker. They did tell me I didn't need an oil change yet, I was a bit early in miles still. That was nice, but it was a free oil change anyway so..eh. idk they can do much better. I may go get oil changed elsewhere.

I had a horrible experience with a less than experienced salesman. Posted a bad review, which I never do but I was fuming. The next day I received a call from Mitchell. He wanted to know about my experience. What had happened? After explaining our visit, he agreed that, things didn't go correctly. That they screwed up! Paperwork wasn't explained correctly. Paperwork that should have never been brought up to begin with. Our vehicle was under valued as it was entered improperly. After he explained how it should have been presented to us, we would have bought a car that day. I appreciated that he took the time to see what improvements needed to made to better serve other costumers. We still have not found out new vehicle but because of this phone call we would consider giving this dealership another go!

Set up an appointment to look at a truck two days in advance. When I got there the salesmen didn t know where the truck was. When they found it, it was on the other side of the state with a broken headlight, taillight, mirror, and hail damage. They still wanted 22k for it. They lied and manipulated. Don t do business here.
