They made me wait I had called ahead and put a HD on the tire I had to wait forever in line when they finally came out with the tire they couldn't get rung up had wait again while they tried then had to go to sporting goods to get rung up he couldn't figure out how to do part de it part cash had to wait then I told him the easy way to do it from using thier self check outs they did actually put the tire in the trunk for me

We needed some tires for our 5th wheel and we're traveling. This service center was wonderful! They changed out our worn tire and got us up and going in record time. The service was excellent and very reasonable prices. Thank you!

Not on time, 45 minutes longer than 1.5 hr wait as I wasn t told it would take. When you have little ones with you, and another appt scheduled this should not happen. At least tell me it will take 2.5 hrs instead of 1.5. Ridiculous !

Wouldn't answer the phone for 45 minutes while I tried to call. When they did pick up, they didn't have a single tire in stock that would fit my car.

If you want to wait for a rediculous amount of time to get a tire fixed or replaced this is the place to go. EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE

Their selection is limited, and they always seem to be out of what I may need, not just the auto care center but the whole Chillicothe Mo. Walmart.

2nd customer that morning 2 techs..took an hour and a half to take 4 tires off my truck and balance them.
