Friendly and efficient staff. Clean place. Fast service and staff greeting as I walked in. Ready to help me. Pointed me in the right direction. Shared some insight. Not to crowed, maybe at first but everyone was seen to and helped right away, so everyone seemed to get out of there in the right amount of time. Trust the advice from the locals. Thanks y'all

The young man behind the counter was wonderful with me. I had a list of questions and came back to him with more and more. He helped with every one. Thank you!

I just want to say how thankful I am for the guys here. I came in and purchased a new headlight (not knowing quiet what I was doing) I kindly asked the gentleman if he would put it in for me and he did on this HOT summer day, and was sure to check that it worked. I tried to tip him and he declined, just asking that I but my parts from their store. I support local businesses and this is why. He went the extra mile and didn't blink an eye about It. Thank you so much!!

My TPMS came on just as I was coming up to the Chillicothe exit on my way back to Texas on a Saturday afternoon. I found this O'Reilly store and was helped by a great guy (Larry). He could tell I was upset and made sure that my tires were all good to go before I set out on the road again. His willingness to come out to my car and reassure me in my situation was a 'pay it forward' kind of gesture that I will remember. Thank you Larry!

I only go when Mr . Patrick is working. Very helpfulSeems to go the extra mile. Not only for me for everyone. I noticed others sitting or in the back talking. Mr. Patrick had 2 phones going he never asked for help. I sure spoke up and said . Hey fellas your store is backed up. Can you give Mr Patrick a hand. One mumbled something under his breath.Like I was interrupting their conversation. Patrick helped me because I waited for him.. he is an older gentleman. Would go back only if he is their.Would be nice to give the man a raise.

Seriously, I don t know what I d do without this place. The ability to make new hydraulic hoses and whatnot on demand while you wait is what kept me farming the past few years without major delays. Always seem to have the part I need, and very helpful in finding the best fit. Also, if you don t have any tools with you and need, say, a headlight installed, there s a good chance they ll do it for you absolutely free. Where else do ya get that in town? Precisely.

I was blown away by the helpfulness of you guys! After attending a funeral I got stranded out of town late Saturday night when my car's alternator AND battery went bad. Patrick was amazingly helpful! Mason almost seemed bummed that he wasn't able to help me more because Patrick got to me first and was extremely friendly. Heck, even an ex employee, Dale, who had worked there for over 20 years checked in to make sure I was OK! Not only did they help me figure out what was wrong and have the parts in stock, they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get them installed and back down the road. A special thanks to the management for letting the employees spend some extra time with me to make sure I was taken care of. You all made the world a better place this past weekend and my family really appreciates it!

The counteragent there found the bulbs for me and he made several trips out to my van to find the right tool but the bulbs in. Then when we had to get a different bulb he spent quite a bit of time looking manually for the correct bulb for my Mercedes van.Good job guys!!!

Orderd 6 items by phone..went in after work to pay for them so the mechanic could pick them up the next morning. They ordered 1 gasket. Unreliable and what im guessing was a manager actually smirked at me when i asked if they could call there dc. He said no they dont have that number. No wonder i couldnt get my parts if you cant talk to the people your getting them from.

The staff was great. But they fall short on the parts i need. Simple things like an oil filter or brake bleeders.

Warning, long post ahead: The store owner's of this O'Reilly's should be incredibly proud of this establishment. Last Saturday (11/5/17), my church group was headed home to Kansas City from a Volleyball tournament in Jacksonville, IL. About 15 miles out of Chillicothe, the battery light come on in our church van and the gauges started going crazy. It was 8:50 p.m. and we started looking for a place we could get the van checked out. We realized there was an O'Reilly's about 13 miles away or 15 minutes away but it closed at 9:00 p.m. We called the store and asked if they would be willing to stay open an extra 5 minutes to check out the van. To our surprise, they were more than willing to wait for us and check out the van.We made it there just in time for our van to literally die on us. We were greeted by Mike Burns who came out and tested our battery and alternator. Mike was accompanied by Pat O'Dell. Both men helped us in determining that we needed a new alternator. Now that left us with a problem. It was 9:45 p.m. on a Saturday night, an hour and half from home, and we needed to fix the alternator. Mike calmly told us that he had a friend who lived right around the corner who could fix it for us. After a few phone calls and a purchased alternator from O'Reilly's, the van was taken to the house of Mike's friend to be fixed. Now, what were were supposed to do while it was getting fixed. There were seven of us and it was a chilly night. No problem. Pat graciously invited us over to his house, at 10:00 at night while the car was getting fixed!! How awesome. The van was completed by 11:00 p.m. and we were back on the road to Kansas City, arriving home at 12:30 a.m.I cannot express our gratitude for all the help that was provided that night. If we had stopped at any other place, I can't say that we would have been treated with the same hospitality. Deaf Liberty Baptist Church located in Overland Park, KS is forever grateful for the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Chillicothe and particularly grateful for Mike and Pat. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much!

Oreilly is about all the same wherever you go. Too expensive for anything they have . Oil is waaaay cheaper at any Walmart and parts from behind the counter are easily sourced anywhere on the web for usually half the price if you can handle the wait
