I had all new bigfoot tires put on and a leveling kit installed by Chillicothe Big O Tires. The staff were very helpful and professional. I am very pleased with the service and end result. Would recommend to anyone needing tires or a lift.

Was in there to get four new tires mounted and balanced on my car. Appointment time was at 7am. At 701am they had my car in the shop and already working on it. At 739am they had all 4 tires mounted, balanced and back on my car. I looked out as they was working on it and everyone in the shop was working on getting my car done. To say the least I was very impressed with how fast they got me in and out. They also pointed out that I needed a new outer tie rod and I went ahead and set an appointment with them to get that taken care of because they quoted me a very reasonable price in my opinion. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you to everyone who worked on my car this morning!

Cameron is amazing. I was in a real situation. From out of town and had just found out my mother was terminal. With only a few months to live. And Cameron stayed after work to do wheel bearings to get me on the road. There are still good people in this world. Please consider seeing Cameron at Big O Tires for your Auto needs. Top notch. Honestly can't say enough about how appreciative I am.

My 15 year old son ordered $1600 worth of tires drove 1.25 hours one way, paid cash for the tires went to load and they were the wrong tires. We wasted 3 hours on the road and got no tires and nothing for this inconvenience and waste of time and gas. Would not buy from this place again.

When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly hello was offered a cup of coffee. They took my truck right in & before I knew it they were finished. At check out what was done was explained to me & I was given a great deal. I highly recommend them. I will be a return customer.

Big O tires helped me out on short notice during a winter storm at the end of the day. They had the right tires and got it done quick and I was back on the road feeling a lot more safe!I had called a few other places and was getting turned down. I drove an hour away to get to the store and it was definitely worth it! Thank you!

While in the middle of a 13 hour trip, my alternator went bad. I was able to purchase one and to my surprise, Big O Tires was open and Will the manager took me in right away to replace it. I was pulling a trailer which I couldn't get off my vehicle, so two workers came out and fixed the problem. My alternator is now being installed and I am soon to be back on the road. Thanks Will for being there when I needed you.

I was on the road and noticed my trailer tires were in rough shape, I pulled into the Chillicothe location and asked if they had my tires and could possibly get me back on the road quickly as I had an appointment. They said that they could and did, within 15 min I had all new trailer tires and a replaced spare and back on the road. Appreciate the help and great customer service fellas, I ll definitely use these gents again.

Been very pleased with the service I've received here at Chillicothe. I believe it was Cameron that helped us first with replacing a bent rim on a suburban.Then later he helped me with 4 tires on my truck (which are 12 ply mud claws and I'm happy with)Then we ordered a set of tires and wheels for our suburban before a road trip and it was will that helped this time. And he did great as wellEveryone that we delt with was patient while we made our decision, and helpful on any questions especially when it came to changing the tire sizes.

I had a blow out on the highway, and they sent guys out to get the blown tire and wheel, take it back to the store, put a new tire in, then brought it back and installed it. Incredible service and super friendly. Highly recommended!!

This is the third on repair (different issues and different cars) that Big O has made for me. In addition to the tires and alignment which I am also satisfied with. So far this location has provided, timely, reasonably priced service and good work. I am pleased with the performance of Big O tires.

Very professional, helpful and Honest! Fixed my front suspension in 1 shop hour where other shops had quoted me multiple hours for same work. Left with 4 Big O tires at great price as well. Thanks again

Definately is the best experience I ve ever had when purchasing tires the guy who waited on me, was beyond fantastic, and didn t treat me like a total idiot just because I m female He was helpful and explained the whole situation to me and they were super fast at putting the tires on my car. I will definitely recommend them to everybody I know.!!!!

Went in to buy four new tires and William an the guys were a great help and got me exactly what I wanted an took the time to make sure it was all done right an that my truck was in alignment will definitely recommend an be back for all future things I need.

It s been a long drive already Peoria IL to Chillicothe MO (with another 9 hours to go) when we get a flat tire. And the spare only had 10 lbs of pressure. Bradenton Farm Trucking got us to Big O Tires who, without prompting repaired the original tire and balanced the spare at no charge. They did not know that we are on our way to say our last goodbye to my father. They did not have to extend any kindness to us. But they did. Making this trip just a tiny bit less awful than it is. This place is wonderful. And the hug from the manager was utterly wonderful!

I reached out to Will at Big O Tires & asked a series of several questions about the differences between certain tires in price & performance. Instead of trying to get me to buy something I didn't really need, he suggested that I go with a different option which was less costly. He & his team went above and beyond for me in getting me taken care of right away, several hours before I was expecting my truck to be finished. He even gave me a ride back to my office so that I could get back to work. I appreciate the excellent communication & professionalism... This made the decision to go with Big O very easy! Friendly, quick & cheaper than the competition.

I went in to get my vehicle diagnosed and I got about three or four different things that they said were wrong with the car. After talking to about three or four different mechanics it ended up that it was my tires and none other what they said was right

The service here is incredible! I came in with an emergency situation and needed my car fixed. They brought me in got me taken care of I was driving out by that evening. The prices are the best in town AND they even called to check on my vehicle and make sure my service was okay. I will be back, I will send all of my family here as well! Thank you big o tires!

We took a 13 day, 16 state, 5500 mile motorhome trip. We were about 2000 miles from home when we blew a tire on our tow car. We were about 13 miles from this location and called and asked if they could take us - they got us in within the hour and got 2 new tires and a delicious restaurant recommendation while we waited! Their customer service was great and made us feel like long time customers (just like others have stated.. and it's true!) Very thankful for all their help!

We were traveling three hours from home and had trailer tires go bad. We called Big Os in Chillicothe, MO. The lady who answered was very helpful and understanding of our situation. They installed the new tires quickly and did it with a smile. We were back on the road within the hour. We were treated like long time customers and friends. This is what quality customer service looks like. Thank you!!!!

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Big O Tire in Chillicothe MO has helped our family with our cars and ALWAYS has shown great professionalism, sincere friendliness & their workmanship is A+. I drive over an hour to their location & it is totally worth it. I will continue to tell my friends about their excellent work ethic & skill set.

Pulled in and all 4 tires were checked for air pressure and inflated to specs shown on door jam by manufacturer of vehicle.No charge! Wow. Did not even have to exit vehicle.
