I work close by and needed an oil change ASAP. Asked a few co-workers about a place they d recommend and that s how I ended up calling Valvoline.Called at 12.47pm and they said there would probably be a 30min wait. I was trying to get all this done within my lunch break.Got there at 1.06pm, got served at about 1.20pm and was done by 1.54pm. They had told me their oil change takes about 30mins and this was spot on. They change your oil while you re in your car, kinda like a drive through oil change.Staff were helpful and efficient. Some staff are more friendly than others, the gent placing the sticker in my vehicle took exceeding care to answer my questions while others didn t seem to want to be bothered and would rather just work on cars.Either way happy with the job done.

I did not just pay close to $100 for a full service oil change for the man to reply you can Google it or look it up on YouTube when I asked him to reset my oil light. Customer service is so simple and common knowledge. I am so tired of paying my hard earned money for sub par service.

I got my oil changed on my lunch break today and everything was great. Someone who previously changed my cabin air filter stripped the head of the screw (totally different company). But James, the assistant manager, took the time to get the broken screw out. Also, the general manager, Misha, even offered me a discount on a replacement filter.I usually go to another location, but I'll keep coming back to this location.

Very fast, and professional, but Terrible Quality Service. Here are a couple of my exeriences. I've been going here since they opened because they are fast, but I really need to go somewhere else.Last week, I pulled in to get a $99 oil change. They finished and charged my credit card and began to wave me out. I asked him if he topped off the fluids, and he did not know. He asked the technician and they said my power steering was low and I could drive to the autoparts store next door to fill it up. I asked how low, and they said it was below minimum. They said they. did not have any power steering fluid. I asked when they would get it and they said in about a week. At this point I was simply amazed that:1) They charged me and did not even bother to tell me that they didn't fill up my power steering, and that it was below minimum. What if I pulled out and got in a wreck because of the steering! They did my last oil change also, and I bet they didn't fill it that time either.2) They had the gaul to charge me for a service they did not perform and then told me I could drive to the autoparts store next door to do it myself.3) I checked the receipt where they check off if they've checked the fluid or not. They marked it "Sealed" which means that they can't check it. I'm an engineer and I have never seen a sealed power steering system. This is a flat out lie.At the end of this, I asked them if they could go next door and get the power steering fluid. I had to wait, but they did finally fill my power steering.A couple years back they did the oil changed on my Pickup. They did not put all the bolts back after doing the oil change. I drove to Colorado and the whole time, the truck was rattling and the metal guard below the engine was wobbling. After my trip I told them, they ordered and installed the missing parts. My pickup used nitrogen for the tires and had green valve stems. When I left on one occasions I was missing one green valve stem and on another occasion I was missing a metal valve stem. I had to go buy a whole set of valve stems both times which was difficult to find. One last issue. On the last two oil changes they did not reset my oil change on my car's computer. It takes me an hour each time to get a computer, google how to reset it, and go do it myself. This should be a $25 oil change not a $100 one. The dealership charges $150 with a 150 point inspection. This experience is making the dealership look pretty good.Fast and friendly service, but can you please implement a real Quality System and perform the service you state??

Have gone here for a few years for oil changes and inspections but my recent experience has been terrible. I went to get my vehicle inspected and it failed for not having a horn and faulty seatbelt. The seatbelt works but the horn did not. I fixed the horn and have tried to get it re inspected 4 times in the past 3 weeks and get the run around Everytime I go. First the inspector was on vacation, 2 times after that he was gone. Today they say their tablet is down. The 2 most recent times I have called before hand to make sure they are doing inspections and get told they are, so I take off work early and get there and they tell me they aren t. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Valvoline in Chesterfield is by far the best oil change shop to go to. They are always honest and upfront about anything they come across. Even if it's to say that you still have a while before something needs to be replaced instead of trying to get you to do it right then. The staff have always been great people, and they do their work quickly and effectively with you still in the vehicle. I've found that any recommendations they make are the best way to go in hindsight. I'll definitely be going back to Valvoline for my regular, and full fluid service.

Called in to the store to verify they do state emissions test. Got a non local representative who didn't understand Chesterfield is part of the greater St. Louis area. Was told they do tests at location, but when I arrived, the tech said they couldn't. The link with the state has been down for 2 months, and they can't do them. Then, I went to a different location and was told by my tech that they are just lazy and feeding my bull.

This is not my first time going to this location though will not be the last time either since I do trust all the people working there. It may be 34 minutes from my house though consider that most of the places around where I live are big chain mechanics who have ripped me off in the past it's worth the time. Even getting my emissions done it didn't take that long to do one I was in the bay though comparing taking at least a week to get one at either the dealership or a big chain mechanics shop I don't mind waiting. I haven't been to the other locations though with this place I am thoroughly happy and would not qualify this place as a chain oil shop but a well-run small franchise store with great staff. Thank you for having me at your store and giving me quality service every time.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Fast and thorough service! Nate and James got me in and out quick! Nate made sure to double check and say aloud things were done on the hood. They were super friendly and efficient. Make sure to use the coupon on their website!

Went in at noon for a full synthetic oil change. Waited for about 30 mins in line and got through in an hour. The technician was efficient, but he gave me a sticker that said the next oil change is due in 3,000 miles and not 5,000 miles. I only noticed it after I have already left. I double checked my receipt and it said full synthetic oil change for $99.99 so hopefully, they didn t put the conventional oil in my car. Another lesson learned is that try not to go there when it is about 100 degrees outside. There is no waiting room with AC b/c you are expected to wait in the car during your visit. I was so hot sitting in the car w/o AC even with the windows down.Service: Oil change

Best valvoline experience yet. Got right in and oil change quickly completed. While that was going on I had my air filter changed. I just got this car so the mechanic took the time to show me how to get to it if needed. It's more expensive than going into a store, but the time saving makes it so worth it.

These guys rock! They truly do put the customer first here. Chase went the extra mile tonight to squeeze me in as his last emissions inspection of the day. I cannot thank him enough for saving me a 2-hour wait on another day. I ll go here for future oil changes now. Fast and friendly service. One of the best customer experience experiences I ve had anywhere in a long time. Thank you, Chase! We greatly appreciated you saving our day!

Quick and easy service! I wasn't too sure how it all worked as far as queuing goes and decided to ask. The mechanics were very friendly and got me helped out immediately. They explained every step of the check-up and oil change and I was out of there in no time. Definitely coming back.

Emission inspections/tests in Missouri are becoming more challenging to get as many businesses are no longer providing the service. This location of Valvoline IOC does still perform the service and although I had to wait, they moved pretty quickly. I was personally greeted by James who demonstrated excellent customer service. Its rare to find a business now where customer service is a priority. Well done James!

I took my daughters car in today to get a fuel system cleaning because it was smoking. All four guys that were working were great. Uzziah came out to us to ask what we needed. He explained there was a little bit of a wait and explain how long it would take for the cleaning. We said no problem and he asked us to pull over to one side. Matt came out after that and asked if the car was a turbo. We weren't sure so he had us pop the hood.He said it was not, so they could do the fuel system cleaning. After that we had Ben and Chase working on the car. They were both very nice and informative. It took just a little less time than they said it would which was a nice surprise. Anyway, great experience and since good help is very hard find these days, you are lucky to have these 4.

This place is like the chick FIL a of oil change places. All employees are very consistently nice and honest. Everything goes smooth, they give coupons often. And in the off chance something has been done wrong they make it right. I worked today with James, Michael was the one site manager

I typically change my own oil but came here because was short on time. Service was good like the other reviews says. But I changed my oil today and found some concerning things. My drain plug was excessively tight and the oil filter was extremely tight. Had a very had time getting it off. Most concerning was the Valvoline filter was much, much smaller than the FRAM or Ford filters I typically use. See photo for comparison.

I always have a great experience at this location! They got me right in and could not have been any nicer! Upon leaving the kid that directed me out said have a blessed day, I think his name was Mason.

Always great service on the oil and other items except tire pressure, they claim to check but never actually seem to.

First of all, they were very quick as you would expect... however, the main guy was so robotic and ordering me to turn my car off, put my keys in the dashboard. I felt like I was in a prison camp.... that made me almost want to drive away and then the concert yelling back-and-forth between the employees. I can't tell if they're talking to me you're talking to each other or what it was really confusing.... however, the girl with the tattoos was extremely sweet and they did do the work I'm assuming well and quickService: Oil change

I took my car there today for transmission fluid replacement. I later found out that one of the rear brakes was not rotating and sliding on the road. The manager Misha was really nice and helped me to get a towing truck. The staff were also really friendly and genuinely concerned with my situation. I will definitely go there in the future not only for their professional service but for their honesty and empathy. Thank you.

The emission tests were quick and efficient. Doug pointed out a typo I had missed in a relevant document and did not hesitate to redo the test to make sure everything was correct. This is a first come first serve system so plan to come before they open for emissions tests (9:00AM) to avoid a substantial wait time.
