Jaime Estrada was extremely helpful putting together the purchase agreement. The next day we drove over to Chesterfield & they we're expecting us so we didn't have any delays. I can't think of any way these guys could have been more friendly & professional. Much appreciated.

Deleted my previous review. If I could give zero stars, I would. After about 3 weeks, I noticed an issue with the paint finish. I took it in to my local Tesla service center (not this location). They stated it would be covered under warranty because someone damaged the vehicle in transit and just put touch up paint on to try to conceal the damage long enough to pass the car off to me, the customer. See pic from after paint was removed. My temporary plates are about to expire, but I have not received my plates from the state. I called the secretary of state office to determine the status, and they said this Tesla dealership had written up the request but not submitted it. This dealership is stating it is out of their hands, and that it may take up to 90 days for the state to deliver plates, though they only provided me with 60 day temp plates.I would stay far, far away from this dealership. Minor damage prior to deliver is no big deal if they were up front and offered to have it repaired; instead it was concealed with touch up paint long enough to get it out the door. Only providing 60 day temp plates when you know IL may take 90 days to deliver is also dishonest, and it places the customer in a position where they may encounter legal issues. As a military member, I may be restricted from driving on base due to expired plates. They also refused to help when contacted.

Service advisor was polite and helpful, which is why this isn't a one star review.I spent 10 grand having my car repaired, and when I got it back, not only was it filthy inside and out, it was clearly parked next to a sprinkler for days, and the mineral deposits on the car are so thick they won't come back out and all the paint on the passenger side of the car is damaged now. This is totally unacceptable.I got better service from places like nissan when I was 18 and driving a $5000 sentra. This is totally unacceptable for a brand that considers itself a luxury brand.

Unique buying experience! Buying a Tesla is definitely unlike any other brand out there, and you ll just have to do it to know what I m talking about. Ty and Wes were great! I probably bugged them too much before taking delivery of my Model 3, but they were always friendly and ready to answer my questions. I m a happy, new Tesla owner and am glad I bought it with the help of the Tesla Chesterfield team!

Came in with interest for a demo drive and there were 6 staff members in the show room and no one asked if I needed help. I had to draw attention to myself after 5 minutes to receive help and that was brief. After my demo drive, the key was given back to them and I was sent on my way. I wasn t asked or helped in regards to my questions or interest in the Tesla I had driven. I m also a young black female so I m sure that s what it was. Your average prejudice situation in which they assumed I probably couldn t afford it or was lost but yeah. Black people, you won t be taken seriously at this dealership Go to Plaza Mercedes in Creve Couer where I purchased my Mercedes C300

Brought in my Model X bc the over the air software update wasn t installing on my vehicle. This software update was mandated due to a recent recall of over 2 million vehicles. Upon receiving a diagnostic, the repair team stated that there was an issue with my charging unit that wasn t allowing the software to update. Even though my car charges fine on my home charger. The repair to get my recalled software update to go through would cost me over $3,000. All I wanted was to make sure my car was safe by receiving the government mandated software update for my vehicle. It doesn t make sense to pay $3000 for a charging unit, when my car charges fine and operates as it should. The only issue is that I can t do software updates. This experience is horrible and I will never recommend that anyone buys a Tesla if this is how they treat their customers. Any logical person reading this should understand that this situation is highly unacceptable and unfair to consumers.

My recent encounter with Tesla has left me utterly appalled and deeply disappointed. What should have been a simple matter of correcting an error with my title turned into a nightmare of incompetence and disrespect.Upon receiving my title, I was shocked to find that it had the wrong name on it. Naturally, I reached out to DMV, and they said the leinholder sent to the system in the wrong name and showed me from the system. I talked to the finance company, and they said they received the name like that .I reached out to Tesla to resolve this issue promptly. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of a never-ending saga of frustration and disappointment.Every single day, I tirelessly called Tesla seeking assistance, only to be met with a cacophony of conflicting information from every person I spoke to. It was as if there was no communication whatsoever within the company, with each individual deflecting blame onto someone else. Their lack of coordination and accountability is simply inexcusable. When the DMV provided me with a paper to fill out, I thought my troubles might finally be coming to an end. But alas, it was not to be. I made the effort to visit the showroom in person to hand in the form, only to find it deserted upon my arrival. Not a single soul was present to assist me. I left the paper with a note, hoping against hope that it would be taken care of promptly. Two days later, just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, I received a call from a delivery guy who, might I add, shouldn't even have been working past 2:30. This individual proceeded to completely ignore everything the manager had told me and insisted that I needed to be physically present to fill out the form. Despite my explanations that I was unavailable and requested communication via email, he adamantly refused, claiming that he couldn't convey the necessary information over the phone. His arrogance and disrespect were truly astounding. In conclusion, I am utterly disgusted by the unprofessionalism and lack of respect displayed by Tesla. They have demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency. I am left with no choice but to pursue legal action against them for their negligence and incompetence. Save yourself the headache and frustration avoid Tesla at all costs.

Put incorrect lienholder on my registration paperwork. I corrected it many times in the app prior to delivery, then they told me it was my fault that it was wrong. The employees were very unapologetic about the whole thing.I placed a support ticket to have it corrected and it has been untouched for over a month. Meanwhile, I'm unable to title my car and am facing multiple fees from the DMV for every month I am unable to register.

Have been waiting for my license plate for over 60 days. The customer service trying to track it down has been the worst. At least 20 calls deep at this point.

Truly blown away by how horrible of a service experience I had today. John? And whatever dudes name with the beard and braces are trash at customer service. Hyper aggressive, don t let you speak, lie, belittle you, and I have no doubt a lot of it was due to my sexual orientation. Horrendous. Can t for wait for the south county SC to open, I ll gladly go out of my way to never go here again.Months later and I'm still finding out about lies they told me and even a couple of little things they did to my car. Tisk tisk. Not a good look boys

This service center is excellent. They helped me initially order my car in a completely stress free no haggle environment. The times I've needed service have been flawless. Easy scheduling and great communication through the app. They take great care of you without trying to upsell anything. I feel 100% confident with them.

Unfortunately, the popularity of Tesla has allowed the company to have a mentality that's saying anything is okay even if it's wrong or if the employee doesn't really know the answer. They only sell four cars, how hard is it to know the real answers about those four cars of which just two of them are 90% of their sales? Generally, many of the sales people have been very nice, so it's nothing personal, but you need to do your own homework because you cannot trust anything they say as being actually factually correct. And know in advance you will likely never be able to contact a human by voice on the telephone.I love the cars, but the Salesforce needs to improve.

I usually don t write reviews but wanted to give a shout out to the wonderful team at Chesterfield Tesla! This is primarily a review on the Tesla Delivery process. I ordered my 2023 Model 3 Performance from out of state (Louisiana) and basically could have taken delivery in any state that allows Tesla direct sales. My state does not allow direct sales due to politics of the day. I have a daughter attending SIUE in Edwardsville, IL, about 40 miles east of Tesla Chesterfield, so I thought it would be nice to pick up the car and visit my daughter. During the order process, Tesla Chesterfield was very responsive to my requests for car status. I was a bit concerned based on internet stories about deliveries gone wrong. My delivery was about as smooth as it gets! The Tesla Chesterfield team were extremely nice and efficient. The car was clean and ready to go when I arrived. It took me maybe 10 minutes to look over the car and it was 90 percent charged and nearly flawless. I had my sales associate give me a quick tutorial on the screen operation and I was on my way within 30 minutes of arriving. I spent about a week running around Edwardsville with my daughter and then drove it 740 miles home and got very used to the Supercharger network. It was very easy to charge and the trip was great! The car has not had any issues other than minor technical glitches and most seemed to resolve themselves. Overall, my delivery experience with Tesla Chesterfield was excellent and I highly recommend them for anyone in the area or, like me, for anyone looking to do a Tesla delivery Vacation in the STL area!

We got our Tesla Model X about 6 months ago and have no complaints! Other than the sun visors are like 5 in tall and there aren't very useful, but if you're thinking about buying a new car Tesla's are the way! And their vanity plates still crack me up watt fun

Nice facility and Tesla personnel are approachable when ask questions or needed things to be explained. It could possibly use a couple of vending machines (snacks and drinks) for waiting guests. Other than that a pleasant experience.

Here s what your Tesla looks like with a flat tire in Evansville IN. $1500 to tow back to St Louis/ Chesterfield, Mo. because there are NOOO SERVICE TRUCKS TO BRING TOU A SPARE TIRE. Made it to the Haubstadt/Evansville IN super charger before going flat. But this took 10 hours! And Tesla/ EMEREGENCY roadside assistance (Cody) said, sorry, you re just in a bad place/triangle between St Louis, Indy, and Nashville. We are trying to get something in Louisville. And that doesn t include the $500 they are going to charge for the new tire.

First time here was to test drive. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Few months later I picked up my model 3, again everyone was super helpful and nice. I have been to service a few times and never had any issues. Technicians have always been able to identify my concern and correct any issues I have had in a timely manner. I feel like they take care of my car and respect it as their own.

I have lost my trust over the hidden charges I was charged at the time of lease return. Lack of better words, it looks like a very shady practice. I was explained one of the things and was charged an entirely different amount. When I gave my car back in a very decent shape.I hope this feedback is adequate to make future customers' experience better.

I ended up getting a Model Y based on my experience with the team and their ability to answer all my questions. We spend about an hour talking about concerns and questions and Wes was able to assist with everything. After a quick test drive we purchased just a few days later. The purchase and delivery process is straight forward, quick, and best of all no one tries to upsell you on things we dont' need. Walking into the finance office at a dealership is pretty low on my list of things I enjoy, lower than going to the dentist. I wish every car buying experience could be like this.

A Disappointing Experience at Tesla Chesterfield, MOThis is probably the third or fourth time writing a review. I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with our recent experience at Tesla Chesterfield, MO. We ordered a 2023 Model Y LR, and from the very start, this experience has been nothing short of a disaster. On pick-up day, we were shocked to discover that the roof glass was chipped, one of the rims was scratched, and a door needed adjustment. We agreed to take delivery of the vehicle after they promised to replace the roof glass, change the rim, and adjust the door. Unfortunately, we don't have any local Tesla dealerships in Columbia, MO so the first time we drove 230 miles to come back home empty-handed.On the second visit, we rented a vehicle to pick up our brand-new car. We had an 11:00 am appointment on 4/26, but at 4:41 pm on 4/25, we received a call informing us that the car would not be ready. What's most frustrating is that the dealership did not even attempt to make things right. They failed to reimburse us for the rental, offer a simple apology, or make any effort to transform this terrible experience into something bearable. Not to mention that twice we have spent money on insuring a vehicle that was not delivered. Goes without mentioning that we already made a down payment of 30K.Throughout my years of purchasing vehicles, I have dealt with a variety of brands and dealerships, including Toyota, BMW, Skoda, and Mercedes-Benz. This has been the worst experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. We would much rather spend more money in exchange for good customer service.I cannot express enough how disappointed my family is with the lack of professionalism and customer service at Tesla Chesterfield, MO. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a Tesla to consider other dealerships or brands, as this experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth. If it wasn't for the fact that we already spent money on installing a Tesla charger and buying several other accessories, we would take our money elsewhere and perhaps go for the BMW i4 (as they also throw some amazing cocktail parties; Kudos BMW on making your customers feel valued!)We were dying to love our brand-new Tesla! :-( Hopeful that once on the road, our experience will be different.
