The most resent reviews with pics, all show the customers' car still on STL Auto Detail's lot freshly waxed and on the same day as pickup. But, if you really want to experience the highest standard of quality in auto detailing you have received and see just how masterful STLAD is at their craft, I wanted to attach a pic of my girl 48 hours after day of pickup. Obviously, STLAD would never hand wash the vehicle immediately after they applied their polish and buffed to shine, kinda counterproductive, but there will be remains from the product that should be removed and if you think your vehicle looks like fire the day you picked it up, if you use a light waterless detail spray, wipe off the product while still wet and then re-wipe with another dry microfiber towel, I promise you, if you thought to yourself "this is the best detail shop" at the time of pickup, you would be Partially accurate. After its first wash, since you visited STLAD hopefully you can truly appreciate just how impressively gifted this shop is and now you're thinking "this detail shop is in a class all its own."

Best place in St. Louis for Ceramic Coating and Customer Service.I have had my wheels and calipers ceramic coated by other places in St. Louis, and they don't compare. I also had my exhaust tips coated by St. Louis Auto Detail, which nobody had ever recommended, and keeping them clean now is a breeze. Their customer service is unparalleled to any other place that I've worked with in St. Louis, and you quickly understand that they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Outstanding work, will be back again without question. They did full front PPF, lifetime ceramic coat and tint on my new car and I m very happy with all the work performed. Seriously amazing detail and tint job. Top notch work. It didn't look this good when I rolled it off the lot brand new. The inside detail work is over the top as well. I have a dog, I use the truck for overland trips, and side work. I didn't think the interior could look and smell new again. This is my go to place now.

Took 3 weeks to get in, they do have a drop box & stayed within the price range I was quoted. I had an interior detail done of the inside of my truck, they request it to be dropped off @9 (or use the drop box) & you can pick up after 5. At least in my case I could pick up after 5! They do close at 6, so keep that in mind.As far as the cleaning, it looks immaculate. I already take decent care of my truck but they fulfilled all my requests & paid attention to details. The only thing I would say I noticed is that the ceiling/roof, whatever- still had some stuff that could be vacuumed off. NBD, I just took it to the vacuum place & did it myself. Still 5/5, price & my truck didn t smell like chemicals when I got in!

Top Top Top quality operation. They basically held my hand through the entire process for full PPF, Ceramic, Tint on my new car. I was one of those customers that called everyday and they were happy to talk to me and update me each time, even sent pictures as it went through the process. St. Louis Auto Detail came highly recommended from a friend. Over the past two years they have serviced three of my vehicles, to include tint, PPF wrap and numerous other services, including advice for recommended products during a recent vehicle build. The owner and his entire staff have provided customer service far beyond any expectation and everyone has been top notch! I highly recommend them as they are the BEST in the country!

St Louis Auto Detail did an superb job of wrapping my car, applying a ceramic coating, tinting my windows and applying interior protection. I am a perfectionist and they far exceeded my expectations. Their precession in applying the wrap is unbelievable, you can not find any imperfections. Matt, Steve and Eric were very helpful on multiple occasions. They took a lot of time explaining the pros and cons of each option so I could make the best decision for me. I rarely write reviews but this business is so good I have to tell others. Steve at St. Louis Auto Detail took excellent care of my husband s car. I brought it in for a full detail and he was courteous and professional. They also solved a problem the car was having with a part that had not been properly reattached. He communicated well and charged a fair price. Had maintenance done on my ceramic coating on my truck. They did a excellent job. They also clean my interior and used an air freshener that i would like to know what it was. Loved how it made the inside of my vehicle smell

I had my car ceramic coated here, and annually i come back for a refresh. Super professional, friendly people who care for all cars, even my little WRX getting cleaned up next to Bugattis and Lamborghinis they dont care what you drive its treated just as importantly as anything else. And their prices are still competitive. They honor their warranty, my trunk wasnt beading like it was supposed to and they refreshed it AND my roof because of a small patch. Any detailing, PPF, ceramic, or vinyl wrap, highly recommendService: Auto detailing

Have nothing but good things to say about Matt and his team at St. Louis Auto Detail! I had recently bought a M240i. One of the quarter windows was missing Tint. So i had reached out to them and they were able to get me in quick and matched the same shade. You can tell from my little tint job to a full body clear bra they take great pride in their work. No job is too big or small for these guys!

Just got my windows tinted on my 15 Subaru WRX STI as I was visiting the STL area. Eric s customer service was excellent. Product knowledge was superb as well as their execution. If you want THE BEST, seriously look no further. You absolutely get what you pay for. Ask to see the shop, you may see a Lamborghini, or two .Service: Window tintingService: Window tinting

I was impressed start to finish. I came in for a Ceramic Pro (CP) maintenance touch-up, and left with not only a CP touch-up, but corrections to my clear bra install. I mentioned some discoloration I had noticed after my initial clear bra & CP install (on the West Coast), and Eric talked to his Manager, and they decided to clean up the sloppy work of the other shop, free of charge. After the corrections, my clear bra looked better than it did after the initial installation! Also, they completely cleaned my car mats and windows, which was completely unexpected. Like, I said, I left feeling some impressed by their commitment to quality work attached to their name, and making me feel like a valued customer. I can t thank the St. Louis Auto Detail team enough. I will definitely come back for any of my detail needs.

Talked to these guys just a few days ago. When I walked up and introduced myself with a handshake the guy didn't even grip my hand, and then didn't act interested in talking at all. With that said these fellows have an elitist attitude, and clearly think they are better than you. I will never have my ride detailed by these jerks. Take you business somewhere where the business actually cares for you as a customer.

An outstanding job! Just picked up our '16 Infiniti QX50 (Malbec Black) after an exterior detail. As the team presented the vehicle their pride in workmanship and attention to detail was abundantly clear. Our Infiniti received the same level of care as the Lamborghini and Maserati it was parked next to. Thanks for a great job at a fair price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Service: Auto detailing

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!! I called Matt Godi, owner of St.Louis Auto Detail, on his cell phone because I was referred to him by somebody I know. I asked him how much he would charge me for a full detail inside and out of the car of my clients that I was trying to help him sell. He quoted me $150, which was higher than I normally pay for a detail, but agreed to it based on the fact it was a convenient location for me. I dropped it off Wednesday and he said it would be ready the following day. I called on Thursday and he was almost finished with it and I asked him if He could also touch up the car. He said he would touch up the car for an extra $50. I agreed to have him do it. I said go ahead and keep it for another day to make sure the touch up turns out well. I even agreed to pay him before the work was completed, but needed to have my client authorize the extra cost for the touch-up. I called my client and told him the cost of his car being detailed would be $200. My client agreed to the price.I called Matt Godi back to pay him and HE QUOTED ME $275! I said you told me $150 plus another $50 for the touch-up of the car. He argued with me and denied quoting me that price. He said he never would charge that little for a detail. I told him over and over I heard him say "$150". Needless to say, we went round and round and he did not care about me at all as a customer that I was very unhappy. He showed absolutely no empathy. I felt like a helpless customer in which a business does not care about my happiness at all. I gave up after seeing he did not have a care in the world about me, so I wound up paying the $275 he demanded from me! I will never do business there again!!!! I never have left a review about this for any business in my life, but in this situation, I don't want this to happen to any other customer out there that would potentially deal with St.Louis Auto Detail in Chesterfield MO and business owner Matt Godi. I even went to the person that referred me and told him this whole horrible story and he said that Matt probably does not care how I feel because he has enough business. I hope this helps the next person that decides to use this company.
