Anthony & the crew were able to get my car in on semi-short notice. Steve communicated really well about the issues they found and was patient and helpful while I walked through the options of repairs. They were able to address some major concerns in the same day and really worked with me to be sure that my car was in good shape when I left.

The guys at the Chesterfield Commons Dobbs were top notch! As a woman, I never felt intimidated or like I was trying to be upsold. The service manager was beyond kind and helpful and made the experience of maintaining my 10 year old car a good one. Thanks guys!

Showed up without an appointment, knowing I needed two new tires on my work truck. In and out in under 2 hours!!!!! Incredible customer service. I hope Zakk is getting paid what he is worth. It s very hard to find that level of customer service anywhere today even less in the car industry.. 5 out of 5 stars.

This location is the best one in the area. They managed to figure out a problem I had for 4 months in one visit that was caused by another Dobbs location nearby. Also, on another occasion the store manager, Anthony, was extremely helpful in looking at my tires, asking me questions about our usage in order to figure out what tires would be a good choice for our use and budget. Gave us a great price and got the vehicle in that week to replace before our road trip. I highly recommend this place for such honest and quality work.

Horrible. Go anyway else. We brought in company truck for brakes. This place did a lot of extra UNAUTHORIZED WORK and wanted to charge us for it. The owner of the company sent his foremember to the job site in this truck while he discussed bill. Less than 20 minutes later, Foreman calls and says truck has no brakes.He is alongside the highway. Owner of company arrives and a diagnosed problem as bleacher screw was not tightened down and all the brake fluid ran out. Our foreman and other people could have died because of negligence on this company. Go anywhere else, don't take your stuff here.Shotty work trying to up charge you for stuff.You did not authorize.

I'm only rating this with 2 stars because some of the people who work there are very nice. I don't like posting any negative reviews. If I have a negative experience, I usually just don't say anything. With Dobbs, it's a different story.I swung by the shop on a Friday afternoon to inquire about a slow leak from some tires I bought from Dobbs just a couple years ago. The appointment was made for the next day (Saturday). I came in for the appointment at the agreed time, and waited for over an hour to hear back what was going on with the tire. I have wheel locks on, so I know they didn't even begin taking them off. They finally came back in and said I would need what's called a bead, but they wouldn't be able to get to me today, so I should reschedule. Unbelievable! From a tire shop!! I went down the road to Plaza Tire, who took care of it in about 30 minutes.And every time I've gone there previously, I can tell they are SO obsessed with up-selling customers that it's hard to tell if they are being honest, or if the work doesn't really need to be done yet.I've talked about it with several coworkers who also shared similar "service" experiences. I can't believe it! I've never seen more horrible customer service, even from fast food restaurants. I won't be going to Dobbs if it were the last shop around.

Originally, I gave this establishment a five stars. But I would be weary doing business with Dobbs. Came in for a vehicle inspection for a perfectly fine car and was told that we needed at least 3 additional services that cost over $1000. I wanted to believe that this was an upstanding business until the car literally started to: shake uncontrollably, could no longer accelerate over 40 mph, the new brakes they put on were constantly squeaking, and the tires smelled like burning rubber.Said all of this to say, I believe that this establishment is doing shady business. I would only buy tires here. I would NEVER allow them to do any additional services. The workers are friendly but that amounts to nothing when the service seems fraudulent and the wait times are always easy an hour and a half to two hrs (even with an appointment). I do not recommend any Dobbs location.

I was on I 64 and hit some debris in the road. I stopped at a service station and asked if they could recommend a place that could check out the damage, they said try Dobbs Tire and Auto, so I pulled in the parking lot and it was full and I thought well this will take a while. With in 30 minutes they had assessed the damage taken off the broken parts and fastened the lose wiring all with no charge. Needless to say I am very impressed!

My experience here was amazing..they really valued their slogan IN UP OUT commercial..The team players here where friendly along with the manager Anthony. Explain to me everything that they did on my vehicle I love them I always come back to friendly faces

disgusted. I needed a two wheel alignment a 2-wheel alignment so i walked in and they served me pretty quickly. It took them 2 hours to get back to me just for them to say you re missing A LOT of parts and you need to replace some, so your total would be $700 if you decide to go through with it. . I obviously did NOT go through with it, so i decided to go to my local toyota (seeger) dealership and get the alignment done there, as well as an oil change and emissions test. The total for all three services at toyota was $279, and guess what? I WAS NOT MISSING ANY PARTS FOR THE ALIGNMENT, NOR DID I NEED TO REPLACE OLD ONES. Dobbs has lost a customer and i will NEVER return to these disgusting pigs. absolute scammers.

Sisters car 2019 jeep Cherokee. Problems with lug nuts that WM across street couldn't handle. Zakk at Dobbs is excellent. Took us thru all steps clearly, keeping small budget in mind.

I had just left Illinois after having my heat shield replaced on my Honda Civic. Within 5 hrs, that shield was sagging. I stopped by Dobbs in Chesterfield Commons and asked if they take walk-ins. I was lucky that they had a Master Technician who happened to be at the counter and heard me explain what had happened. They bent the heat shield back in place for me at no charge and explained that the shield had been improperly installed at my dealership. Would come back to them in a heartbeat!

Had a waiting appointment scheduled at 11am for a simple inspection. 3 hours later I m still here and people with walk ins are getting helped before me. Don t come here for an inspection under any circumstances.

Had a nail in my tire. Simple enough, but Plaza Tire said 2 to 3 hour wait and the place was empty. I just figured they didn't want low $ business. Went down the road to Dobbs in Chesterfield. Told the young lady my issue and she quickly replied, "You came to the right place." I was done and out in 15 minutes. Thanks for the great service. We will be back.

Picked up a nail while driving and pulled right into Dobbs. They were incredibly busy and were nice enough to advise another Dobbs location 4 miles away. They topped off my tire before sending me to the 2nd location and had a patch in after just 30 minutes!! Would have taken 6 hours estimated at the first stop. Awesome people at both locations!!

Great experience with this location, quick service. Staff was awesome . Work was double checked by the manager. Zakk the salesman and Anthony the manager are both great . Definitely gained a life customer.

The service manager charged $164.96 for labor to change a battery. Took less than 20 minutes. Also charged $40.46 for shop supplies and misc. overhead in addition to the cost of the battery. I had to come on a Saturday as it was closest to where the car battery died and my normal mechanic isn t open.

Made and 8 am reservation a week and a half ago to have a safety and emissions test done today on my only day off from work. When I made the reservation, I was told it would only take a hour. I Got up at 630 am on a Saturday so I could get myself ready for the day and get my car there on time. It s been 4 1/2 hours now and my car still hasn t made its way inside the shop yet. I suggest for anyone seeing this review to go somewhere else if you want your reservations honored. Not the first time this has happened either. I would leave a zero star rating if google gave the option to do so. Not only this, but they are trying to tell that they in fact never had an 8 am spot open when I specifically had the guy that set up my reservation confirm that they did in fact have a spot at 8 am. He even gave me three different times to choose from. 8am, 10am, and 12pm.

This is my go to place for TLC with my vehicles. Today I had an issue I was sure would require dealership hands, but Dobbs took care of it with professionalism and care that is customary. There is a reason their website is GoToDobbs.

I haven t been able to get help with my tire. Took it to multiple stores. I came here as walk in and they had it fixed and got me out in no time. Really appreciate it. They will have all my business from now on.
