Extremely professional and friendly group to work with!Jason Kohl was excellent to work with and kept a constant focus on my comfort while doing business. It was an extremely busy day and I felt very well taken care of.Jason Hicks was great to work with in the finance department and very thorough with explaining options and procedures.I would definitely go back.

Jonathan was extremely helpful during my most recent purchase of a new Gladiator! I worked the deal completely remote and he had the car delivered to my front door. The process was extremely seamless from beginning to end and couldn't have been easier. I would highly recommend Jonathan and the rest of the team to anybody in the market for a new or used CDJR product!

Sent my truck in for a few things to be looked at. They were very responsive to the issues and I had no issues getting the problems covered under warranty. They resolved 2 of the issues. The 3rd issues is unresolved but not because of Jim Butler. They couldn't recreate the issue which I understand. I have been in industrial maintenance for over 15 years and I know how intermittent problems can be. I will try to get the issue captured or take one of them on a drive in the future to show them. They even said that since the issue started in warranty and everything is documented that if I get out of warranty they will still have me covered on it.

This dealership is great to work with. We purchased a Charger in May and with not being local, we worked out a deal to have it delivered. We are now waiting for another vehicle to arrive and will be purchasing a second vehicle from them! Working with Jonathon and Alex has been a pleasure. I am one that trades vehicles often and this has been one of the easiest dealerships to work with! I highly recommend this dealership.

Steven from service is hands down one of the best advisor I ve ever worked with, I lived in Columbia 3 minutes down from a CDJR dealership and I would never step foot in that place again. I gave Steven a call and he got right on it, stayed on top of his stuff and as a busy person I respect that so much. I rather drive an hour round trip for any service than drop it off down the street! Steven you deserves an award brother keep up the good work

Jim butler in Centralia has always gone up and beyond for me and my company. Jonathon Bay spent all the time in the world with me and he acted like he didn t have another customer waiting. He always found the right vehicle for me at the right price in the right time. I loved my experience at Jim Butler and would recommend them to anybody the customer service for second to none. The price was second at nine and they truly done whatever it took to make me satisfied. Go to jim butler nowwww. There awesome. We might.

THIS is what the dealership experience is supposed to be; actually better. Javon in Service is the man. I am a Field Service Coordinator for a major work truck rental company; I deal with a dozen or more dealerships from all over the country every day. I called first thing in the morning, I could tell lots was going on in the background, I wasn't sure he was going to have it all together when my truck got there. He sure as h.ll did have it together. I called back a couple hours later and he had the paperwork all written up, the truck was there, and they were bringing it in. Today, the truck is done. Repairs that I thought were borderline warrantable, Javon got covered under warranty and saved me as much as an entire payment on my truck. And excellent communication the entire time. I know I'm going on and on, but there are a lot of sh.tty dealers out there and Jim Butler/Javon are really destroying the bell curve for them. Stellar, truly.

What a great experience we had with the sales team at Jim Butler Centralia. We couldn t have asked for better service. We called on a Saturday afternoon asking how late they were open. Darrell stated we can stay late if we need to. We went to test drive a use vehicle, which turned out to be not what we wanted. When telling Darrell what we was looking for in a used vehicle. He said, let me see what I can do. He turned us over to another salesman Cortez which showed us our new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thank you to the TEAM of Jim Butler Centralia for working with us and giving us a great deal. Also for working way past closing time.

I scheduled a service appointment online and was called by a sales associate trying to sell my my own Jeep. I said I was looking to get service and was told that I would be called back. No call was received and when I call 5+ times, no one answered. I would not recommend this dealership.

It's just like any other dealership. The service department seemed frustrated that I brought back a truck that they worked on, that was supposed to be fixed right the first time. This wasn't a first time experience, like maybe just people were having one of those days. Nope, this has been the same type of experience over the past few months.
