Ken and his team did an amazing job on my car after my wife decided to take it deer hunting. I was always kept up-to-date with what was going on during the process and was extremely satisfied with the work that they did! They are amazing at what they do and provide great customer service.

Ken and his entire team are top notch! They recently repaired a vehicle for us and we could not have asked for a better experience.The team had a rental ready for us when we dropped off, no questions asked. Allowing us to continue to serve our customers with zero downtime.Their communication throughout the entire process far exceeded our expectations. They handled everything with the insurance for us, kept us informed of the progress, and gave us an accurate timeline to work with so we could continue to take care of our customers.You cannot ask for better service or professionals to work with when you need it the most.

This is my 3rd time to use Ken's Collision and everything is done according to the instructions without any problems. They handled everything with the insurance company so I do not have to get involved. The text messaging to inform you of the progress of your vehicle is the bomb. I never have to call to see what progress they are making.

In May while in vacation in Table Rock, I unfortunately hit a deer with my car. Ken came out and towed my car and housed it for nearly a month, just to have my auto insurance total the car. This resulted in them losing out on over $10k in work.Throughout the process, Ken and his staff were nothing but class acts. I would highly recommend them to anyone if you need work done. If I find myself in the situation again, they'd be the first place I'd call.

They estimated my repairs to take 2 1/2 weeks but they had my vehicle 5 weeks and returned it with the grill still broken, bumper cover not snapped down properly, two tinted windows scratched and the paint having runs and other imperfections. They did work on it again but returned it with the paint still having runs, and one rear window not having tint at all which they advised they scratched it again and needed to get it repaired again, and the bumper cover is still not 100%, and I noticed I'm missing my vehicle I.D. sticker on my door which I called them about and still haven't heard back. I'm going to the dealership to get an estimate to hopefully get it finished up. Quite an experience....

Ken and staff are excellent at their work and perfect in customer service/satisfaction.My vehicle was recently pummeled in a hailstorm but Ken s crew made all the repairs with the finished work looking better than factory new. My van encountered a mishap with a large animal.Ken evaluated the damages, worked with my insurance agent and complete repairs.The entire staff is incredible! Very friendly, took the time to sit down and go over things and answer my questions. Advocated for me with my insurance. Good work, looks new. Also, wasn t expecting this but my car was clean, organized, vacuumed and wiped down when I got it back. Glad a stranger in town recommended Ken s when he overheard me saying I was going to take my car to a different place.

Ken s Collision Center was so wonderful through the whole process of getting my vehicle repaired. They went above and beyond to get everything I needed for my insurance and to get a rental car while my vehicle was in their shop. A special thank you to Kayla for being so kind and helpful, without her I d still be trying to figure out what to do. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner, with multiple updates throughout. I spoke with Ken, the owner, the day I picked up my vehicle and he got everything squared away for me and thanked me genuinely for my business. My car looks brand new thanks to his team and they did a thorough and beautiful job! I couldn t recommend this place more!Service: Auto body & trim repair

I went in this morning at 8:30. I had two chips that needed filled. Insurance wasn t covering, but I knew that. I didn t leave there until 10:55, and $85 later! Two chips shouldn t take SO long! I was very irritated! Did Chris do good? Yes! But no way should I have had to sit in a place THAT LONG, for 2 chips!! Nobody said a word while seeing me wait. I had to ask, how much longer?! So much better service could ve been done! This shop had good reviews. Though I had to be the one to leave a bad one.Service: Auto windshield repair

Recently had the tailgate on my 2010 Tundra demolished. Had Ken s estimate, then fix it. They did an amazing and professional job and sent me regular notifications during the repair process. The repair was perfect and I was left with the feeling these folks really care about the customer and their quality. Ken repaired my Yukon after my accident & he worked hard to have it completed by the time my rent a car had to be returned. He went above & beyond & even stayed after hours. My vehicle looks brand new & they even cleaned it inside & out. Very professional business! I'd recommend Ken to anyone. We've been hit four times in five years; three in the past 15 months. We have used Ken's every single time. There is no one with more integrity. Ken has extremely high standards and he does not compromise those standards. We know our vehicle is in the best hands. Repairs have always been expertly handled and we recommend them with no qualms. Extra kudos to Amanda who is amazing. The entire staff is the best you'll ever find!

They did a terrific job on the repairs caused by Bambi's cousin, and the detailing afterwards was cleaner than when I bought it from the Dodge Dealership (dealership doesn't exist anymore.)
