I got my wheels powder coated and Fulp worked with me through all the fuss. They worked with me to swap sets, get the dismounting, rotating and remounting lined out over several visits. They even found a tire available that was on sale for a great price, so I bought a set for later.Communication was consistent over the couple weeks it took to get everything wrapped up, and they managed to get my newly coated wheels on my SS without scuffing them at all! Overall I m happy with the service and flexibility, and I will be returning for additional services in the future.

We moved here 3 years ago and we are so glad we found Fulp Automotive for all our auto repairs.They are honest, efficient, reliable, friendly and have integrity. Their pricing is fair and reasonable.One of the best shops I have ever done business with!

Very convenient location and the additional tire rotation that came with the oil change was a plus. The waiting room is very clean and inviting. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I can t imagine going anywhere else for my automotive service needs.

I've taken my vehicle there and no issues but my wife recently took her vehicle in and they tried to get her to pay $400 in parts for a front end alignment and our mechanic just got done putting a lot on the front end. I went in and talked with them and told them there taking advantage of my wife and told him he shouldn't take advantage of women he said he wasn't but after this I have heard other women complaining about the same thing. I went to another shop and talked to the alignment person and was told I didn't need the part done.i thought full was a nice place but I wouldn't recommend using them.

My vehicles are older but well taken care of therefore I can trust only the knowledge, and honesty that is FULP Automotive in Cassville Mo to help me maintain all 3 of my vehicle's. I have used Jim for years before, while he was with past dealerships. Whether Gas or Diesel Fulp Automotive has it covered. He has a GREAT bunch of employees.

The guys at Fulps are knowledgeable, no nonsense, efficient, and overall great mechanics. In addition, pricing is competitive. Today, I brought a vehicle in on short notice and it was sweltering outside. Rather than have me walk home after I d been on the side of the Hwy fir over an hour where it was 100F, the owner gave me a lift.Unbelievably good service, even for such a good crew.I am definitely recommending this place, and I ll be back for sure.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Didn t fix anything. Was told over the phone the vacuum lines were all burned up, from the firewall down. Got there and asked them to show me the burnt up vacuum lines. Had a good flashlight, but they couldn't show me any burnt or melted lines. Liars!!! Instead of finding a vacuum leak, they stated an entire new hose manifold set was needed. Lazy. Avoid this place at all costs.

From the moment I called and spoke with Blake the experience was very easy and welcoming. The owner Jim Fulp personally worked on my truck. He hit a few roadblocks but understood I need a solution asap. He found the issue and solved the problem. It was amazing service. Less than an hour start to finish. I thought this place was great, but my car didn't pass their inspection, I was told it needed over $300 in parts replaced. HOWEVER my Dad and brother are both mechanics and they found nothing wrong with the car, AND the parts the guy said I needed AREN'T EVEN ON THE CAR! talk about WOW. Bad business, my friends, just plain bad.

Having just moved to the area, we needed new mechanics. You know how you can get an impression about a place just by walking in the door? Not only does their office look and smell good, but the folks working there are personable, interactive, polite and knowledgeable. Had brake work done recently, and left satisfied that they'd fixed them, we felt safe, and didn't feel ripped off. Good guys.

They got me very fast, very well mannered and very professional. You go in and know they WILL do a great job. Very honest company, they won t check your car and say looks good and let things pass by. They really check into the issue. I went in thinking I had 1 nail in my tire. Ended up being 2 nails! They took action and made me feel at ease. Very well priced and awesome customer service.
