Highly recommend this company. Driver had load that needed to be adjusted. Owner picks up on the spot when called. He will get back to you and has a fair price when it comes to work. Workers came out and shifted load and got legal again. Appreciate it. They will go out their way to help even when there is mix-up in communication. We were at mile 180 of 1520 and had a tire losing air. Sullivan's got us fixed up fast. They were efficient, affordable and super friendly.

Great service, I had a bad steer tire, so I stayed over by the pilot the night before and drove all of 3 miles in the morning to their shop. Only reason I didn t give them a 5 Review was because they said they could start on my truck at 7am and nobody was ready till around 730 I drive oversized and have to keep to a strict schedule of running daylight hours only so that half hour to me is rather valuable. Otherwise these guys are awesome.

Charged $11,800 for 10 miles. Was told I could pay with a credit card, once the job was complete and it was time to pay, they then told me they don't accept credit card. Poor communication and unfortunately they could have handled this much more professionally. They took advantage of a bad situation for us and thats alright, it's not the first or last time I just ask for transparency when dealing business even if you are taking advantage of the situation.

Such amazing people! Tony was awesome, going above and beyond for us. We were just passing by and got stranded with kids and a dog on labor day. They helped us to a hotel and worked fast on our car and even brought it back to us. Feeling blessed to have met such wonderful people here.

My car suffered a flat tire on the interstate. Sullivan s showed up super fast and ensured my safety. They took me and my car back to their shop to replace my tire all within an HOUR. Extremely fast response time and extremely kind staff. 10/10 would recommend

My fiance and I were on a road trip headed down to Gulf Shores Alabama with our camper and 2 dogs. Our battery died on us, and they fixed us up real quick and got us back on the road. And they did it for a great price!! Great customer service! Great people! And our truck is running great!! Thanks again to the team at Sullivan Auto and tire!!

Went in for an oil change, honestly I was just checking them out, Less then 15 min after asking if they did oil changes; my oil was changed everything topped off and I was happily on my way.Great service, knowledgeable staff. Thank you for such a good experience.

While driving up to visit my mom in Chicago, everyone on the highway swerved to avoid a blown truck tire in the middle of the lane...everyone except me. By the time I tried to avoid it, the steel treads wrapped around my rear tire like a scorpion, tearing it to shreds. I tried to change the tire myself, however my British car used 18 mm lugs that was too small for a standard 4-way. I tried to call other tow services in the area, and all of them had no one available for at least 4-5 hours. (It was in the middle of the day during one of the hottest 98+ days of the year) I didn't even know where I was, just had some signs and an old abandoned gas station for reference. As heat exhaustion was setting in and I was getting more worried, I called Sullivan Auto, and the guy knew right where I was, and said he would be there in 5 minutes! I was relieved when the tow driver had metric sockets, and helped me with the spare tire. I then followed him down to their shop, and they took care of my problem, replacing the tire right away. (They even fixed some trim work that was damaged by the tire shredding) I was afraid when the final bill came thinking they had me "over a barrel". They handed me the bill and I was surprised that the tire and labor was very reasonable. I was on my way breathing a huge sigh of relief, knowing I would make it safe to my destination. I travel back and forth regularly from Memphis to Chicago, and will now make sure to stop at Sullivan's for all my mechanical needs. Thanks guys!

Very knowledgeable and thorough. Phone calls are answered quickly, personally (no voice activation) and everyone is very accommodating. Very fair pricing and problem diagnosing. I had a problem with my heater and thought it would have to be replaced, expensively. After describing what was happening specifically, it turned out to be a minor problem that was fixed while I waited, less than an hour.

Tow service and daily storage cost are outrageous and with no compromise whatsoever. They had little to no regard for my vehicle, unloading it on top of random auto scrap parts and then piled in more all around it. However, all of the staff I dealt with personally were polite and helpful.

AMAZING SERVICE!! Got a flat on the interstate at 9pm. Tow truck responded within 25 minutes, towed us to the shop, and changed our tires - on the road within 90 minutes!! Thank you so much Donnie and TJ!!!

Did a great, fast job on my car considering putting in an entire motor. Very shocked when I bought a tire that it was 1/2 the price I paid for the new set I got elsewhere. Also the towing fees are outrageous. Other than that, everything is good. Wonderful mechanics

We were having car troubles on our way home from Alabama & we needed a tow. Our insurance wanted to dispatch someone with an estimate of at least 2/3 hour wait. With five kids & it already being 9pm that wasn't going to work. We called a few other places & none could accommodate us or help at all. My husband Called Sullivan's & spoke with Tyler. He said he would be there in 50 mins & actually made it in about 30mins! Thank you Tyler!!! He was fast, friendly and efficient!

Called for road service and the guy said that he would call me back and let me know when he would be able to come out. He never called back and when I tried calling him back, it went to voice mail.

Tow truck ready!!! On the spot auto repair have ya in and out and lubed up with a fresh set of tires if ya need them too!! Give em call, they do it all!!
