I want to say I was referred to company from a fellow wrecker company . Boy he was notKidding that they will treat you like family , I was over 70 miles away from where car needed to be dropped off farther to home. The driver was an absolute doll dispatcher was so sweet. I knew I was in good hands and when A-1 Affordable Towing & Lock-out Referred meTo them I was scared to death . But honest caring company and employees. Would trustThem with a vehicle anytime .HELP these mom and pop businesses out . They are the back bone of our country and are good folks. Thank God for this company. Our family was coming home from a family function that ran late into the night. At about 130am we were headed down I44 when our tire blew out. After four or five calls to other companies, these guys never even hesitated to make sure our family made it home safely. They will be the ONLY towing company I will be both using and recommending from now on.

Can t say enough good about this company! Was referred to me by Gardner s Tow (their truck was down), & driver came out middle of the night to the aid of my 18 yr old daughter stranded on the highway. Very scary situation for a parent who was out of town 18 hrs away! Not only did they get there asap, he dropped her at her college dorm safe & sound before bringing car home. Would highly recommend.

I run a mechanic shop, and do roadside service company in Branson, Corey's Roadside and also Corey's Same Day Auto and Motorcycle Repair LLC. Every car that get towed to my shop either gets hauled by Schraders, or they wait a couple hours and have whoever their insurance ends up finding. I cannot recommend them enough, I do about 10-20 times a day though. Great drivers, great rates.

If you need a heavy wrecker these guys should be your first call. Fast knowledgeable service in the worst of conditions. At a fair price. My truck is showing it s age but they treat it as if it s brand new.

Excellent service from Gary at Schrader's. Our car broke down outside of Sarcoxie sometime after midnight. Gary arrived within 30 minutes and was personable and professional. He drove us over 30 miles home and was a safe and careful driver.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Shrader's to the rescue! My truck broke down on the way into town, and Shrader's was one of the few 24/7 towing services available. They answered the phone and didn't take too long to show up. The driver was friendly and did his job well. Can't ask for more. They tow nationwide, so I will remember them!

We had them tow a vehicle for us under some unfortunate circumstances, they were fair on pricing and exceptionally nice . Definitely recommend them as your first choice when searching for a tow company.

We experienced some of the best customer service from our driver this afternoon. Our Savana van broke down on 44W , not too long after getting in contact with Aamco on 4th in Joplin our tow arrived. Savana van and our trailer were both towed at the same time. We're on our way to Texas now , thank you guys. These guys came through in the clutch when my motorcycle tire blew out and I was afoot.They were pretty quick and muscled my fat bike up on the tilt bed , and beat the competition in price by a lot.Delivered my wife and I to our front door and never left a smudge.

Absolutely would not recommend!! Tried to get them to tow my truck for 3 days by appointment and never got anywhere. Kids running the phones that don't know what there doing. Hot to "call the boss and call you back".......but you don't get called back. Why ?? Because their customers don't matter. They get enough emergency calls that individuals don't matter to them.I found other tow companies around that are very dependable and ethical. Don't waste your time !!

Supervision is required through the entire process. The way they treat your car when they think you aren't watching is appalling. Further, if you aren't onsite for the drop off, they will disregard any instructions about location opting instead to leave the vehicle in the yard. On second thought, if you have a bunch of abandoned vehicles in your yard, this is the company for you.Service: Car towing

Disrespectful and rude set an appointment to have my car towed to a shop for an appointment. Not only did they not two my car no one can tell you why or what happened then proceeded to start cussing at you like your the problem and they have better things to do. Would not recommend obviously very unreliable.

Schrader s gave us a ride home more than two hours away from the scene of an accident we were in, as we were struggling to find a rental car. These guys are fast and super easy to get ahold of and got my dads Dodge hauled from a break down today. Logan was there before i could get there and hooked up. They can and will get the job done!!My most recent was a lockout service and they had me back in my car within 20mins from my first call. They re also not limited to local, I m about 80miles out. Great service and great people who work there. They were very quick to get the scene of the accident. They let me ride with them to their shop and answered my questions about the process with me on what happens after an accident since it was my first time. I live in Neosho and they were kind enough to give me a ride all the way home. I don't know if other towing companies do that but it was great help and relief for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Best towing service in Mo. If you ever get stuck in Joplin or the surrounding areas, this is the go to towing service. Eddie went WAYYY out of his way for me, when he didn t have to. Plus he was on time, extremely honest, and reasonable. Haven t done a review on a company in a long time. There was no way I wasn t going to do one for him.
